Nice and modern hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious. Despite the fact that we were there for 2 nights, we received clean towels after 1 night. The room is quiet despite being on the road. We had breakfast and dinner outside the hotel. On the other side a nice street with many eateries. Parking is expensive in the hotel and near the hotel no options on the street. Hotel is located 10 minutes from the center, so ideal. if I go back to Cologne I would definitely book this hotel!

Within a short walk of cathedral. No parking at facility when I arrived, staff was unhelpful and dismissive of the challenges finding parking. AC did not function properly in room. Staff solution was to provide a fan. Not impressed

Horrible experience, no parking at property (hotel has 100 rooms, they only have parking for a portion of that, hotel is in middle of city, shower flooded bathroom (2" of water throughput the bathroom), when reporting the issue, they responded "oh, that again" and finally moved us to an alternate room. Hotel heat was 80F throughout (great if you like it hot), very uncomfortable if you don't. Staff not helpful addressing problems, - took us 2 hrs. to find alternate parking!!! Would not recommend.

Really nice hotel with a top location close to the city center. Top notch staff both at check inn and checkout. Enough parking in the garage. One big minus must be that the chargers in the garage didn’t work. Luckily they had two 22kw outside that worked also included in the parking price. Highly recommend the hotel and will be back next time we are in Cologne visiting friends.

Our initial room was not cleaned even though we gave them 5 hours to get the room ready before checking in. Eventually after explaining everything we had to ask to change rooms due the condition of the room. Also the bathroom lights in our replacement room bathroom were extremely dim and on their way out so we told the front desk and the gentleman did not seem to care or want to do anything about it

Die Stadtnähe ist absolut hervorzuheben. Die eigene Garage ist ein Vorteil. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit. Die Duschwand im Bad im unteren Teil mit Schimmel. Es gab keine Ladestation fürs Handy , begrenzte Senderwahl im TV.

This hotel is fantastic. The rooms are huge and super clean. The person who checked us in was so friendly and gave us recommendations for the area. The hotel itself is a few mins walk away from the main station and cathedral. The other side of the road there is a supermarket if you need any supplies and plenty of restaurants within close proximity. There is also a tram stop 5 mins walk away. Highly recommend.

Sehr schön, Preis-Leistung passt hier sehr gut. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und sehr schöne Zimmer. Auch die Bar ist zu empfehlen. Negativ wären hier die relativ hohen Parkkosten sowie der für mich deutlich zu schwache Duschstrahl und die fehlende Minibar,aber das ist zu verschmerzen.

Great location and approx 10 minute walk from the main train station. Just several minutes walk from a selection of dining options ranging from fast food to dining. The hotel itself was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. One thing we noticed was we didn’t have a fridge in the room which took us by surprise. My husband needs one to store his insulin. My sons room had one so we queried it. Apparently only rooms on 5th floor have refrigerators and they must have forgotten to take out the one in his room. Mmmm not so sure. However to their credit they had one delivered to the room. Breakfast, there was a variety of a cooked breakfast or continental along with cereals, yogurt and fruit. All in all a great stay.

We arrived late, and the room was already prepared. The location is good, about a 10-minute walk from the central station. The staff were friendly and kind. The room had everything you might need, including an iron and an ironing board, but no mini refrigerator, which you would expect in 99% of hotels. The cleanliness of the toilet could have been better, but the sheets and the room overall were almost spotless. I would especially like to thank the team for leaving a small gift for my birthday during my stay. It was a lovely gesture. I can only recommend the hotel and would gladly choose it again next time I'm in Cologne.

Unser Aufenthalt war mit Frühstück gebucht und daher war es für mich unverständlich dass man die Frühstückszeit festlegen musste. Wir hatten einen Termin in Köln um 09:00 Uhr und man hat uns eine Frühstückszeit um 09:30Uhr angeboten wobei es keine Alternative mit Room Service gab. Man sagte uns dann dass wir es um 7:30 Uhr versuchen könnten, allerdings wäre es nicht sicher ob wir da Platz bekämen. Das hat allerdings geklappt. Ein weiterer Punkt war, dass die Tiefgarage des Hotels voll ausgebucht war und das nächste Parkhaus 700m entfernt war. Man versicherte uns dass wir unser Auto aber bedenkenlos in den Strassen rundum das Hotel abstellen könnten- was ein kapitaler Fehler war, da wie morgens feststellen mussten dass man in der Nacht in unser Auto eingebrochen hatte. Die Polizei meinte nur dass das in dieser Gegend keine Seltenheit wäre. Alles in allem waren wir weder mit dem Aufenthalt noch mit dem Service betreffend Informationen vom Hotelpersonal zufrieden

Clean hotel. Friendly and efficient staff. Tea and coffee facilities and a safe in each room. There’s a tv which includes some English channels but the remote control is slow to engage with tv. Very good air conditioning but you need to engage with the air con instructions available on the first tv channel. The breakfast is expensive at 46euros for 2. The city centre is walkable if you watch out for the fast cyclists.
