The one negative is the availability of parking. The closest underground parking was 950metres away (Place dYouville). The rooftop terrasse was a nice unique touch overlooking the Chateau Frontenac. Walkable to ALL popular sites. The continental breaks should have been included for the price of the room, which was a little on the high side. In-room amenities should have included water bottles and proper coffee creamers and utensils. Aside from those small inconveniences, the Manoir Vieux Québec was perfect!

Facing the st Lawrence River and the Park du Guvernors, stones throw to Chateau Frontenac..who could ask for a better location. Lovely room, bright light from windows, a kitchenette and a sofa made our stay very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned well. Complimentary espresso machine, a wine machine, beautiful spa, and nice roof terrace. Easy walks to anything we wanted to do. This is now my favourite place to stay.

5star stay! Check in/out was a breeze. Hotel was charming and easy to find. Location was the best part - walking distance from pretty much everything. Situated right beside chateau frontenac. Room was clean and well equiped. Bed was very comfy - nobody woke up sore. Air conditioning was cold - shower was hot. TV worked. We had no issues. Parking was 22$ per day which i thought reasonable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel gym was decent. We didnt get to take advantage of the roof top terrace or jacuzzi but they looked awesome. Would definitely book again if visiting the area.

Comfy beds, continental breakfast available (fruit, bagels, toast, yoghurt, cold hard boiled eggs, ham, pancakes, individual quiches, beans. You can buy wine by the glass and there is 24 hr coffee available - cappuccino, espresso, etc). The front door to the hotel has steep stairs but the back door is wheelchair accessible. Lots of restaurants around. Gym on premises.

The property is situated in an absolutely perfect spot! Walking distance to all the main attractions and bus services ! Could not have chosen a better location! Very clean and the rooftop terrace had great views of the city and was very quiet. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel in all aspects. Receptionist was kind, friendly, very helpful in many ways, including wonderful recommendations for food, communication was excellent. Kept luggage all day for us, handled every request efficiently and courteously. Room was very clean, large, well equipped. Absolutely no complaints. Loved the upstairs terrace. Nice touches throughout the hotel, 2 areas with fresh ice water, upscale free coffee maker available all day and evening, clean gym. Location is fabulous. Great stay!

Truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is across the street from the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, and Dufferin Terrace. We had the breakfast one morning. Enjoyed the quiche, but the rest was meh. The staff was very friendly. The room and building were clean. The hot tub/spa was our favorite feature.

You are at the doorsteps of Château Frontenac. The room with a Murphy bed was very functional and the beds were clean and comfortable. However, more attention needs to be paid to dusting off all surfaces. Including the window seals and behind furniture. I had an allergy attack for about 15 minutes as soon as I entered the room. the bathroom could also have been cleaner/fresher. The breakfast options were poor and some products looked and smelled expired. I would not take breakfast there again unless major changes in quality control happen. The espresso machine was great. The staff at the check in desk was wonderful and helpful.

We rented 2 rooms. We were there for 5 nights. First room wasnt cleaned once, ( at least wanted clean towels) even after asking for 2 days and leaving the sign out For the second room, had to ask 5 times to get the beds changed and bathroom cleaned. Ended up being done after 48h of asking. Theres no one at the front desk between 11:30 and 7:30. Ended up being inconvenient for us. Parking in the surrounding area was full so we had to use a 60$ a night one. Nice location in terms of restaurants and sight seeing.

Our room had a nice view of the river. Despite being at road level, it was quiet (good soundproofing on window design -- something most North American hotels fail to get right). Very convenient location ... inches from the Chateau, out the door and you are already in old town. Spacious room (some rooms might be smaller). Only negative... the room was a bit cold. The heat pump unit seemed underpowered for the room size (should be fine for fall, summer A/C and spring). This might (or might not) be an issue for Quebec winter carnival (we were there with outside temps in the +1/+7 range).

We had a wonderful time here. The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great. We were on the first floor, so at times it was a bit noisy outside our room, and it got quite warm with no way to cool it down. Even with the heat turned off, the only option was to open the window, which wasn’t ideal since it was at street level and didn’t feel safe to leave open while sleeping. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay.

This small hotel is well located, facing a park and the river right behind the Chateau Frontenac. Staff were friendly, helpful. The room wasn't big but was well organized. The king bed was excellent - we had great sleeps. Would definitely stay again.

We were NOT able to leave and store our luggage prior to check in as they said that they were too full of luggage from other tenants. Getting off the cruise ship in the morning on a rainy day and having nowhere to safely store our luggage destroyed our one day in Quebec City. We were allowed to sit in the reception area, but it seemed like they could have easily created space to allow us to leave our luggage while we explored the city.

Everything about the Hotel was Wonderful and the morning breakfast was just right!!. And Sam working as the Consierge was Phenomenal.!! He was extremely helpful, polite and very knowledgeable . He made our stay wonderful.!! Thank you Sam!!

Arrived at 7pm room had not been cleaned had to spend the first night in a smaller cheaper room hotel failed to compensate us for our troubles like they said unable to refund us $ because we booked through a third party which seems to me if they really wanted to make amends for our troubles they could have found a way around that issue rooms are small and oddly laid out great location but they need to do better

Enjoyed our stay overall. My only complaint is that I wished the staff were a little more knowledgeable about the festivities in the area. We visited the area for the Christmas markets and needed guidance such as location and times. Although the staff attempted to assist, we were given misinformation which resulted in us missing the markets.

The location in the OldTown, next to the Hotel Frontenac where many tours start, and near many restaurants and sites within walking distance, is a huge benefit. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is no need for a car in town. The hotel Breakfast was not included, and didn’t look great, but here are many other options for food nearby. The Hotel overlooks a pretty park and the St Lawrence River. The room was clean and very comfortable.

Absolutely gem in the perfect location of Old Quebec. The hotel was fabulous and the staff were so kind. It was so convenient to walk everywhere and in front of the hotel is the beautiful waterfront and castle. The rooftop is nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The property is in a wonderful location fro exploring and enjoying Old Quebec, The room was larger than expected and had been recently renovated. The staff was excellent. The included breakfast was acceptable at best. Would definately stay here again.

Location is what you’re paying for. It’s in an amazing spot. Front entrance difficult to get in with luggage. Use back entrance if you have luggage or mobility issues. Rooms were clean and quiet. The property does not have an onsite restaraunt. The continental breakfast provided consists of eggs, toast, premade pancakes, small quiches (which were rock hard) and potatoes (which were hard as well). There is a Tim Hortons just a few blocks away. Better off going there (and cheaper).

Great location, very personable staff. Breakfast very expensive for what it was. On the 1st floor in the back rooms, there were early, loud morning trucks on the street. Extremely clean. Very comfortable beds. TV was defective.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly and super convenient to walk around the city. Parking options are expensive and beware of that. Would be nice if they had a deal with one of the locations. Breakfast was average ( we did not have it ). Better to head out to one of the many nicer cafes close by. Overall though a great spot to stay for a visit to Quebec City !

Front desk staff was very helpful! Location was excellent for Old Quebec. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was a very nice variety. Very comfortable room and reasonably priced hotel. Would gladly visit here again. Highly recommend!
