Close to Duvall Street, that's a great feature! very limited parking onsite, the room we were in had a broken nightstand table, bathroom is small. Overall ok , but the 44$ they charged for resort fee isn't worth what we got is what I felt.

Easy access to Duval and centrally located. Very limited onsite parking and other options can be expensive. Pool, hot tub and courtyard are very inviting. Some rooms can be subject to street noise. There is an $89 amenity fee, which was a surprise. Overall, I liked it very much and would stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Cabana Inn. The property was clean and located on a quiet street yet close to the action and entertainment. Very easy to walk anywhere. The property had a beautiful pool and hot tub that was open 24/7. They had pool towels, sunscreen, aloe and lotion available for use anytime. Happy hour was nice. They offered a variety of wine, cheese, crackers and mixed nuts. Coffee, tea and hot water was available 24/7. Breakfast was small but just enough. The staff were great. The room was good. Not anything exotic or high end but clean and comfortable. They offer free parking in there limited parking spaces but do not rely on that. There is a gravel pay to park lot directly next to the property. It was safe and convenient. It was $37. I would absolutely recommend this place for a short stay in Key West.

It's right off of Duval and in a great location. We had the suite and it had tons of space. The check-in was quick and easy and the grounds are all well maintained, clean and nice. The pool was nice. It was a little cool at night so we really enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated being able to use it any time (no restricted hours). You do have to climb steps to get to the upper floors. This did not bother me. It's a boutique hotel, not a Ritz Carlton, and I liked that. There was a larger mini-fridge, microwave and kitchenette area, a small table and chairs, couch and king size bed. Lots of space. Being adults only was also great. It's a little older but if you're looking for a nice comfortable room close to the action on Duval at a decent price this is a great find.

Bathroom/shower starting to look a little tired, edges around floor and shower could use a good cleaning. Shower faucets could use replacing , hard to regulate temperature.

Property is in a great location for all things duval. You do have to pay for parking. The breakfast is very basic . Our shower was absolutely full of mold … we opted to wear sandals in the shower because it was that gross. They have pool towels available with sunscreen. And the day cabanas are a nice touch.

Very good breakfast (fresh fruit, juices, baked goods, cereal, hard boiled eggs, and 24hr Starbucks machine) and happy hour (red and white wine, cheese crackers and nuts). Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms. But, low water pressure in showers. Our room had a temperamental toilet that needed repeated flushing, and also plugged. (Each room has its own toilet plunger!) Alleyway to guest house is dirty. Would not stay at this location again.

Room was not clean ceiling fan very dirty , toilet seat broke , shower moldy. I know this is an older property but it is not maintained Staff was helpful Also noisy late at night guests drunk could care less about other people staying there Totally not worth the room price I do not know who wrote the online reviews but they are not accurate

The location is perfect. Half a block from duval street. Friendly staff. Pool and hot tub open 24 hours which isn't common at any other hotel in the area. The only major flaw is the hotel room floors were filthy!!! I walked from the shower to the bed and my feet were black at the bottom. Idk if any when they service these rooms but this is supee gross

What i did not like was the fact that the sheets did not fit the bed. They were too small and as soon as you laid down or rolled over they popped off making sleeping uncomfortable and difficult. The bathroom was very old and could use some updating.

Great location, 1/2 block to the middle of the action on Duval. Patrick is awesome! Rooms are very nice and spacious. Late night access to the pool and hot tub is an awesome amenity.

Two night stay in a convenient location. The first room was in very poor condition. The floor was rotten, holes in the ceiling, and mold in the window. They thankfully put us in the room above it and it was in better condition. There are only a couple of parking spots that you pay for if you are lucky. They also have an additional resort fee that is for the cheese and wine they leave out in the lobby.

Older property and slightly run down guest rooms, but has all the amenities needed. Nice pool area and small breakfast offering are perfect for starting off the day or cooling off after exploring the island. The suite we were in had lights outside windows, which did not allow the room to get dark at night. The roosters in the area also were early risers, so we didn’t get a great night sleep. Super Convenient location - The hotel is 1 block off of Duval street in the heart of all the action. We were easily able to walk to all of the sights - Hemingway House, Southernmost Bouy, marina for cruises.

