- Electricity tripped five times (2am & 4am & 7.30am & 9am) - Got used forks twice, hot chocolate was cold - No one picked up for buggies - When I tried calling at night for electricity issue, I tried calling for 20 mins waiting for someone to pick up - Tried canceling because of weather (you can't cancel bookings but you can't offer services) - Corridor on our floor and area outside sanchaya stinking of used toilet - Three adults were checked in but there was no blanket, pillow for the third one - No dental kits available in the room (over 30 mins to send it with 3 follow ups) - Buffet tables and chairs were dirty
