El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta cercano a sitios de interés para negocios. Habitación amplia y limpia. Paños blancos y sabanas pulcras. También te dejan artículos de aseo personal muy prácticos y necesarios. El restaurante tanto en la cena hamburguesas y pizzas, así como el desayuno buffet ha sido muy bueno, muchas opciones para un desayuno sencillo y variado. Un extra super importante en esa zona tan complicada es que tienen un parking privado. El personal de la recepción y del restaurante nos atendieron con amabilidad y cortesía. En general ha sido una excelente experiencia.

No hay piscina. No hay terraza ( está bandalizada). Cristales rotos en la terraza abandonada. No hay exposición de coches. En la recepción nos han dicho q hace mes cambiaron de dueño y los anteriores se llevaron todo, lo cual no se justifica q no se modifique en la página web. Lamparas muy sucias en la entrada y en todas partes. Cristal roto de la puerta de entrada. Lejos del metro. Con vistas a una zona descampado y sucio. Lo único bueno fue la cama muy cómoda y el personal agradable. Me siento estafada por la falsa publicidad.

I chose this property for its proximity to the airport, as well as for the cover-image on Expedia's site: a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of Madrid. However, the Rooftop bar appears to be defunct (a couple broken tables and chairs remained). While you can find places to eat and drink around the hotel, it's a bit hard to find from the area where the hotel is (a busy road). And, while the hotel comes up in searches for proximity to the airport, my cab ride on a low-traffic Sunday morning was 10 Euro more than a cab from the airport to Central Madrid. If anything, Expedia should remove the cover image for the hotel (the rooftop bar).

Rude, disrespectful, ignorant staff. We were given a room with a shower that was fixed too low, the water was flooding the bathroom and the corridor. We were promised a fix but eventually no care was given and nobody came to see it. Definitelly, not a **** hotel. The decor was quite poor, facilities too; the kettle provided but no tea or coffee, very poor choice of toiletries, only one set given for 2 people. It felt as if the room was not ready for us or under some kind of reconstruction. Not clean to scratch, very basic. The front of the hotel quite industrial but there are nice places at the back in the residential area. Mainly operated via Uber, close to Alcobendas and shoppng centre. Defo not worth the money, won't be going back. Felt ignored and unwelcomed. Avoid if you can.

El hotel está en lo que se puede denominar un polígono industrial, junto a las instalaciones de Mediaset, sin facilidad para transporte público. Las instalaciones parecen renovadas recientemente, pero no en su totalidad, y de forma aparentemente rápida y poco meticulosa, así que se observa,p.ej. que ha habido una pintura reciente pero no se ha quitado la cinta de carrocero, o se han renovado las lámparas de las habitaciones sin sustituir la pantalla rota, se ha actualizado el baño pero no se han tapado defectos previos, etc .. La parte pública también necesitaría un lavado de cara por los mismos motivos...

La habitación estaba muy limpia y espaciosa. El opersonal de hotel ha sido muy amable en todo momento y atento a mis solicitudes. Les agradezco mucho. El buffé del desayuno correcto. No muy amplio, pero con suficente variedad para hacer un desayuno más que completo. El gimnasio está estupendo. Valoro mucho esta opción. Muy buena relación calidad/precio.

Muy mal las camas, los colchones de dos camas juntas tienen dos alturas igual que las almohadas dos y malas te clavas los muelles de los colchones, la televisión no funciona con el mando, faltaba un cepillo de dientes el suelo de la habitación muy mal etc número de la habitación 215 los pasillos del hotel con muchas manchas (sucios), para no repetir.

The rooms and hotel were fine. The bar staff was absolutely rude. The breakfast was decent but the egg were way undercooked everyday. We stayed here 6 days and some days our room didn’t get cleaned and we had to keep asking for toilet paper and clean towels. I would not stay here again.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We had an adjoining room, would ensure you specify no adjoining room if travelling as a couple. Person in room very loud, may of well had the door open. Hotel moved us on request to a quieter room as noise was persistent. Overall a comfortable stay, ideal if wanting to be out of the City. Great location for stadium which was the main reason for travel.

Segunda vez en este hotel y no tienen agua caliente para ducharse, en Invierno!. La habitación no tiene plancha, si la pide te la traen el día siguiente. No te ofrecen agua, te la ponen en la nevera y no se sabe el precio, como también de las otras cosas en la nevera. El personal de housekeeping tocan la puerta y gritan por los pasillos a las 6.45 de la mañana como para despertar la gente, luego a las 9.30 te entran sin tocar puerta. Rude, disrespectful, ignorant staff. We were given a room with a shower that was fixed too low, the water was flooding the bathroom and the corridor. We were promised a fix but eventually no care was given and nobody came to see it. Definitelly, not a **** hotel. The decor was quite poor, facilities too; the kettle provided but no tea or coffee, very poor choice of toiletries, only one set given for 2 people. It felt as if the room was not ready for us or under some kind of reconstruction. Not clean to scratch, very basic. The front of the hotel quite industrial but there are nice places at the back in the residential area. Mainly operated via Uber, close to Alcobendas and shoppng centre. Defo not worth the money, won't be going back. Felt ignored and unwelcomed. Avoid if you can.

Nos recibió Mafer que fue encantadora, nos dio una habitación maravillosa, íbamos con una niña de 4 años y hasta a ella le encantó la habitación. Un trato increíble por parte de Mafer, así da gusto que te trate.

The rooms and hotel were fine. The bar staff was absolutely rude. The breakfast was decent but the egg were way undercooked everyday. We stayed here 6 days and some days our room didn’t get cleaned and we had to keep asking for toilet paper and clean towels. I would not stay here again.

El hotel está en lo que se puede denominar un polígono industrial, junto a las instalaciones de Mediaset, sin facilidad para transporte público. Las instalaciones parecen renovadas recientemente, pero no en su totalidad, y de forma aparentemente rápida y poco meticulosa, así que se observa,p.ej. que ha habido una pintura reciente pero no se ha quitado la cinta de carrocero, o se han renovado las lámparas de las habitaciones sin sustituir la pantalla rota, se ha actualizado el baño pero no se han tapado defectos previos, etc .. La parte pública también necesitaría un lavado de cara por los mismos motivos...

However, the buffet breakfast was quite dissapointing - there was just two types of processed jam, two types of cheap cheese, scrambled eggs from egg powder, a bit of industrial pastry products, and more or less that is it. Did not worth the "special price" of 11 euros, otherwise 14 euros. Parking outside the hotel is possible for free, but they offer paid parking 18 euros per day.

Me molesta que se coloquen fotos que no reflejan la realidad. La vista que venden la terraza en la cubierta con vistas a Madrid no es cierta, en su día habría pero está desmantelado y no existe esa terraza. El precio es excesivo para una noche sin desayuno. No repetiría. El personal muy amable, pero lejos de Madrid, el restaurante llegamos un sábado a las 9 y no se podía tomar nada porque estaba cerrado. Staff is great! Food was good but pricey. Bar prices however were reasonable. My only suggestion is to add an occasional chair in the rooms, and a storage area for toiletries in the bathrooms. The rooms are spacious but need more furniture.
