This place is very run down. The window air conditioner sounds like a tractor. We weren't allowed to check in until exactly 400pm. First we were told the room wasn't clean yet but we found out that was not the truth. It was very hot and we were travelling by motorcycle We just wanted to sit in a cool area . They allowed us to sit in the mezzanine so we could See the room ...no one was cleaning it. The swimming pool is a science project of algae and ?? It's not in use but is a definite eye sore . The bed is beyond worn out. Light bulbs burnt out in the bathroom (how do they clean if they can't see ?). Just pass on by

Price was cheap but pool, casino, ice machine, and restaurant are all closed, broken or "being remodeled." Broken windows and doors entering building. Abandoned and/or camper cars in parking lot. Felt like an abandoned Circus Circus during a zombie apocalypse. Left the curtain open so I could see my truck during the night. Very shady area. Despite the condition of the outside of the building, room was neat, clean and functional. Refrigerator had last occupants left overs, which I did not find appetizing. I guess I get what I pay for. Would not be surprised if they demolish building and completely remodel. I think the "No local residents allowed" sign was kind of a warning.

There was no breakfast available! The restaurant was closed for good! The Pool was closed and looked like a dump. The Casino was closed. The Breakfast, Resturant, Pool and Casino had been closed for awhile, with no opening date scheduled. We had called last spring to make reservations and was told, all the above was open! There was not even an ice bucket in the room. The place is a dump! The staff did a good job with what they had to with!

Arrived late to discover the lounge, cadino AND restaurant were all closed for rénovations. Only food close was pizza hut next door, food was decent but clientelle sketchy. Had bare minimum for amenities, only coffee in lobby. One wash cloth only, one hand towel and 2 small bath towels. Huge room, but old furnishings. TV Remote was missing back so worked occassionally. AC worked great but noisey. Had to ask for ice bucket. View out to pool, but couldnt see pool for 4 foot tall weeds., so can only imagine what the pool was like. Every person we heard talking all complained about the state of the place. We will never book here again.

Two of four washers in the guest laundry were out of service and a third one began leaking shortly after I put my wash in the fourth machine. No change machine to get quarters for laundry and no laundry soap available. There should be a dispenser in the laundry room or at least supplies at the front desk for purchase.

We arrived late, and were told that the boiler had gone out and there would be no hot water. The rear entry was broken. Anybody could have come in. The hotel was renting long-term, and as we walked by a room, a dog barked. The one lamp in the room was not wired properly. We felt unsafe. The furniture did not contribute to our comfort.

Outside appearance is questionable. Sign on main door says “Fire system not working,” key pad on back door is broken and just hanging there, bathroom door won’t close all the way and the handle doesn’t work. Pool is closed and looks like it hasn’t been used in years. If I would have known all this beforehand, I wouldn’t have booked here.

Frist of all the rooms need update . It looks like he was walking to a thrift store with the furniture they had in the rooms. The pool and hot tub does not work and the staff doesn't understand customer service and there's nothing on the side about a $50 deposit we need to check in until the end parking lot was not safe lighting was horrible

I had to check in at 4am due to a canceled flight. I had to take bus overnight. I called hotel and they said late/early morning check in is fine. When I showed up front desk couldn’t find reservation. Said it’s because I didn’t check in day before and shrugged. She was about to turn me away but I had nowhere to go and a doctor appt at 10am. I could have been nicer but I was exhausted and desperate.The reservation was found after some time. She gave me key and said it’s upstairs. I go up stairs and the hallways were disgusting. I mean things weren’t vacuumed for months. Smelled like vomit. Full large trash bags left by doors. Walls really dirty. Weird printed signs everywhere giving instructions. “Don’t let kids run in hallways we have truckers sleeping,” stuff like that. I wish I took pictures but I was exhausted. Bed was creaky and hard. Pillows smelled like unwashed hair (not BO but dirty hair). I never give bad reviews but this place was beyond ghetto. Lesson learned. I should have paid a little more for reasonable accommodations.

The restaurant and casino were closed until further notice. The room was filthy. The bed had been slept in and not changed. Someone’s hair was on the sheets. The air conditioner cover was off and broken. People were running around in the hall ways twerking. Asked for a refund but was refused. Called Expedia.. they contacted the property numerous times but was told the manager wasn’t in so they couldn’t authorize a refund. We didn’t stay there. We left when we saw the room.

