Unfortunately so many things closed and under refurbishment meaning the stay was quite disappointing. This should have been clearer when booking. All the restaurants on the beach were closed, many of the amenities were not open. To note the pool, gym and spa is a 5 min walk under the duel carriageway so not so convenient. We knew this before but in reality I wouldn’t do again. Rooms were small for the UAE but beds comfortable. Breakfast options limited. Dinner, half board was nice and glad we booked this as most places were closed. Staff were very friendly and helpful but apart from this I wouldn’t go back.

Perfect location. Great facilities ! Lazy river is very relaxing and the private beach is gorgeous. Always space for people and no crowded . Hotel is clean and the rooms are lovely .

Overall a lovely hotel with great views across corniche beach! Only disadvantages is that the pool/ spa facilities are across the road and you have to access via an underpass which isn’t ideal in the 40C heat! They don’t have some basic facilities in pool / spa either such as robes / swim costume drying machines or floats for children/ adults that need them/ can’t swim well or still learning.
Overall a lovely hotel with great views across corniche beach! Der Strand ist nicht am Hotel man muss durch eine Unterführung erstmal 8 Minuten laufen. Man kommt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße raus - in Strandkleidung naja unangenehm. Bei der Hitze in Abu Dhabi nicht toll und das Hotel macht das auch nicht klar in der Beschreibung. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Nicht frisch und total überlaufen. Auf keinen Fall war es ein 5 Sterne Hotel Frühstück. Noch schlimmer war das Buffet beim Mittagessen. Katastrophal. Was komisch ist da das Essen beim Room Service und auch bei den Restaurants am Pool und Strand hervorragend ist. Allerdings sehr teuer. Es wird also extrem zwischen Buffet und dem Rest des Essens differenziert. Die Sportanlagen gehören auch nicht dem Hotel - man muss also extra zahlen. Würde NIE wieder dort übernachten.

Decent rooms, lunch and dinner on the all-inclusive. Fair selection of alcohol and the beach club across the street is nice to use. Hotel could use a little updating but for the money was definitely good value.

Nedslitt hotell med flekker på gulv og vannskader i vegger. Flokker av skrikende barn fikk løpe fritt rundt i matsalen. Vennlig og hjelpsomt personale. Strandområdet, alternative restauranter og treningsrom lå på andre siden av en motorvei, men var veldig bra.

Gym, beach & pool area very nice. Buffet expensive for food options provided & also did not cater for gluten free/ coeliac guests, limited food options. Room was small & beach & pool across the road access however by tunnel was easy enough.

The hotel facilities are fabulous. The main hotel hosts a great jazz bar, with very talented musicians. The singer wasn't great, but the music wow. Theres an english pub/sports bar which is cool. Across the road the adults pool is awesome, great music, a pool bar, street food van and floating bean bags. Theres also two family pools with their own bars, a cafe and a well equipped gym. You have to go through a tunnel to get there but its less than 5 minutes and exclusive to guests. It also sits on a private beach too. The rooms arent anything special but they are clean and do the job. We went half board, the Breakfast was fine but not great, the evening meal though was lovely. Note you need to grab the waiters attention for drinks or you dont drink with your meal. Cocktails at the hotel are around 10-12 GBP and beer around 6-7GBP....what you'd pay in a city center in the UK. Staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Note if you want night life there are other hotels around the area, but I would recommend grabbing an uber (100AED) to yas island where there are loads of cool bars and restaurants.

It was the worst hotel in a long time. The prices for drinks on the beach are outrageously high (2x water (large & small) ca. 10€). The superior room is a disaster (there was mold in the bathroom, drain smell, the shower was always way too hot and the temperature couldn't be adjusted correctly), the room is very noisy, at night the loud air conditioning started up every hour and the green light was constantly flashing. We heard our neighbors constantly. The floor was cracked. We had bed bugs in the bed and I was bitten 3 times. Breakfast is very disorganized and very stressful (you have to wait in line for a long time). The elevators are super slow. What we liked best was the beach and the friendly staff. We previously slept at the Sofitel and the hotel more than lived up to its 5* rating. We can't recommend this hotel to anyone. We couldn't relax in the hotel during our vacation.

The room type I had booked wasn't available and the check in person tried to blame me for the mistake. Thankfully I had my reservation confirmation on hand. I was "upgraded" but the room was not particularly clean, the toilet seat and the towel rack were broken, and a few other such annoyances. The room was noisy from air conditioners outside the window. Overall, not great.

