Although this hotel was seriously understaffed, the staff that was there were all very nice. A special shout out to Anna at Reception, she fixed many potential issues

Room was very small and over crowded with two twins and a double. Fire alarm went off at 9am, no apologies or explanation on the reason. When we were finally allowed to return to our room the lifts did not work, when we made it to the room the key card didn’t work so had to go back down to reception. Again no apologies made.

Great staff, perfect location but no WIFI, it is 2025 and they offer 1mbit free in the room and charge you 5 GBP for 24 hours of what they call fast premium WIFI, 7mbit, laughing hard.

À mon arrivée, tard le soir, la jeune fille à la réception n’était vraiment pas motivée pour faire mon check-in car j’ai essayé à la borne d’enregistrement et je ne trouvais pas mon nom .À la fin, je lui ai gentiment demandé de me conseiller un endroit où commander à manger, il était presque minuit. Elle m’a simplement répondu de regarder sur Google. Aujourd’hui, il ne faut malheureusement plus trop s’attendre à un personnel accueillant et aimable. En revanche, le lendemain, après qu’on m’a attribué une chambre donnant côté rue , donc très bruyante, sans double vitrage, ce qui est compliqué si l’on est sensible au bruit , une autre réceptionniste, une jeune femme blonde, m’a proposé une chambre plus calme. Je l’ai remerciée infiniment : elle a sauvé mon séjour, car j’étais là pour des raisons professionnelles, avec des journées entières de réunions et de présentations. Je pense que l’hôtel devrait vraiment songer à changer ses oreillers, et le matelas est très inconfortable. Pour le prix que j’ai payé, je trouve que c’est abusé. Personnellement, je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel à l’avenir.
