Okay I really wanted to love this hotel. The reality is very different from the fantasy that I created based on the pictures and descriptions of the hotel. First issue was the lack of communication from the hotel upon arrival you get stuck outside unless the hotel remembers to contact you before hand with instructions on how to get in. The room room beautiful at first glance but once you start going thru the room putting away your belongings you start to notice a lot and I mean a lot of issues with the room. Maybe it was just my bad luck but I had animal droppings in countless areas and the room felt like it could fall apart with a push. Everything that I saw for myself from the room to the exterior areas looked like they were falling apart, from the pool area to the rooms just need a lot of work...screws, tiles, bugs, animal droppings everywhere. The list goes on and on and I would suggest to get a car or a golf cart if you stay in this hotel the road to the hotel is rough and the walk up to the rooms is steep. So over all I am disappointed for what I paid basically 1,000 dollars and I didn't want to say anything because of the discomfort we would have to endure after telling the staff the obvious issues with the room and the place.

la ubicacion hace que sea muy dificil llegar y salir del hotel si lo que deseas es salir a pasear al centro, reservamos una habitacion con vista la cual no nos dieron apesar de tener habitaciones disponibles, la alberca es demasiado pequeña, solamente podrian estar 1 o 2 personas sin incomodarse, demasiados insectos y lagartijas asi que es dificil dormir, por la fotos creimos que el lugar seria muy bonito pero la verdad el precio no lo vale. Mi esposo y yo decidimos solo pasar 1 noche por que ya habiamos pagado pero de haber sabido no llegamos, pedimos el reembolso el cual fue muy dificil ya que el personal no fue nada empatico, a pesar de que pagamos en efectivo, las chicas de limpieza fueron las que nos ayudaron mas con el pesimo trato de recepcion.

El lugar esta increible, la vista fenomenal, y muy buen servicio, un par de detalles es que el lavabo del baño estaba un poco tapado, la TV del cuarto no tenia señal, y faltaba un control remoto, hubo una falla en el internet y con el agua, pero fueron solucionados rapidamente y lo que si estaba muy caro eran los precios de consumo dentro del hotel.

La vista desde el chapoteadero es muy bonita. La atención de la recepcionista no fue muy amable.no hay restaurante solo un comedor para todos los huéspedes, nuestra habitación muy cara y sin vista a la bahía, no hay acceso a playa, la caja fuerte no funciona y cierran el agua en la madrugada por lo que en la noche que fui a al baño no había agua.

The room was pretty worn down, for being a boutique it shouldn't have lamps and railings falling apart. Also the hill up to the rooms from the gate was super steep. The hotel doesnt offer a reasonable priced golf cart rental (2x what it costs in town), no water station so you will need to lug it in from town, the food menu was hit or miss on what you orderes vs what you received. No mosquitoe netting and the no see ums were HORRIBLE. Every weekend you hear the party vibes coming off the beach until midnight. The included breakfast was okay, nothing exciting, you can get everything ordered to the room (no table, only coffee tables) The staff were very attentive and friendly. We did have to ask multiple times if we could have extra towels and to have our bedding changed. (We booked for 11 nights) On the positive, the AC worked great! Veiws were incredible. The walk into town was about 15-20 minutes, and only 8 minutes to the cute little public beach.

This property has a unique view it’s hidden from others so there’s no noise around other than the animals outside and the music coming from other places. Be prepared to hike up to it it’s up on top and you need to leave your car on the bottom of the hill. Definitely a nice experience

The views from our bungalow were absolutely incredible!!! The room is stunning. The staff was soo nice. They gave you a complimentary drink upon arrival, as well as, a complimentary handmade continental breakfast. You eat near the common area pool and the view is one of the prettiest we saw in Sayulita. The downside.. the waves are sooo loud haha. You are literally right above them which is cool but its like the ultimate sound machine. I would definitely stay again but only for 1-2 nights bc it kept waking up my boyfriend. Lastly, if you have tonsss of luggage -- get ready to hike up a ramp to your room. We were fine with light carry ons but just FYI.

