Excellent location and hotel. Friendly staff, plenty of choices for breakfast. Only issue is towels, bathrobes, cutleries need upgrading. Room was tidied not cleaned. Stay away from the cushions. They are beautiful and I used them as a head rest and held them whilst watching TV. I got a rash from them. Service a bit slow at bar even when not busy, although friendly staff. Apart from these, it is a nice hotel. I would recommend for location, the restaurant and bar, the arts. We were given a glass of prosecco on arrival which was a good first impression.

Stayed 3 nights as a pre-extension to a longer business trip. Initially chose Art’otel due to the proximity to the other hotel for our meeting and was very pleased that I did. Excellent location and the staff was very attentive and went above and beyond to accommodate us and our early arrival. Room was comfy with a great view, pool and spa area very clean and relaxing. I would recommend!

Wish we could stay longer. This hotel is located right across the central station, and everything is next to you, there indoor pool is nice and well maintained and there gym has most equipment you would need when traveling.

Great location - right across from the central train station and just a few minutes walk from the old city and main attractions. ARCA restaurant was closed when we were there, however we tried the limited menu at the bar and the food was delicious. We were very happy with our stay. Hotel was expensive but worth it.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, das super gelegen ist. Gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofs kann man vom Flughafen bequem mit dem Zug reisen. Man ist in kürzester Zeit mitten im Geschehen und die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist super. Unser Zimmer war schön ruhig, wir konnten toll schlafen. Leider gab es im Schrank nur Hängemöglichkeiten, was unpraktisch ist. Das Schwimmbad ist toll nach einem langen Tag auf den Beinen. Leider zu viele Kinder, die laut toben und rein springen, obwohl es ein „Silent Pool“ ist, aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür, da sind die Eltern verantwortlich. Der Weg zum Pool durch das Restaurant ist im Bademantel sehr peinlich, aber scheinbar ging das nicht anders zu lösen. In Summe ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert, man wird in der Lobby von netten Mitarbeitern und einem angenehmen Duft empfangen, was toll ist, nachdem man zuvor in der Stadt nicht so feine Gerüche aushalten musste 😀

The location of art'otel Amsterdam could not have been better! Located just steps from Amsterdam Centraal Station, this hotel made getting in and out of Amsterdam, for a short trip, a breeze. The room was large and comfortable, however, we had an interior-facing room and it was very dark. The mini fridge in our room had a terrible smell and not much space for us to put water or snacks, so we didn't end up using it. We wished the pool and sauna were open later in the evenings, instead they closed at 10:00 pm. The front desk staff were really lovely and helpful in recommending restaurants nearby. Overall, I would definitely consider. staying here again.

Staff were all lovely and very welcoming, the hotel is in a great location within walking distance to all the main areas and attractions and just over the road from the train station which links you directly to the airport, the rooms are a really good size well laid out and very modern, the entire hotel including the rooms are extremely clean and I physically couldn’t fault a single thing from check in to check out, I’ve stayed in Amsterdam more times than I can count and honestly I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit

The property is showing its age - rooms a bit dirty and the showers and sinks a bit dirty and warn. The hotel itself has been one of my favorites for many years… but unfortunately it’ll likely not be my choice next time as there are better options nearby.

Staff were awesome and very accommodating. Location is very convenient. My only complaint is cleanliness of the coffee machine which prevented me from using it, which at the end of the day is nothing to detract from our stay.

The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from the central station and places of interest. It has very good facilities and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, for me, the rooms, hallways and elevator need more light. Our room was also very noisy because it was on the street side and trains pass by constantly.

Artsy hotel directly across from Centraal Station but still quiet and extremely comfortable. Had the most comfortable bed and the best AC system in all of Europe. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Location is prime, contemporary rooms and spiting distance from Central Station. But as business traveller, you would expect rooms to have USB or USBC ports in the room to charge devices, this is a standard in most modern hotels which I found to be difficult and likely will not return to stay at the property until refurbished.

Nice hotel, they do not follow any requests. It took six times to get them to change out pillows to foam. Housekeeping was not completed until almost 7pm the first day and was a major inconvenience as I had work to do while in the room and didn’t want to miss service. Make sure to tell staff exactly what you need and be prepared to follow up several times.

The service was above and beyond, particularly the concierge who check us in, Anna. She made us feel welcome and excited to stay at this location and offered wonderful dining suggestions. The rest of the staff was very kind, professional and made it one of the highlights of our time in Amsterdam.

The building is old, but the inside of the hotel is very modern. The staffs are professional and friendly. Hotel is in a convenient location in which every attraction is within walking distance. The central train is only four minutes walk away.

A fabulous hotel, well positioned a few minutes from the station. Despite this, it was very quiet at night. Facilities and amenities were great. Elvi checked us in and was so welcoming. Each member of staff during our stay were helpful also.

The location is fabulous! It is across from the Centraal Station. It’s close by to a supermarket as well lots of restaurants It is a touristy area but so easy to walk or take public transportation to other areas in the city. The rooms are spacious and clean The bed was uncomfortable and could use some foam padding on top of the mattresses. The concierge staff was really helpful. Overall a wonderful 3 day stay

The hotel was interesting and in a good location, but slightly outdated, the phones in the rooms were difficult to learn how to use. I’d say the hotel wasn’t clean enough to my standards. However, the front desk staff was exceptional from being greeted and giving great suggestions to sightseeing and dinner recommendations. I ordered breakfast included, which was terrible.

It is very close to the central train station so getting to there only took a 5 minute walk. The breakfast was very good. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops as well.

Met every expectation! Very clean and well appointed. The bedding, and bathroom towels, etc. were all first class. Staff were amazingly very helpful and genuine. The breakfast buffet was well worth it weather a very good variety of hot and cold foods. Specialty coffees included. I would definitely stay again!
