They went out of their way to make sure i had a parking spot available. Room was keep clean and tidy If you are looking for a five star hotel, this is not it. But if you are looking for an affordable,clean stay in the LA area, with parking included, this is a good choice.

The rooms smell really clean and very spacious. As soon as I checked in the couple in the room next to me was very loud and were arguing. I immediately grabbed my things and went to the front desk to let them know my concerns and the receptionist moved me without question. I really appreciated the accommodation. I usually stay at this place once or twice a month when I travel for work. I love the private parking, how clean the rooms are and smell, and how spacious ever they are. There’s food places across and down the street both ways everything is walkable and the neighborhood seems pretty calm. I’ve walked down the street to Carl’s Jr after dark and felt pretty safe. Location is great, rooms are great, parking is great.

The king suite was disappointing to say the least. Booked the room for the hot tub feature. Jets did not work, water barely came out hot. I said something the next morning as this was 3 AM when it was discovered. Front desk worker immediately got defensive and said I should have called in. I’m sorry but I’m not going to call at 3 am when I’m already undressed trying to use it. Couch was busted up and gross, can only imagine what was done on that. Not enough parking for all the rooms they have. It did it’s purpose for our nights stay but I don’t feel like that was worth $200 and the main reason I booked it was for the tub.

Property is well maintained but some might say not in the greatest area.Room was just as pictured very clean but did have a that older hotel smell which wasn't a problem for us. Parking on the property is safe as it is enclosed and office is at the entrance. It was surprisingly very quite given the area it is in. Great little spot for a night or 2 if your not looking for all the extras. Will definitely book again if I'm back in the area.

I really like that there is parking included with my stay and plenty of it. The room smelled super clean and was a mini fridge and microwave in the unit. They have stores, restaurants, and the airport close by. The surrounding area looks a little ghetto but it wasn’t a problem for me. I walked to the restaurant across the street at night and I was ok.

I had to kill a cockroach 5 minutes after entering the room. Then I spent 1/2 hour chasing down a fly. After all that, I had the willies and couldn’t fall asleep. In the morning, I had two mosquito bites on my feet. I saw that little intruder while at the mirror, but since we were leaving, didn’t bother with him.

You get what you pay for. The front desk people are rude, the rooms had mold, someone I assume, were smoking because I can smell it on my room, even when it says non-smoking. The bathroom had mold, the toilet seats and shower curtains had burns on them, the sink had mold, the sheets had stains, red stains, the room was spacious, just very outdatted, their was no "Do Not Disturbed" sign, so I assumed the cleaners would go in unannouced. The place was ghetto and sketchy to be honest. Felt very unsafe. Buyers or renters beware.

I was disappointed that our request for a ground level unit was not available because they said they did not receive my message sent through Hotels.com. There were no cups or glasses in the unit. No coffee maker. Disappointing for a motel that cost us $150 a night.

Staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating. Property was well lit and felt safe. Comfortably firm mattress w/ ample sheets/blankets. However, overall value merits 'average' rating due to loud, inefficient, but somewhat effective HVAC system. Shower curtains were a horror show re: coverage. Bright, white, fluorescent room lights; no 'soft' lamp lighting. Approx. only 7 local broadcast tv stations, not including ch 7 ('a Disney channel'). Would stay again ONLY as a last resort.

We had a nice clean, very large room, with ice cold A/C. We walked 1.2 miles to the Forum to see a concert. We got a room for less than the $100 it takes to park at the event itself. Since we came from San Diego, it was nice to have a cozy room nearby, so we didn't have to drive after the party! Neighborhood looks a bit rough! Lot's of colorful Street folk! We were treated kindly and didn't ever feel threatened, even walking home late.

Checkin and check out was very easy! The staff were very helpful with stuff in the room. Very walkable to the sofi stadium or forum if u don’t want to pay for parking near the venue. Definitely coming back in the near future.

I flew into LAX to meet up with a friend for a concert. We didnt want to pay for a fancy room since we were checking in around 5pm and were leaving for our hometown of Ojai early the next day and would be at the concert that night. The room was clean and we felt safe. Owners were very nice upon check-in & check-out.

The location is close to SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum, and LAX. The staff was very courteous and the room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The downside was the crime in the area, I was harassed and threatened by a man on my walk to the nearby Starbucks.