The views from the property are stunning and the bedrooms are beautiful however, we had many issues. The hotel is in the jungle with access from a very bumpy road and then a very steep climb that was not adequately described in the listing. The bedroom is well air-conditioned but the separate bathroom and closet have no AC and were extremely hot no matter the time of day. The property also lists itself as "Hotel and Spa" and "beachfront" which are not correct. There is no spa and the beach is a good walk or a drive away. We were told that we could call and get a golf cart to get up the hill but when we did that with 20 minutes notice, we received no reply. For $255/night we expected a very different experience.

The staff at the hotel were gracious and professional. Unfortunately, it is not worth the prices they charge. For me, the property is much more remote than it seems from Expedia. You must walk back and forth on a steep, sometimes slippery road to get to the central part of town. At night, you must do this with a flashlight. The property itself is also on a steep, steep hill. The rooms are covered with a thatched hut roof that allows all manner of bird poop and dead bugs to fall through on the floor and linens. Housekeeping must come in daily to keep things somewhat clean. For the price per room per night, I thought the mattress in our room was old and lumpy, and the linens could have been more luxurious. It was a beautiful setting with stunning views, but I would not return. I mainly want folks to know what they are signing up for.

The staff are very friendly and kind. However, this place is very overpriced. I stayed in Sayulita a year prior at a different place that provided much greater value for a lower price. This place suggests the price point is because it is secluded, beach front, and set in nature. It is not beachfront. There is no beach access and there is another hotel between it and the beach. It is not secluded. We heard the bass of parties in the town every night and fireworks that woke us several times a night even with ear plugs. It is not private. It is next to other suites (wall to wall) and you can hear everything from the washrooms to other private activities from suite to suite. Our sheets were smeared with brown streaks upon arrival and the bed canopy was torn and covered in yellow stains. The access to amenities that they advertise such as restaurant, bar and shuttle service are only randomly available. We couldn't get them to pin down hours. This is particularly anxiety inducing because you are too far from town to walk in the night for food. Then when you consume the water and snacks from the mini bar due to unavailable food and water (we were starving after arriving in the night) they charge you absolutely exorbitant amounts. The view was gorgeous and it was a pleasant experience, it's just way way too overpriced to forget about these other details.

Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. The chef personalized any dish in the menu as they prepare it the moment you order. Food is tasty, fresh and beatufully presented. We spent six days in this hotel and enjoyed every minute. Cinthia helped us to arrange a tour to Islas Marietas and whale watching, we were picked up and dropped off. It was fantastic! We walked 5 min to the beach, Playa de los Muertos, it has all the services. We had the best charcoal-grilled fish skewer! The fact that the Villa is embedded in a hill, surrounded by nature, tropical trees and facing to the ocean, you will hear the ocean waves, wind and perhaps a family of badgers fighting or looking for food out of your room at night. Expect dirt and bumpy roads to get to the Villa, we had a flat tire on a rental car and paid eight bucks to get it fixed by the gas station. If you want to explore the area, San Pancho is another town for dinning out and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Playa Carricitos is a virgin beach and a walk distance for a perfect sunset shooting. As much as the property needs some TLC, everything was working well in our villa.

You must walk back and forth on a steep, sometimes slippery road to get to the central part of town. At night, you must do this with a flashlight. The property itself is also on a steep, steep hill. The rooms are covered with a thatched hut roof that allows all manner of bird poop and dead bugs to fall through on the floor and linens. Housekeeping must come in daily to keep things somewhat clean. For the price per room per night, I thought the mattress in our room was old and lumpy, and the linens could have been more luxurious. It was a beautiful setting with stunning views, but I would not return. I mainly want folks to know what they are signing up for.

Beautiful quiet Boutique hotel. All seven guestrooms were individual and private. With beautiful views of the bay. Although the drive through the jungle seemed remote, it was merely a five minute walk to Playa de los Muertos and another five minutes walk Saluylita. We enjoyed the chef and his breakfast, as well as his dinners and wonderful guacamole. Although it was up on a hill, and the walk was steep, it was definitely worth it. We had a welcome reception with help with our luggage as well as assistance in anyway that we could.

