土〜月曜日までの宿泊だったからか、1階のカフェが一般のお客さんで、いつも混雑していた。読書しながらの夜のカフェを楽しみにしていましたが、それも満席で叶わず。ホテルエントランスに該当する場所がカフェなので、のんびりする場所もなく、宿泊者同士で待ち合わせる場所もなく不便でした。流石に22時過ぎたら一般のカフェ客はご遠慮いただきたい。 24時閉店のままなら、もう泊まらないかな。

The room and hotel in general is a little small, hard to maneuver around with luggage, especially having to go through the cafe for the check-in counter. Service is very good though, and staff were fluent in English. Room is clean. Location is a little inconvenient coming from the train.

룸 컨디션도 최고였고, 무엇보다 다이묘, 텐진 쪽에서 쇼핑을 목적으로 왔다면 접근성하나는 최고의 호텔이라 생각합니다. 직원 분들도 다들 너무 친절하셨고, 특히 한국어 하는 직원분 계셨는데 정말 귀엽고 친절하셨어요. 그리고 제일 좋았던 점은 자전거 대여 서비스입니다! 후쿠오카 대부분 지역을 자전거로 다녔는데 제대로 여행을 즐기고 간 것 같아 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 방문할 예정입니다 :)

Would go 4.5 or 4.8 if I could. Price and location were great. A slight walk to transit but not an issue for us personally. The unit was small as is common in Japan but the space was well used. The only issue was checkin / reception. As it doubles as a hotel and coffee shop / lounge the lobby is over crowded and not efficiently laid out with a single machine everyone is required to use. Imagine multiple folks trying to check in (with their luggage in tow) while other guest are trying to leave and cafe patrons are going to and from the washroom all which congregates at a single 1.5 metre stretch of hallway. My recommendation would be to cut a few of the cafe tables in the back and provide more space for in and outbound guests.

This hotel was amazing in many ways; it was close to the main streets and surrounded by many delicious restaurants. However, the rooms seem a bit small, as my big suitcase could not stay in the bed area as there would've been too little room to move around and I had to put it into the shower.

Nice atmosphere in the ground level café with good coffee and cake. The outside is rather noisy, especially on a weekend night, but with closed windows it's quite ok. There was a balcony on our room, but with no view to speak of, there was little reason to step outside. There's only one elevator, so during busy times, one might have to wait quite a while to get up or down.

This hotel is WONDERFUL. Even before you walk in, you are excited to stay because the neighborhood you walk through to reach it is trendy, interesting, and friendly. The hotel is beautiful -- tastefully decorated. The staff was so kind and professional. The room was compact yet perfectly formed -- everything you could want was somehow masterfully designed in (eg a desk, a cushioned chair, mini fridge, and kettle). The biggest surprise was the inordinately large bathroom with a shower and a separate tub!!! Highly recommend! Am dying to go back!!!

Compared to other girls we stayed in outside of Tokyo, this was pretty poor value and we had poor experience with the staff. it was twice the rate we paid elsewhere and half the size of any of the rooms we had outside Tokyo. We did arrive early and while it's been no bother at other hotels across the country, Lamp Lights wanted to charge us for 1.75 hrs. Breakfast was nice enough but the coffee average.

서비스 엄청 친절하다. 체크인전에 가면 짐도 락걸어서 맡아주신다. 코인세탁, 얼음바스켓, 전자레인지, 자판기 등 편의시설이 잘 돼있다. 1층도 카페라 나가기전 어디갈지 찾아보고 나가기도 좋다. 룸카드를 찍어야 호텔층으로 올라갈수 있어서 안전하기도 하다. 주변에 먹을거리도 상가도 많아서 좋다. 암튼 혼자든 둘이든 추천. 단, 방에서 보이는 바깥 뷰가 중요하다면 고층을 받는게 좋을듯하다. 나는 5층이었지만 바깥뷰는 전무.

The hotel was conveniently located around 10-15mins walk from different stations like Tenjin, Tenjin-Minami, Akasaka stations as well as surrounded by many cafes, food stores and convenience stores too. Taking the subway or a taxi from the airport was easy too. The hotel breakfast was lovely with various croissant and drink options that you could specify the evening before. We had a good week-long stay and throughout, the room was clean, very comfy and staff were always so friendly. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

We spent two nights in this hotel. The room is on the small side just like many Japanese hotel. It’s quite new and clean. It’s well equipped with everything you need, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, slippers and all other hygienic products you need in the lobby if you need them. It’s not the closest to the train station but it’s not a difficult walk, maybe about 10 minutes away from Tenjin station. The hotel has a 24 hours cafe in the ground floor and lots of restaurants and stores near by for shopping and eating. It can be a bit noisy at night if you are not a deep sleeper. Overall a very pleasant stay here.

We loved this hotel! The location and 24 hour cafe were the top points for me. I was able to get a latte whenever I needed in those first couple days when jet lag was tough (like 3 AM when both kids were up and sleep was no longer an option). My 4 year old loved the bunk beds and the croissants from the cafe. All in all a great hotel for seeing Fukuoka with my husband, 4 year old and infant!
