The hotel was fine for a one night stay. The staff were friendly and the room was overall good and clean. The parking is however not "under" or "close" to the hotel. It is maybe 5 minutes walk and not that easy to find the first time. 5 Minutes is not a long time, but there was no elevator in the parking garage, so there was a lot of activity in actually getting our things into the hotel.

Room on 7th floor. Small room very clean and a view and balcony. Street noise very loud with traffic and as room south facing was hoping for air conditioning to work as it was first heatwave of the year. It worked for about 5 minutes and stopped for good. After working very late wanted a snack choice of sandwich super poor. If you will offer sandwich at least have a proper selection. This hotel is like Moxy. Nice rooms, bar and snacks but choice of snacks poor.

Notre séjour de deux nuits s'est très bien passé : la chambre, bien que pas très grande, est moderne et pratique. La literie est très confortable et nous avions un lit king size. La salle de bain possède une grande douche, un wc ainsi qu'un évier avec un grand miroir. La chambre dispose aussi de la climatisation qu'on peut régler selon notre volonté.

Kamer was prima. Kamer aan de straatkant maar was weinig te horen. Jammer dat er geen klein koelkastje was. Hotel gelegen vlakbij de Mediapark en een bioscoop met restaurants. Openbaar vervoer ook vlakbij. Station Hansaring was 1 halte van Köln CS en 5min lopen van het hotel. Ingang was wel aan een drukke weg.

Gewohnt quallitativ gut. Allerdings sind die Mittarbeiter so langsam, dass man am liebsten wieder gehen möchte. ich habe geschlagene 25 min damit verbracht darauf zu warten, dass man mir die Schlüsselkarte und die Rechnung gegeben hat (also keine lange Schlange, sondern von dem zeitpunt an, an dem ich dran war). Und dann war die rechnung auch noch falsch ausgestellt. Die richtige Rechnung habe ich dann nur als Kopie bekommen können....Gurkentruppe!

Der einzige Nachteil ist dass das Hotel direkt an einer viel befahren Strasse liegt. Allerdings hat man Weihnachten davon nichts mitbekommen. Was sehr nett vom Personal war, dass ich ich an 2 Tagen (2x Übernachtung) einen Capo kostenlos bekommen habe, obwohl ich kein Frühstück gebucht hatte , sehr nett !! Hoffe dass Sie dafür keinen Ärger bekommen.... Auch der Zimmerservice war zuvorkommend. Da das Zimmer ein wenig kühl war, wegen Gaskriese habe dafür Verständnis, wurde umgehend eine 2 Decke ins Zimmer gebracht. Auch meine Sachen wurden liebevoll zusammengeräumt vom Zimmerservice. Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein tolles Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. An gut besuchten Tagen muss man manchmal etwas länger warten bis ein Platz zum Frühstück frei wird, deshalb ein Stern Abzug. Ansonsten gerne wieder

Parkeren dichtbij met korting voor 1 dag €10, was top! Weinig zitplaats voor het ontbijt. Personeel deed er wel alles aan om een plek voor je vrij te maken.

Only stayed one night here. Parking is in the public parking area underground, so I was not 100% comfortable leaving anything in the car. The Hotel is walkable to the Dome and the shopping district, but just barely. Room was adequate for one night.
