Posto molto bello. Albergo grande ed elegante. Terme e trattamenti estetici fantastici. Grande assortimento di vasche calde, al chiuso ed all’aperto, con idromassaggio o con acqua salata. Insomma, veramente l’imbarazzo della scelta. Unica pecca nel mio soggiorno: alle nove del mattino ogni giorno arrivavano rumori assordanti di mobili trascinati e sbattuti dal piano di sopra. Heel mooi en groot hotel. Bed was goed. We hadden wat meer verwacht van het ontbijt en zeker als je langer dan een week verblijft. De eerste dag bij aankomst geen brood meer. Er is geen variatie in de buffetten. De laatste dag zelfs geen brood, eieren, spek ed. meer. Voor een 5-sterren hotel mogen de buffetten nooit leeg zijn. Badkamervloer dient geschrobd te worden (plakkerig, vies en vuil in de putjes van de vloer).

Old building, impressive, looks like an old castle, The room is nice and with all facilities, in the sower the toylet flashing system made some issues, the thermal pools are nice but looks old. My felling was that all spa pools and area need some paint. We had one day and it was nice, 15 minutes from Pisa tower, breakfast is very nice

The excellent spa facilities and grounds. Beautiful tasteful interior decor in keeping with type if property. I missed having a kettle on the room to make a cup of tea. Access to pools were not wheelchair or disability friendly. There were lots of steps to access the pools. The bed didnt have a duvet cover, which I see a lot in Italy. The duvet should have a washable cover.The staff in general were friendly and helpful , however acces toTherme facilities were not properly explained to us. The Gardener was very helpful and friendly and very happy to speak English.

The property is beautiful and the staff were more than happy to help and facilitate our every needs. A male bar tender / waiter did let down the team by being short and rude but this did not affect our stay and it is not fair on the rest of the team who went over and above to please us. We stayed one night for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel spa pools are natural thermal pools and it is clear that when this hotel was refurbished, no expense was spared, we loved it albeit I can see why some reviews say it is tired but the quality of the fittings and finishes are top quality such as silk cushions in the bar area. The bar area serves drinks and cocktails how they should be served. The room, bathroom and other spa facilities such as the sauna, steam room, gym and treatment rooms etc were clean and in excellent condition and the spa staff were also excellent. The breakfast and dinner was also excellent. The evening dinner was fantastic, lots of traditional Tuscan food and wine and the concierge was also very helpful with the wine and menu!

It’s an amazing old villa where the grand dukes of Tuscany used to stay. The room had a bit of an old smell to it, but sleeping under that frescoed ceiling was definitely an experience. The only issue we had is trying to locate the staff at the spa and at the bar, everyone was MIA for some unknown reason.

Amazing locations , this was my second time staying here. We celebrated our anniversary and felt so pampered and comfortable during our stay at Bagni Di Pisa . The breakfast in the morning is the best, the beds are so comfortable , and the rooms are absolutely beautiful.

The spa staff were wonderful and it was a great time. However, the hotel staff was challenging to deal with. When we checked in, we have been driving seven hours, so we had shorts and T-shirts on, and we were exhausted. I guess that didn’t play well with staff because they weren’t interested in explaining the property to us, etc. I guess if I had a suit on like the guy that was in front of me who received all of the hotel information, I might have had a better experience. We were not provided with a hotel Moore information about the property, so we didn’t know about the second thermal baths. Had we known, we would’ve relax there instead of relaxing in the room. Very snobby!

Me pareció que no es un hotel de 5 estrellas. El personal no es suficiente para los huéspedes, se siente un poco abandonado. El aire acondicionado fue insuficiente en mi habitación, hablamos a recepción pero solo nos dieron ciertas indicaciones que no ayudaron en mucho a mejorar el clima de la habitación. Es demasiado grande y pareciera todo un laberinto. Los muebles son muy viejos y descuidados. El restaurante es rico pero demasiado caro y porciones muy pequeñas. No lo recomiendo y me sentí un poco aprovechada por el precio que pagué por la habitacion.

Thermal pools are very unique. We missed the train to the station that is so close to the hotel, so we ened up taking the bus (could find NO taxis in Pisa) that drops off outside the town. It was very inconvenient with a large suitcase. So glad the hotel was accommodating and let us check in early and use the pools! We needed it.

Personnel très charmant et disponible. Seul petit bémol, pour ma part, le restaurant. On vous propose un menu « gastronomique » qui vous fait repartir avec la faim…tant les parts sont minuscules. Sinon vraiment rien à redire. Séjour excellent pour les soins et ses thermes.
