Firstly the TV wouldn’t work and with the Enquiry call going to an off site Call centre, it was a little bit tedious to get it The manager to get it working. Previous guest had disconnected HDML or something. Circuit breakers on Whole floor Shut down half the apartment late at night which meant no cup of tea or TV watching. Again an offsite Phone call to get manager To rectify. The carpet had not been vacuumed properly after the previous guest with evidence of pieces of nuts under the desk Were obvious And overall for $230 a night it could’ve been a lot better.

Clean and convenient located apartment. parking available. compact. Ok value but not very spacious for the price. Beds were a bit soft for a male. couldnt open windows in 2nd bedroom for safety reasons which is ridiculous as they were small, high up and there are many ways of child proofing windows such as a fixed/locked heavy duty screens. Was nice to have a coffee pod machine- unfortunately it rarely worked.

The hotel location was ideal for our appointment in Toowong. Our room was immaculate, modern. and cozy. Wifi is superb and it helps us to complete some office work during our stay. Overall our stay is wonderful.

We only had a brief one night stay however found that staff were welcoming, late check-in process was easy to follow. Room was a good size and clean, tidy and comfortable. Would definitely choose to stay here again and good value for the price.

Excellent accomm. Free parking, spotlessly clean and all staff were very helpful and friendly including organising taxis and advice re restaurants and shopping etc. Excellent Japanese restaurant on ground floor(Hatsu)...also does a great breakfast. Will be our new go to in brisbane as only a $20 cab ride from Suncorp and Southbank etc.

We usually stay here when we go out in Brisbane mainly because transport is easy to get to wherever we are going, plenty of places to eat around Toowong, rooms are neat and tidy, staff are easy to talk to, would recommend it to anyone.

A pleasant surprise and welcoming reception to the hotel. Clear signage and information was appreciated. Pity it has no food and drink services for weary travellers but a wide variety of nearby eateries are only across the road.
