ショッピングも食事もマッサージに行くのにとても便利な場所で立地は最高に良いです。海にも歩いて行ける距離です。部屋からプールに入れるお部屋は本当に素敵です。朝も夜もプールサイドにあるベッドで皆さんのんびり過ごしていました。水圧も温度も申し分ないです。

An amazing relaxing oasis in the middle of all the Kuta busy bustle! Very comfortable bed and room is large and ideal! Amazing pool! So close to the busy area of Kuta, but quiet enough to relax. Walkable to the beach from here too. I will stay here again next time!

Good hotel, excellent staff, underground parking facilities, decent size room and bathroom. Only hiccup we had was one of the room had air con and fridge not working properly in the begining, which was fixed later that evening.

2 star hotel - 3 star pool area. No restaurant so you have to go next door to mini mart to get your own poolside drinks. Location is excellent. Very loud at night from the club - solved with earplugs. Very basic bathroom. 2 star hotel - in a great location.

The cleaning of rooms needs much improvement. Stayed for 5 nights and only clean towels when insisted. For whole stay, clean glasses and mugs not given even though requested. Floor not swept properly. Just basic hygiene. Staff not helpful at all. Other than location, very disappointed.

The cost for my holiday was exceptionally expensive considering the restaurant closes at 2pm ,so if you wanted to stay by the pool & have dinner you couldnt as it was closed .the curtains had mould spores on them everywhere.on arrival & you book in they give you the key tell you were to go to your room ,they dont take you like other hotels services do.

Great reasonably priced small hotel. Loved the location with a few fabulous restaurants just minutes away. Beach easily accessed, took me 7 mins with a fast paced walk. Nice clean pool. Hot water in shower, clean bathroom. Good cold fridge and air-con. Comfortable bedding

The property is definitely like the pictures. It is a bit outdated and smells like mildew. First room I was given had broken AC and terrible view. After I complained I was moved to a better room with view to the pool which is the only “nice” view. Needs better maintenance, however staff was nice And willing to help.

All rooms have large windows to the pool, which opens at 7am, when adults and kids go noisy . Insulation is terrible and people stay late in the open restaurant everybody can hear. Bars around stay open till late with loud music. Thus, you will be lucky to sleep a few hours with earplugs.

Everything is ok about this place except for the aircon that’s not really cold despite keeping the temperature at its lowest, and it can get a little noisy at night because of the bars nearby. Nice pool. Clean room.

5日間ありがとうございました！スタッフさんも親切で、とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。部屋も水周りも清潔でした。シャワーは固定ですがお湯もでますし、水圧も強いぐらいでした。エアコンも新しく快適でした。ただ備え付けアメニティーはほぼありません。(フロントに言えば貰えるみたいです) あと騒音についてですが、ホテル近くにミュージックBARが2件程あり5階でしたが、若干音が聞こえます、私は気にならず寝れましたが、気になる方は避けた方がいいかもしれません。周辺にはコンビニ、ランドリー、飲食店など揃っている為とても便利です。とてもコストパフォーマンスが良いホテルだと思いました。

Im solo female traveler i stayed for 5 nights and i feel very safe during my stayed,enjoyed cleaning, and I was amazed at how beautifully the beds were made while I was there. In addition, on the day of my final check-out, I looked under my bed runner to make sure I might have left my earrings, and when I did, I discovered my money—IDR 700000, or roughly $70 in Australian currency—which I had left there on Friday and had completely forgotten about for five nights. Whoever cleaned my room and made my bed didn't touch it, and when I saw the money, I felt something for that sincere person. I asked the housekeeper who had been cleaning my room for the past five days when I spotted them adjacent to my room. He replied thats Alit he did. I respect his honesty.Definitely i will book for this hotel again if i'm coming in bali.Thank you very much Hotel Terrace all staff. Thank you!

I got lied to at check in. Was told the room rate is only IDR400k but If I pay IDR475k breakfast is included. my expedia booking didn’t state breakfast but I asked the staff to confirm that 475k includes breakfast and he confirmed it to me twice. the next morning, voila, breakfast is not included and they refused to entertain my complaint. So I went for breakfast at Hrand La Walon across the street, much better selection for the same 75k price. felt cheated, will never come here again.

Open and facilities. Pool looked lovely and we had the entrance from room to pool only we hadnt used whilst there 2 separate occasions. Friendly approachable staff that helped with a late flight we had and sorted stuff for us. Great location close to all shops,bars and the beach not far. As a ind travel agent i will recommend this.

夏休みの旅行で利用しました。深夜到着の便で初日は寝るだけだし、その次の日も出歩く予定だったので快適に寝れたらよいと思い、手頃な価格できれいそうなホテルを選びました。結果は想像していたより、部屋も広く水回りもきれいで大満足でした。ホテルから歩いてすぐのところに食堂、カフェ、マッサージ屋さんもたくさんあり、クタビーチの中心エリアにあるショッピングモール「ビーチウォーク」も歩いて15分くらいなのでとても便利でした。ホテル周辺は夜遅くまで観光客が多く、道に面したカフェも賑やかなので、夜9時くらいでも中学生の息子と2人で安心して歩いてホテルに帰れる感じでした。ただ狭い道を車、バイク、人が通って行くので気をつけて歩く必要はあります。

The pool access rooms were fantastic. Rooms were clean and cosy. We will definitely return to the hotel again. Location was convenient with shops all around. Beachwalk Shopping Centre is a walking distance about 10 mins away.

Value for money. Hotel offer $8 buffet breakfast for guests made fresh everyday. Good layover/transit hotel between your next destination. We had a twin room on the smaller side but we made it work. Only comment would be to air the rooms out just so its not musty in the bathrooms. Other than that the pool is clean and good place to relax. Very helpful staff

Very well located, very clean. Only thing that let it down compared to other resorts we have stayed at with similar value was breakfast. Not as much choice as other resorts, but it was still an enjoyable place to stay.