The room was pretty worn down, for being a boutique it shouldn't have lamps and railings falling apart. Also the hill up to the rooms from the gate was super steep. The hotel doesnt offer a reasonable priced golf cart rental (2x what it costs in town), no water station so you will need to lug it in from town, the food menu was hit or miss on what you orderes vs what you received. No mosquitoe netting and the no see ums were HORRIBLE. Every weekend you hear the party vibes coming off the beach until midnight. The included breakfast was okay, nothing exciting, you can get everything ordered to the room (no table, only coffee tables) The staff were very attentive and friendly. The views from our bungalow were absolutely incredible!!! The room is stunning. The staff was soo nice. They gave you a complimentary drink upon arrival, as well as, a complimentary handmade continental breakfast. You eat near the common area pool and the view is one of the prettiest we saw in Sayulita. The downside.. the waves are sooo loud haha. You are literally right above them which is cool but its like the ultimate sound machine. I would definitely stay again but only for 1-2 nights bc it kept waking up my boyfriend. Lastly, if you have tonsss of luggage -- get ready to hike up a ramp to your room. We were fine with light carry ons but just FYI.

Okay I really wanted to love this hotel. The reality is very different from the fantasy that I created based on the pictures and descriptions of the hotel. First issue was the lack of communication from the hotel upon arrival you get stuck outside unless the hotel remembers to contact you before hand with instructions on how to get in. The room room beautiful at first glance but once you start going thru the room putting away your belongings you start to notice a lot and I mean a lot of issues with the room. Maybe it was just my bad luck but I had animal droppings in countless areas and the room felt like it could fall apart with a push. Everything that I saw for myself from the room to the exterior areas looked like they were falling apart, from the pool area to the rooms just need a lot of work...screws, tiles, bugs, animal droppings everywhere. The list goes on and on and I would suggest to get a car or a golf cart if you stay in this hotel the road to the hotel is rough and the walk up to the rooms is steep. So over all I am disappointed for what I paid basically 1,000 dollars and I didn't want to say anything because of the discomfort we would have to endure after telling the staff the obvious issues with the room and the place.

la ubicacion hace que sea muy dificil llegar y salir del hotel si lo que deseas es salir a pasear al centro, reservamos una habitacion con vista la cual no nos dieron apesar de tener habitaciones disponibles, la alberca es demasiado pequeña, solamente podrian estar 1 o 2 personas sin incomodarse, demasiados insectos y lagartijas asi que es dificil dormir, por la fotos creimos que el lugar seria muy bonito pero la verdad el precio no lo vale. Mi esposo y yo decidimos solo pasar 1 noche por que ya habiamos pagado pero de haber sabido no llegamos, pedimos el reembolso el cual fue muy dificil ya que el personal no fue nada empatico, a pesar de que pagamos en efectivo, las chicas de limpieza fueron las que nos ayudaron mas con el pesimo trato de recepcion.

The check-in was horrific. We arrived to the property and discovered a very steep trail to get to the top. There is no front desk. A young lady who did not speak much English greeted us. We were sweating through our shirts however, they seemed to take their time in welcoming us before providing a key to our room so we could dry off and be in an air-conditioned area. It was very bizarre.

We loved staying here and plan on going back. It is a solid walk from the town over rough roads so not for everyone, but we really appreciated having a quiet place (away from town) with amazing views. The rooms, staff, and service were all fantastic.

La chambre était magnifique avec une vue impressionnante sur la mer! Le personnel etait tres gentil et efficace ! Le petit déjeuner etait bon et la piscine agréable Cela dit, la climatisation dans la chambre n’était pas a point. Il faisait tres chaud L’arrivée a été compliquée car l’hotel est loin dans la montagne..le chemin est mauvais et difficile d’acces Malgré tout, tres beau sejour au siete Luna !

The room was pretty worn down, for being a boutique it shouldn't have lamps and railings falling apart. Also the hill up to the rooms from the gate was super steep. The hotel doesnt offer a reasonable priced golf cart rental (2x what it costs in town), no water station so you will need to lug it in from town, the food menu was hit or miss on what you orderes vs what you received. No mosquitoe netting and the no see ums were HORRIBLE. Every weekend you hear the party vibes coming off the beach until midnight. The included breakfast was okay, nothing exciting, you can get everything ordered to the room (no table, only coffee tables) The staff were very attentive and friendly. We did have to ask multiple times if we could have extra towels and to have our bedding changed. (We booked for 11 nights) On the positive, the AC worked great! Veiws were incredible. The walk into town was about 15-20 minutes, and only 8 minutes to the cute little public beach.

