El hotel está muy bien ubicado, limpio, el personal amable y siempre a disposición a responder dudas. Aun no tienen bar ni centro de negocios lo cual sería un plus. Pero el precio es accesible y el cuarto es amplio. No hay mucha variedad en el desayuno incluido.

Interesting hotel in a great location. Some other reviewers disliked this being a single floor in a larger building but i liked it. It added something new to experience. Breakfast was good. The cost was fantastic, especially for the location. Our room was little tight with no view but it served its purpose. We would definitely stay here again

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired very ordinary and poorly presented. I paid and ended up eating outside. Not so much of a lobby but location is good and beds comfortable.

Quite conveniently located to visit the various tourist sites and to transport system. Hotel is on the first floor of another building so no lounge or waiting area or to have a drink or tea or coffee. Even to use the toilets one had to go upstairs which was rather inconvenient. Breakfast was ok but the breads finished very quickly and were not replaced despite frequent reminders to the staff. Same with tea bags. Food luke warm. Coffee machine didnot work properly. Could have done much better with a little bit of training from staff. Air conditioning in the room was ok, quite warm and not very efficient. Good showers, beds comfortable.

Nettes Hotel in unmittelbarer Altstadtnähe. Perfekt um ein paar Tage in Budapest zu verbringen. Sehr freundlicher Staff, es gab sogar Wein zur Begrüßung. Parkplatz im Parkhaus sehr (!) teuer aber das ist in Budapest leider normal.

Das Hotel ist für einen Städteurlaub mit Sightseeing sehr gut gelegen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Von unserem Fenster aus konnten wir die Stephansbasilika sehen. Der Nachteil daran war allerdings, dass der Straßenlärm doch recht laut war.

Location is perfect (within walking distance of all major attraction). Also the metro station is at 3min walking. The staff is friendly (everything we asked was resolved quickly, e.g., slippers, bathrobes, a problem with the safe). Breakfast was good (i.e., continental breakfast with eggs, bacon, vegetables, jogurts, coffee, desserts, etc). The room is spaceous, with a large window on the street, termostat works fine (deluxe room). The main dissapointment was the cleanliness (i.e., the sheets were dirty and looked like they hadn't been changed before, but upon request the staff helped us to change them).

It was a value for money stay however there was such a noise due to the fact that we were near at the road. In addition to that, a mediocre breakfast and there were not many shampoo in the room as we were 2 people. However the people in the reception were amazing!

Nice place very good service, reasonable breakfast, good location in the middle of the City next to most monuments and public transportation. Well designed rooms. The sleeping experience unfortunately wasn't good, the pillows are much too big and hard, the blankets are very welcome small even for a child, there are too many blinking lights in the room while sleeping and you cannot really entirely close the blinds. This hotel is actually a floor in a residential house, personally I do not like it since it feels more of airbnb then a hotel.

The is a great hotel to stay at. With the station and buses within 2 minutes, everything is easy to get to. We did the hop on bus for 48 hours and it’s owned by the same company so you can go for the cheaper option and use both buses. We booked it through the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is perfectly fine and there is hot and continental food available and plenty of it. The rooms are a good size too. More than happy to recommend this hotel.

Beim einchecken war ein junges Mädchen da, sie war sehr lieb und nett und hat sich oft entschuldigt das sie leider alleine ist und sehr viel zu tun hatte, jedoch alles perfekt und schnell bereitgestellt. Der Mann jedoch war sehr unsympatsich gegenüber uns und auch seiner Mitarbeiterin, er hat uns nicht einmal begrüßt. Nichts desto trotz war die Ankunft im Zimmer mehr als positiv. Das Zimmer war wunderschön klein und kompakt, hatte aber alles was man brauchte, ob Minibar, Kaffemaschine, Kosmetikprodukte, etc. Es war wie auf den Fotos unser Zimmer war an der Seite der Terasse die zum Frühstück führt, in der Früh hat man aber nichts davon gehört. Das Mädchen welches beim Frühstück gearbeitet hat war auch sehr höflich und nett. Das Zimmer war für diesen Spontanen Trip (gleichen Tag gebucht), nahezu perfekt. Mitten im Zentrum, jedoch sehr ruhig. Besseres Preisleistungsverhältnis geht nicht. Können wir mehr als empfehlen und falls wie je wieder nach Budapest gehen sollten, dann immer wieder das Mera Hotel.

Great location. We were able to walk to many of the tourists sights. Nice breakfast with many options included. Lisa was very attentive and helpful in setting up bus tours and restaurants. All the staff was great. We stayed in a beautiful suite with our adult son. We had plenty of room. We would stay here again.

