If you're not worried about distance to Brisbane CBD then this a very good place to stay in. Room is very comfortable and clean. There are a lot of amenities within the complex. There's restaurant, coffee shop and a bottle shop, there's also pokies.

The room was modern, everything was perfectly clean. Beds were comfortable with clean white bedding. Staff at reception were all very nice. Pool & gym were great. Less than a minute to walk to all of the beautiful dining options for breakfast, lunch, dinner & desert. All the food was great including the coffee, donuts and ice cream. I’m usually quite fussy with where I stay but this place had no issues, everything was great.

Very expensive for what it was. Not a sensible property. Cars away from accommodation and whilst it may be “secure” it’s out in the rain and so are you to park and retrieve. You also have to bring your luggage from and to the same car park. Pity if it’s raining or windy. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so you cannot see a thing. If there is you don’t know it. Hairdryer is the size of a liar jet and weighs a ton so don’t have wrist troubles or arthritis. Room was lovely food at the hotel beautiful. Bed very comfy.

Stayed here multiple times. First time ever leaving a bit disappointed. Room felt tired compared to others I have stayed in. Was allocated a disabled access room which meant bathroom was wheel chair friendly but far from luxurious. Ironing board in room was broken, dinner in hotel was disappointing. Hot served wrong meal and was made feel like it was my fault. Overall convenient and good value but not up to previous stays.

The Staff at the "The Glen" were so accommodating to our needs, including early check in due to our luggage being wet. Nothing was ever a problem. All staff were friendly and polite. Facilities were great, everything was so clean. Beds were comfortable and shower pressure fantastic. Parking was a breeze and I love the fact there is a bottlo and pub out the front. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 5 nights and felt welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. The staff were professional, polite and very helpful. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. There is also secure parking onsite. Great food at the adjacent restaurant and the location was convenient with a large shopping centre nearby and easy access to the motorway. We'll definitely stay again next time we are in Brisbane.

Accommodation was nice, staff service was poor, no greeting on arrival - had to pay $100 room deposit although we had already paid in full, was not disclosed upon booking, was due to "potential damage or mini bar" then its refunded after 2-7days, ridiculous! Waited 10mins to check out, reception vacant and no bell to alert staff that your waiting. Food at The Glen was amazing and service brilliant, if only the accommodation side could meet the same experiences.

Overall comfort and cleanliness was fantastic. The bottle Shop and the restaurant are apart of the entire complex. We were on a 2 night stay for a conference. Once we returned to our room we didn’t need to leave for anything. Restaurant food at the Glen Hotel was fantastic , service also. Will be returning next year.

The Glen was excellent, great dining options, amazing food, gelato, coffee, pastries and pizza. The parking was easy and heaps of spaces, we were able to unhitch a caravan for the 4 nights we stayed. Accommodation is spacious, modern and clean with heaps of TV channel options. Staff was brilliant in all restaurants and accommodation. Will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend.
