The only nice thing I can write about the hotel is its location. It is well-situated where the Dufferin Terrace is about 100m down from the hotel. Quebec City is quite spectacular no matter where you stay. However…to be rated as a four-star hotel with thread bare towels, standard pillows on a king-sized bed, an unclean room (dusty vents where I wiped one to allow air to come in), no ventilation for the shower steam, and here is the biggest kicker: the shower and sink with mirror are part of the room; this all leads me to believe that this boutique hotel is a three-star at best. There was nothing in word form nor in the pictures of the rooms to indicate that the shower was right next to the bed and out in the open. So, if you don’t care about some privacy and dignity while showering, then this hotel is for you. We paid $435CAD per night to stay in mediocrity or a dorm-like hotel room. More fool us!!

Staff was friendly and location was great. The only negative was that our room did not smell that great.

Clean room great location however room felt like someone walk in closet. Bed was a Murphy bed nor suitable for a hotel. TV just not working and nothing they could do about it. Disappointed will stay in Quebec not this hotel. Maybe other rooms are better not this one 112

This is a nice boutique hotel we found in Quebec City. The location is great and walkable to everywhere you need to explore in Old Quebec City. The room is super clean and the bed is super comfortable. We also used the hot tub, small but has everything you need. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay.