Positiv: U-Bahnstation 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ideal, um in Budapest mit dem ÖPNV unterwegs zu sein. Zentrale Lage. Reibungsloser und unkomplizierter Check-In und -Out. Freundliche Mitarbeitende am Empfang; ebenso Personal beim Frühstücksbuffett. Angenehm große, saubere Zimmer. Perfekt die Betten - selten haben wir so gut gelegen (Boxspring). Ruhig; von den Nachbarzimmern so gut wie keine Geräusche. Strassenlärm war weitestgehend nicht wahrzunehmen - durch die zentrale Lage aber nicht immer vermeidbar. Frühstücksbuffett ausreichend abwechslungsreich. Negativ: wir mussten zweimal Toilettenpapier an der Rezeption nachordern. Für mich nicht nachvollziehbar, warum das Housekeeping nicht jeweils eine neue Rolle als Reserve deponiert: eine Rolle ist in Gebrauch und eine jeweils in Reserve. Zweiter und letzter Kritikpunkt: am Frühstücksbuffett gab es ganz offensichtlich ein Fruchtfliegenproblem. Ich spreche hier nicht von vier bis fünf Stück - die kann man ignorieren. Nein, das war schon eher etwas wie ein Schwarm. Wir waren fünf Nächte dort und das Problem wurde von Tag zu Tag größer. Hat mich anfangs nicht gestört, aber am letzten Morgen war es doch unappetitlich. Dem Personal scheint dies nicht aufgefallen zu sein - ein Hotel dieser Kategorie muss solch ein Problem umgehend abstellen. Dazu bedarf es m. E. auch nicht der Hinweise von Gästen. Fazit: trotz allem schönes, sauberes Hotel (Zimmer wurde immer gut gereinigt!) mit kleinen Mankos. Jederzeit wieder!

The staff is friendly (everything we asked was resolved quickly, e.g., slippers, bathrobes, a problem with the safe). Breakfast was good (i.e., continental breakfast with eggs, bacon, vegetables, jogurts, coffee, desserts, etc). The room is spaceous, with a large window on the street, termostat works fine (deluxe room). The main dissapointment was the cleanliness (i.e., the sheets were dirty and looked like they hadn't been changed before, but upon request the staff helped us to change them).

Das Hotel ist für einen Städteurlaub mit Sightseeing sehr gut gelegen. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut. Von unserem Fenster aus konnten wir die Stephansbasilika sehen. Der Nachteil daran war allerdings, dass der Straßenlärm doch recht laut war.

성이슈트반 성당이 방에서 보이면서도 큰 도로 앞이라 여기저기 접근성이 매우 좋습니다. 오페라극장도 걸어서 5분 거리이고, 국회의사당 주변도 걸어서 10~15분 내외입니다. 개인적으로는 바치거리나 도나우강변쪽 사람 북적이는 곳보다는 이곳이 덜 붐비면서도 주요 관광지와 가까워서 더 좋았습니다. 다만 대로변이라 약간의 차량소음이 있습니다. 방도 넓고 깨끗하고, 유럽호텔 대부분의 높은 욕조가 아니라 샤워부스가 넓게 되어있어 오히려 저는 편했습니다. 프론트 직원분들도 아주 친절했고 조식부페는 음... so so 했습니다. 주변에 맛집들은 많습니다.

The room and staff were great. Only two minor quibbles: they should provide a couple of bottles of water in each room, and when the toaster quits working in the breakfast area - they should have that replaced by the next day. No toast, really?

The is a great hotel to stay at. With the station and buses within 2 minutes, everything is easy to get to. We did the hop on bus for 48 hours and it’s owned by the same company so you can go for the cheaper option and use both buses. We booked it through the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is perfectly fine and there is hot and continental food available and plenty of it. The rooms are a good size too. More than happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the safe on the floor of the closet was not user-friendly because you had to get down on the floor to access it. Though the breakfast buffet had many choices and it was presented nicely, the items that were supposed to be hot (in chafing dishes) was cold.

Quite conveniently located to visit the various tourist sites and to transport system. Hotel is on the first floor of another building so no lounge or waiting area or to have a drink or tea or coffee. Even to use the toilets one had to go upstairs which was rather inconvenient. Breakfast was ok but the breads finished very quickly and were not replaced despite frequent reminders to the staff. Same with tea bags. Food luke warm. Coffee machine didnot work properly. Could have done much better with a little bit of training from staff. Air conditioning in the room was ok, quite warm and not very efficient. Good showers, beds comfortable.