This property has a unique view it’s hidden from others so there’s no noise around other than the animals outside and the music coming from other places. Be prepared to hike up to it it’s up on top and you need to leave your car on the bottom of the hill. Definitely a nice experience

Stunning location… A little bit difficult to get to. Would be nice if there were better driving directions. But once we got there, it was worth the drive up the dirt road. Would definitely return to this property for another another stay!! Theresa was very helpful & pleasant.

The staff are very friendly and kind. However, this place is very overpriced. I stayed in Sayulita a year prior at a different place that provided much greater value for a lower price. This place suggests the price point is because it is secluded, beach front, and set in nature. It is not beachfront. There is no beach access and there is another hotel between it and the beach. It is not secluded. We heard the bass of parties in the town every night and fireworks that woke us several times a night even with ear plugs. It is not private. It is next to other suites (wall to wall) and you can hear everything from the washrooms to other private activities from suite to suite. Our sheets were smeared with brown streaks upon arrival and the bed canopy was torn and covered in yellow stains. The access to amenities that they advertise such as restaurant, bar and shuttle service are only randomly available. We couldn't get them to pin down hours. This is particularly anxiety inducing because you are too far from town to walk in the night for food. Then when you consume the water and snacks from the mini bar due to unavailable food and water (we were starving after arriving in the night) they charge you absolutely exorbitant amounts. The view was gorgeous and it was a pleasant experience, it's just way way too overpriced to forget about these other details.

We had a lovely time at Siete Lunas!! Such a sweet boutique hotel with incredible views, delicious food, lovely patio, pool and dining area and friendly, helpful staff!! Highly recommended!

Beautiful quiet Boutique hotel. All seven guestrooms were individual and private. With beautiful views of the bay. Although the drive through the jungle seemed remote, it was merely a five minute walk to Playa de los Muertos and another five minutes walk Saluylita. We enjoyed the chef and his breakfast, as well as his dinners and wonderful guacamole. Although it was up on a hill, and the walk was steep, it was definitely worth it. We had a welcome reception with help with our luggage as well as assistance in anyway that we could.

Staff is nice, helpful and friendly. The chef personalized any dish in the menu as they prepare it the moment you order. Food is tasty, fresh and beatufully presented. We spent six days in this hotel and enjoyed every minute. Cinthia helped us to arrange a tour to Islas Marietas and whale watching, we were picked up and dropped off. It was fantastic! We walked 5 min to the beach, Playa de los Muertos, it has all the services. We had the best charcoal-grilled fish skewer! The fact that the Villa is embedded in a hill, surrounded by nature, tropical trees and facing to the ocean, you will hear the ocean waves, wind and perhaps a family of badgers fighting or looking for food out of your room at night. Expect dirt and bumpy roads to get to the Villa, we had a flat tire on a rental car and paid eight bucks to get it fixed by the gas station. If you want to explore the area, San Pancho is another town for dinning out and enjoy the beautiful sunset. Playa Carricitos is a virgin beach and a walk distance for a perfect sunset shooting. As much as the property needs some TLC, everything was working well in our villa.

The views from our bungalow were absolutely incredible!!! The room is stunning. The staff was soo nice. They gave you a complimentary drink upon arrival, as well as, a complimentary handmade continental breakfast. You eat near the common area pool and the view is one of the prettiest we saw in Sayulita. The downside.. the waves are sooo loud haha. You are literally right above them which is cool but its like the ultimate sound machine. I would definitely stay again but only for 1-2 nights bc it kept waking up my boyfriend. Lastly, if you have tonsss of luggage -- get ready to hike up a ramp to your room. We were fine with light carry ons but just FYI.

The property is beautiful. Room had an amazing view and the AC worked very well. The pictures don't make it clear but the bathroom actually was in a separate room with a door in our king ocean view suite. Staff were very responsive on whats app but make sure you have service to message them when you arrive otherwise the gate was locked. It is a bit of a walk into town, about 15 mins. I was worried about bugs in the room but it was actually fine there was netting that kept them out. The pool is a little small but if you want a romantic remote getaway this is your place :)