My flight was delayed several times so by the time I landed I needed a room to sleep for a few hours. Hotels.com had this room as relatively high stars at affordable rate. The room was infested with cockroaches cockroaches in a sink shower and in the bed. When I left at the blanket there were two ran away. The sheet had yellow spots on it I can only presume piss. I showered before checking bed no hot water. In the room about 10 minutes and left. I know paid pre-booked room and paid on site and they said I have to go through hotels.com to get my money back... Hopefully I can. That hotel should be condemned. Couple of the pictures you can see some of the roaches on the tile and around.

The lady who checked me in sent me to 3 different rooms which were all occupied. When i finally got my room, it was dirty. There were bugs on the walls and blood stains on the floor. I paid for 2 nights and then they wanted to charge me an extra night after my first night for no reason. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Ghetto ASF!

Was able to park infront of our room for easier access. Everything worked.. However the shower had some issues. It was hard to work the nozzle and there was NO HOT WATER longer than 5-10 mins each

Good price the restaurant and elevator where down. The website said free breakfast didn't happen because they didn't have one. The king size bed rolled to the middle and squeaked every time you rolled over. Only two pillows and you had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths and they wanted you to return the dirty one's to the front desk who does that.

The room was adequate but the bed was old and felt like i was sleeping on springs. When rolling over, the bed made horrible squeeking noises. The air conditioner kept the room cool thank goodness as it was 100 degrees outside but it was very noisy.

This hotel is a get what you pay for place with massive potential and an amazing staff. From the GM down to the young man in headphones doing the public areas tbe staff were notbing but accommodating and madd me feel like i was at home if not more welcomed during a very difficult time in my life. I appreciate the time i spemt there and hope to stop again soke day.

Do not stay here. Had a reservation. Get there and told they are sold out. They purposely over book and then it's basically first come first serve on reservations. Lady at the desk was not helpful. Instead of talking to us about what was going on ignored us and kept answering the phone until I opened my mouth about it. Then she finally said someone else was coming up to help. Well, no help there either. Also, the people waiting in line behind us were not happy with their rooms. One wanted new pillow cases because they were dirty. The other was there for work and wanted to know what he was being charged for the week. Previous charges for him were $800 for one and $500 for the second. Very rude workers and not worth wasting your time going here.

The property itself was okay, great receptionists, clean room, however, somebody asked me for a smoke off of me inside the property when there was a gas station across the street. I am not sure if they were staying there or visiting someone in the hotel, but it did not leave me a great impression when it comes to safety.

I am super irritated and unhappy and would appreciate a bit of a refund. The stay has been awful. The guy at the front desk has been nothing but rude. I asked for toilet paper and towels and they never brought them. I have not had this bad of service in a long time.

For the price, an ok room. Hotel being remodeled so no restaurant nor casino. Shows its age, but if you need a cheaper place to stay, this is it. Not a 5-star hotel, but the area is quiet and convenient to freeway.

It had a bad musty odor, walls were paper thin. Could hear normal conversation from adjacent unit. Mattress had disgusting stains from who knows how long ago. Parking lot and lobby had very shady clientele hanging around. We reserved through Expedia and we’re told we had to go through them for a refund. We absolutely could not stay there and walked away from our paid for room. Hopefully we can negotiate with expedia for a refund.

Bed was fine. Property was in part of town by women's prison. We didn't have any issues but I was worried. No paper cups to drink with. But it was best price listed so you get what you pay for.

There was no breakfast available! The restaurant was closed for good! The Pool was closed and looked like a dump. The Casino was closed. The Breakfast, Resturant, Pool and Casino had been closed for awhile, with no opening date scheduled. We had called last spring to make reservations and was told, all the above was open! There was not even an ice bucket in the room. The place is a dump! The staff did a good job with what they had to with!

Great Thai food onsite. Clean, comfortable and spacious. But, many amenities advertised we're not available. No place for kids to play, pool closed, casino closed too early and no breakfast served or even drinkable coffee.

Arrived late to discover the lounge, cadino AND restaurant were all closed for rénovations. Only food close was pizza hut next door, food was decent but clientelle sketchy. Had bare minimum for amenities, only coffee in lobby. One wash cloth only, one hand towel and 2 small bath towels. Huge room, but old furnishings. TV Remote was missing back so worked occassionally. AC worked great but noisey. Had to ask for ice bucket. View out to pool, but couldnt see pool for 4 foot tall weeds., so can only imagine what the pool was like. Every person we heard talking all complained about the state of the place. We will never book here again.

When I made the reservation on expedia it listed amenities listed Resturant, breakfast, room service. game room … etc. None of these existed. we had a plumbing issue and they did not respond until I demanded service. When I checked out they refused to provide a receipt or refund a required deposit. They stated the receipts would be provided by Expedia. Also the deposit would come from Expedia. The manager was not easy to deal with.
