Cute small boutique hotel. Staff all exceptional offering amazing service, very kind & helpful. Breakfast was made to order daily which was a nice touch. Beds very comfortable & showers are great. Bonus with laundry machine, snacks & teas & coffee at your convenience

Excellent customer service, location, and clean room. 5 min walk from train main station if you take the Y13 exit, manny good eateries within 5 mins

Bed mattress was very uncomfortable. I did not get a good night sleep for my entire 5 nights stay. Awkward getting into the shower tub due to the sliding glass partition door. Needs a safety bar to hold by the door when exiting the shower tub. But room was clean and orderly. Housekeeping was friendly, efficient, accommodating and helpful. Front desk and Cafe staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating. Cafe menu can be improved by offering more authentic Western food, especially for breakfast.