When checking in, was given room 132. This room is on the third floor with no elevator. It’s 3 1/2 flights of steps. Room was small with a king bed. I hit my head on the ceiling when getting into bed. Not the room to have if you have bad knees!! We did complain and they did move us to a ground floor room. All in all, was a pleasant experience after the move.

Location is great! Just off Duval street! Steps to main restaurants and shopping. This is a small, old hotel. More like a collection of houses. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Main house, were we stayed on the third floor room was very small, very small bathroom and decor was minimal. No real drawing curtains, more like sheets covering windows. Very run down. TV was not working either. Had signal but picture screen was damaged. Room was more like a motel so you can set expectations. Last time we stayed on second floor room and it was a little bigger and much better kept. So I would recommend asking where your room will be! It did have a nice view of courtyard and back stairs to get to it. I would say worth the money for location, staff is nice and helpful and they have free breakfast and happy hour every day.

Nice place for a couple days stay. Convenient location to Duvall street. Staff very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool, but it was full of leaves all the time. Only real negative thing is the room we stayed in was at the very top of the third floor, stairs very narrow and when you open the door you hit the bed. The door doesn't open all the way, only one person can get in, throw your bags on the bed, then the next can come in, if your not too tall and hit your head on the ceiling. And I'm only 5'4". There is a door and the top of the stairs that should be used to get to that room, but it was locked and taped off. Other than that it was a nice room.

They were training someone during my check in, and they werent watching very cloesely because the keys for my room were given to someone else right in front of me. Meanwhile the guy orienting the new employee sat in the corner on his phone. I never could reach staff when calling the front desk. I dont get it. But area around resort balanced jt out because everything is close. Ac unit stayed stuck at 72

We stayed at the Cabana Inn for 2 nights. The room was so cute and comfortable. If we come back to Key West we will definitely try to stay there again. Patrick was amazing. He helped us to our room and was there with recommendations on places to eat and things to do. We enjoyed our stay greatly. The property was unique and very beautiful.

Outstanding! We have stayed at many different inns in Key West, and the Cabana Inn, was by far, the very best! Patrick was welcoming and attentive, and the rooms spacious and comfortable, and although only a few minutes walk to Duvall, was nice and quiet. Excellent breakfast, coffee available at all hours, free happy hour with wine and snacks, a waterfall pool, hot tub, and cabana area. Absolutely perfect all around!

These people are thieves they wouldn’t refund or reschedule our reservation they kept 1200 of our hard earned money because our flight was canceled due to weather and then we tried getting into another flight and we couldn’t get in that one either we tried the next day and couldn’t either. Now this Manager Mike is not wanting to give us a refund or reschedule our stay. We didn’t have a vacation and now we lost $1200 because they want to be greedy. Don’t stay at this hotel!!!

WAY better than expected! PROS: -Location!! Can't beat it! right in the middle of Duvall street. you can access any restaurant, bar, excursion by foot -Amenities! Pool was calm and relaxing on a super hot day. We also hung by the cabanas in the morning to catch some early sun. HAPPY HOUR: FREE snacks and wine between 5-7pm. -KINDNESS! Patrick was super nice helping us check in, and all the staff were very nice as well. CONS: -Amenity fee. I already knew this because I read the fine print (so I wasn't upset) but if you didn't read the fine print I can see some getting upset that there's additional costs when checking in. -Roosters HAHA! If you don't know key west well you'll be surprised that there are roosters crowing at all hours of the day and night. This doesn't have to do with the hotel, but just prepare yourself :-)

Excellent location just off Duval Street. The 24-hour pool and excellent breakfast were wonderful.We had trouble sleeping all night due to rooster noise starting at 4 am.There were only six parking spaces available, and it appeared like they were all used. I had to pay approximately $100 a night to park elsewhere.

The location of The Cabana Inn was perfect! Only a half a block off Duval. The atmosphere was very chill. The pool was clean and warm. The hot tub was hot. The afternoon wine and snacks were a nice touch. The continental breakfast was good as well. We would definitely stay there again!

I had a wonderful experience at this property. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional service. The property was conveniently licated just off Duval yet quiet enough to not hear noise. The rooms are adorable, very simple and clean. Breakfast is also simple but has what you need. Happy hour was fun mingling with other guests. We will be staying here again in the future.

Outstanding! We have stayed at many different inns in Key West, and the Cabana Inn, was by far, the very best!
