Great spot. Very nice view, Staff very helpful and friendly, easy secure parking , lift right up to the room. Easy access to city and markets. Cullen bay dinning a short walk away.

sy check in friendly staff close to eateries and Mindle beach markets and many tourism places to visit nice pool and beautiful views over the marina overall very happy it's our 4 th visit and we will be back again

Terrific spot. Would have been 5 stars for all, but the pool was quite chilly. Apart from that, i would recommend a stay here for sure.

Property was a bit tired, but pleasant. Pool area was nice but the one of the railing’s was broken, but if an OHS issue! Overall our stay was 7/10

This property is close to Darwin CBD but has dining options within a few minutes walk in Cullen Bay Marina which is beautiful it's only a few minutes to famous Mindil beach markets ,the war museum Botanical gardens Darwin Arts center and Museum it's very central and a lovely place to relax staff are helpful and friendly and is well kept and clean it has BBQ facilities next to the swimming pool prices are great value for money I won't stay anywhere else when visiting Darwin there is a lot of tourism venues within half to 1 hour away including lovely Litchfield Park with its waterfalls and swimming holes overall I give it a 10/10

Good facilities and marina views. Room was booked to have twin beds but it had a single king. The staff organised for my granddaughter to stay in a separate room for the first night. By the second night the booked room had twin beds. Not enough guest parking spots which necessitated parking in the street one night. One only drawer not enough for unpacking and storing clothes for 3 days. Other than that, I would recommend the resort.

Why don’t they heat their pools. Never saw a single person in it or the freezing spa. Great location. We were able to walk to the city, botanical gardens, Mindil market, museum and of course a choice of dining a five minute walk away. As always the sunsets re great. If I went again I’d try to get an apartment higher than the ground floor for a bit of a vie.

Love the location. The view is pretty. But unfortunately the place is in desperate need for cleaning and updating. Curtains all stained with brown substances, paint peeling, dirty dishes in cupboards, soap scum and someone else’s bosy sponge in shower. Not enough tissues or toilet paper, uncomfortable couch and mattress, finger marks on walls, doors, cupboards. Mirror de silvering, no foxtel/tv channels, dated wobbly furniture and chairs.

We stayed 2 nights last month (June) & Cullen Bay Resorts was perfect! Early check-in, friendly, enthusiastic staff, nothing was too much trouble, luxurious and clean room on the 7th floor, the near 270° views are breathtaking, very conveniently located to everything in Cullen Bay, we thought great value, 5min walk to the waterfront restaurants & beach... like I said perfect. Exceeded expectations. Thanks for looking after us guys.

Lovely clean room however there needs to be some sound proofing done between each apartment that had adjoining doors. You can hear everything from next door like it’s art of your apartment Otherwise great!

Absolutely loved the location, so close to many excellent eateries. Easy to catch the bus into town. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. We had an adjoining door to the room next door, this made it easy to hear the people in the other room and you also share a balcony. We probably wouldn’t stay again because of these.

We were disappointed with this place. Beds were uncomfortable. It was way too noisy. The furniture in our unit was very old and rundown and a PowerPoint in the living space was very unsafe. Two of the dining table chairs were practically broken. The blinds need to be block out as the current blinds let way too much light in. We paid $2000 for 6 nights which is totally unreasonable for this place. We would not recommend this place and will not stay again.

Pros. The water views over Cullen Bay Marina were beautiful from our 8th floor room. Close to Mindal Beach markets. A walkable distance to the City Centre Mall. Undercover parking in the building. Good sized bar fridge. Microwave and toaster etc. Comfortable room size. Cons. Crack in bathroom sink. Balcon furniture getting a bit tired. Mattress a bit firm for my partners liking.

The view from our apartment was wonderful, looking over to Cullen Bay and also the canals, we couldn't have asked for a better view. The apartment was a few minutes walk down to Cullen Bay, so made for a perfect walk to the restaurants in the evenings. The apartment its self had everything you need including a washing machine & dryer. The bed was ultra comfy (firm mattress) which was really good for both my husband and I.

Location great and room pricing good for the facility however on this visit some items in the room did not work and need to be repaired. TV in lounge room and lights in bedroom. Otherwise all good.

We have stayed at this property numerous times & have enjoyed it due to parking, ease of navigation & close proximity to the CBD & cullen bay dining options. Also casino is a walkable distance as is the mindl markets. The property is unfortunately showing its age & the unit we had, even thought it had an awesome marina view, just needed some TLC. Couldn’t fault the staff, not their willingness to help (via directions, help within the facility & overall friendliness).

Great location close to city, dining options, transport, casino and Mindil beach all within walking distance. We did not stay during peak of tourist season and it was noisy - other guests slamming doors, making noise late at night, yelling in communal areas - can’t imagine when party crowd arrives. Clean but tired facilities. Beds pretty hard.

Our stay at Cullen Bay Resort was both enjoyable and relaxing. It is located in an area which is convenient for dining, public transport and walking tracks. The only downside was the firmness of the bed in our apartment. Unfortunately, it is difficult to provide a bed that suits everyone’s tastes.
