Lovely host Ben. Explained everything properly. Room was immaculate and cosy. Would deff recommend and would stay again. Great bar downstairs and good menu. Thank you Ben

The twin room we were allocated was small with no wardrobe and very cold. The ensuite was next door out on the corridor. We asked to be moved and had to pay an extra 40 pounds. That room was much better.

Helpful staff, quite pleasant restaurant, good location for visiting Aldeburgh and surrounding area. Room very small, not what we thought we had booked. Expedia room description misleading.
