This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in out of 880 stays on hotels.com. I don’t leave many reviews but the current reviews in my opinion are not accurate. The facilities are manned by staff that don’t care. There are hairs in the bathroom, grim around plugs and sockets and fhe sink was blocked and filled up when run the water. Whilst it was cheap for Paris I was taken in by the rating given but in my view the place is an absolute dump. I considered it was only 3 star and my taste is high but cleanliness was so bad throughout the whole place it deserved a 0. I can assure you it wasn’t one spot or two, if whoever reads this from the hotel how about you go and give the place a good inspection, look at the dirt around the plugs and sockets. Your cleaners don’t give a monkeys. Absolutely disgrace to call yourself a hotel.

El alojamiento a primera vista está bien no repetiremos por varias razones: nos dieron una habitación que estaba a medio hacer. Cama hecha pero baño no limpio. Nos quejamos y no hicieron nada. Ni limpiar, ni reponer papel del baño ni jabón. Un desastre. El trato que hemos tenido en el hotel ha sido pésimo cuando hemos reclamado esto y encima el día de salida nos engañaron con el taxi que solicitamos en recepción. Un robo. No recomendaría este hotel a nadie..

Loved the room and area. Convenient to have a grocery store right across the street to save on food costs we cooked breakfast and dinner at the apartment. Only issue is the lack of cooking pots. The most annoying thing was the communication with the front desk and house keeping. We had to keep asking them to provide us with fresh towels ,sugar and coffee for our room when that should be standard during the house keeping process. The staff wasn’t friendly the first two nights of our stay but the third day the front desk had more pleasant people. Getting an Uber to come to the hotel was very inconvenient and they kept cancelling the ride that ended up costing more in Uber fees. The apartment itself was nice but the balcony needed some TLC. It was green and slimy so we never used it.

The location was quiet and had leafy areas to walk and relax in nearby, but was very convenient for getting in and out of the city either by tram or train. It was also easy to find places to eat and buy groceries. The room was clean and well-equipped, and given how hot it was, we were very glad of the efficient air con! The staff were helpful and there was always someone on hand to answer questions.

Overall, it's a good experience. There were few minor problems. Hotel staff solved them all immediately. Location is nice and quite. There was only one major problem. When you use shower, vapor spreads to other rooms because there is not enough ventilation in the bathroom. This makes the air quite damp. You will need to open windows for at least 30 minutes to make it all go away.

Nice hotel , kitchenette had everything you needed. Check the list before you stay. We didn’t see this inside the cupboard and realised we had no pots no pans , only few cutlery. They brought pans to us immediately. Really nice place to stay , nice hallway separating bathroom from bedroom, spacious apartment. Will book again

Ein super Apparthotel für einen Citytrip in Paris. Etwas ausserhalb gelegen, aber öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt neben dem Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Schlafbereichen und einer Küche. Perfekt für Selbstverpflegung. Supermarkt nebem dem Hotel und Bäckerei 5 Minuten entfernt. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen und empfehlen dieses Hotel weiter!

Apart from the rude lady in the breakfast room who acted like I killed her puppy when I asked for a coffee to go, it was a wonderful stay. I traveled with my husband and two kids. The kids had their own room. While we didn’t cook, we could have. You’ll smell other peoples cooking in the halls, but it’s kinda cool. Like you are in an apartment building. The grocery across the street has everything you could need. We took the train everywhere-2 min walk. This is our second visit to this hotel, and we will always return.

We stayed at Residhome for 13 nights in an executive one bedroom. It was spacious and clean. The staff were great. Our room was cleaned daily and snacks were replenished. At check in Ines went out of her way to ensure we got the room we wanted and was extremely kind throughout our stay. There is a market to get food to cook across the sidewalk. There are many restaurants in the area. It is s 10-15 euro taxi/uber to the Eiffel Tower or you can walk/run along the Siene. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend staying here if you’d like a place that feels like home in a safe quiet area. The staff were absolutely wonderful.

It was not explained that breakfast was included ? so we only ate there once so that was a waste. When checking I tried to get a room change smaller as my daughter's had extended there stay and we did not need a bigger room, not sure the desk clerk understood kept the room anyway.
