I booked this property because it listed a free airport shuttle and I incorrectly assumed a fair parking rate. When we arrived, we were informed that the key card system was broken so we needed employee assistance anytime we left our room. Their airport shuttle was free, but their price for extended parking was significantly higher than all other off-site parking companies. The staff were dismissive and seemed distracted.

The parking lot was being remodeled and they blocked off Handicap parking mind you it was game weekend. The walking to accommodate the hotel was overwhelming only because they said the doors key fob reader wasn’t working on certain doors. Other than that service was amazing!

The property was convenient, near the airport. There really isn't much else to do around the hotel itself. The rooms were nice and clean. Cooper at the front desk was outstanding! Excellent service. The shuttle experience will be why we will not stay or recommend this hotel again. We signed up for the morning shuttle to catch our flight, the driver took off right in front of us, came back to get us and was very rude and upset. We had to ask her to stop yelling in front of our small children. The driver continued to complain about us, the shuttle, her schedule, her "vacation time" etc the entire way to the airport. Our extended family was on the following shuttle to the airport and reported that the driver was still complaining about us to them! Once we arrived back in town; the shuttle took 30 minutes to arrive at the airport, the driver got locked out of the shuttle once there, *different driver from the previous ride, complained about her evening and shift and how overworked she was the entire ride. Our extended family got in at 4am the next morning and was not able to take advantage of the "24 hour" shuttle service. Very disappointing.

The weekend we stayed at the property was a very busy weekend with multiple families staying for various events (a dance competition and baseball tournament) as well as what I would assume is the normal fly in/out stays. My husband and I were in town for just a weekend away to celebrate my birthday. This was our 2nd stay at this hotel (we didn’t even realize we booked the same place we had stayed previously and were pleased to see when we arrived as our last stay was excellent as well). The property was clean

Place looks like to was remodeled with residential parts, lots of wear. The place could be cleaned with more detail. Corners and glass showers are dirty, cobwebs in the ceilings, saw a mouse run across the lobby, bathroom fan didn’t work, etc. I chose based on rating but I won’t stay there again.

The stay was amazing, very quiet. The kitchen was nice and room had a small oven. So I could make a good meal in the room. Located close to the airport and lots of shopping and dining options around. Staff was friendly and helpful. One thing I will say, they may want to invest in a better option to hold the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. As I was watching TV in the living room area, I hear a loud bang and a crack. I looked in the bathroom and both the shampoo and conditioner had fallen off the wall. The holders just pressed onto the tile with an adhesive back, and it was no longer sticky. The shampoo bottle actually broke. I called the front desk and they brough up replacements very quickly. I will stay here again.

We were in KC to celebrate our granddaughter Raegan’s graduation from Accelus Academy and her 16th birthday. Kayla Lathrop offered us the use of the meeting room, so we were able to decorate and have a party for Raegan. Kayla was great! All the staff were helpful and friendly during our stay. Thank you Kayla and staff for helping us make lasting memories for Raegan and our family!!

The hotel was as expected for the price and reputation, except that the same overnight clerk at both 9am and 5am was just terrible. They were in a miserable mood, but more likely they were also a miserable person in general. They made zero effort to be friendly. They may have been crying or were very sick, so who knows what's going on there. Sample: When I checked out, they asked if I wanted a receipt. I declined, and they went back to typing on their computer. I waited for a minute, expecting they were filling out a form and there would be some kind of confirmation that the transaction was complete. I eventually asked if that was all, and they snottily said yes. Wow! I didn't lose any sleep over it, and my general experience was good, but I just can't believe this person found their way into the customer service industry.

Thinking i got bed bed bites from this hotel. The guy that checked me in was not helpful at all when asked questions, more concerned about the game on tv. Breakfast was very disorganized, understandable since a large tournament was in twn but still disappointing

Perfect for getting to the car rental return early at the airport just minutes away. Got a good nite sleep and up early. Offered a cold breakfast for those super early flights ... hot breakfast for those later. Would book again!
