The staff is very friendly and nice. The location is very good. Because the station is near the hotel by walk. Also, you can go to shopping mall and monas tower by walk. But the hotel concept is not matched to me. It's dark and small. There is also m

What a beautiful property with amazing attention to detail throughout. The rooftop restaurant was wonderful, with fantastic views, and the cafe on the ground level was artistic, funky and ultra-chic. So many wonderful little details were laden throughout, which were a feast for the eyes! (Many photos were taken!) The included breakfast offered a variety of choices, all of which were absolutely delicious, along with a small but wonderful buffet - which sustained us till dinner! Restaurant staff were so lovely and reception staff were extremely helpful, setting us up with transportation and SIM card info as well as a Jakarta map....everything we needed upon on our arrival from overseas to Jakarta! Transportation to the train station was arranged for us as well. We are so happy with our choice of Kosenda. They provided a most wonderful welcome and introduction to Indonesia! Highly recommend this charming, intimate gem of a hotel!