The Hotel is absolutely fabulous, close from the corniche and the mall. You will find restaurants supermarket close by the hotel. The room is perfect with a fridge and everything is super clean. The breakfast is huge, with a lot of hot and cold dishes on the buffet. You can enjoy a pool and the beach with nice transat and cabbana. The staff from the reception, to the restaurant and house keeping are absolument amazing and helpful. MERCI

No recomiendo este alojamiento. No tiene las características suficientes para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas. Los cristales de todo el hotel están muy sucios, el lavabo huele muy mal, el agua del grifo se cerraba todo el rato; tuvimos que poner una caja de jabón para que saliera agua constante. El estado de la habitación estaba un poco desgastado del uso. El buffet del desayuno algo escaso y hay mucha masificación de gente vayas a la hora que vayas. Lo único positivo del hotel es la zona de la piscina y el gimnasio. A demás, en el parking del hotel nos golpearon el coche por dos zonas. En general no lo recomiendo. La próxima vez que vaya a Abu Dhabi iré a otro hotel.

When I got to the room, the air conditioning was set to 16 degrees - and it was 16 degrees in the room. After room-service/cleaning the staff insist on leaving the room at 16 degrees each time. This is too cold for anybody surely - it wasn't even hot when I visited, with max temp around 21 degrees. The breakfast was very basic, though expensive and the room was not clean - see attached photographs of dried toilet poop assumed to be accumulated from many previous guests. How can you rate yourself as a 5-star hotel when standards and common sense are this low? The private beach is across the street, and theres a convenient underpass to get to it. Theres lots of facilities and things to do, though the beach area is quite small. The jacuzzi was broken on the day I wanted to use it. Location is okay - and like most places in abu-dhabi you'll need a car to get anywhere. There is a nice short walk to a posh supermarket, and a slightly longer walk to a regular supermarket. The reception staff are nice and helpful though, pity about the rest of it.

The room had lots of little things wrong with it: lamps didn’t work, shower didn’t drain, mini fridge had to be changed. The breakfast was good, dinner mediocre. The pool facilities are amazing and the location is perfect.

We arrived early and were given a room with an upgrade, a partial sea view. It was for a disabled person (and we were advised as such) so the shower was poorly designed, with no real draining on the floor. I don't know how a challenged person would be safe on it... but we used our towels to mop up the excess water that wouldn't have drained. The staff is quite helpful. Liked being right across the street from the Corniche. Though there was full capacity, the hotel was basically quiet. The breakfast was quite nice. The Hotel had a facility with gym and beach across the street, for a fee. Didn't use it but saw it. Had we been there longer than a night, we would have.

Very bad smell of humidity in the rooms as windows cannot be aired/opened. Very noisy AC no matter the fan spees. Breakfast is good with a lot of choice. The pool and beach area are nice although a 5 minutes walk is required to reach them. Staff is very kind and helpful with any request

Staff were great. Pool and surrounding area brilliant. Multiple lifeguards around each pool, perfect for our young children even though they can all swim. Hotel a bit dated. Windows substandard and noise from corniche kept all the family awake all stay. All inclusive package was not clear that you only had 1 buffet option for dinner which wasn't the best. (Limited options for kids) Overall some great parts but also some really substandard.

Staff were brillliant and helpful, especially Christian at breakfast one other staff member who flew home to return to University always looked after us at breakfast. The staff at the pool bar the same always nice, polite and helpful.

Le check in est le pire que j'ai eu dans tous les emirats. On nous fait attendre sous le soleil pendant 30 minutes, arrivé à l accueil, une personne hautaine m'indique que je dois attendre 1h30 ma chambre, je lui dis que j'ai un bébé de 1 an, elle ne veut rien savoir, le manager arrive et est aussi hautain et désagréable. J'ai du m'énerver pour qu'on me donne une chambre pour faire dormir mon bébé. Ils ont dû me donner la pire chambre de l hôtel. Cet hôtel est loin du 5 étoiles qu'il prétend.

I received early check in and my room was upgraded for my daughter and I. I want to especially thank Siddhesh (I dont know how to spell his name so I'm sorry) at the front desk for making our stay so special and the kindness. Beyond that, the hotel is clean, the staff are so kind and professional, and I felt safe traveling alone as a female with my daughter. The breakfast buffet was busy but lots of options.

Christian, Richard and Alvito who cover breakfast all so police, welcoming, respectful professional and always made us feel welcome, went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful again. They remember and my wife from our multiple visits it was sooo nice. A credit.

I was wiating long time during the check inn even if there were no other custums. I got small room with no view. I was asking for the invoice some hours before my departure, but was informed that it is not possible, only when I will leave the hotel. When I was leaving the system was down and I cound not get invoice as I wanted, only what they have had allready done in the mean time. Breakfast was very crouded and not so well organised

Brief one night stay. Enjoyed an afternoon relaxing by the beach and walking along the corniche - the hotel is perfectly placed for the corniche and has its own private area of the beach with bars restaurants multiple pools gym etc.

This was an awesome place to stay. The location I would say is the best. It’s walking distance to the marina mall, emirates palace and the presidents palace - when not hot hot hot. I loved the room and staff were friendly. The beach club with pool is across the road. That has a seperate adults pool as well as a kids pool and wave pool and the beach to swim at. This beach club was awesome although food/drinks was very very expensive. The Radisson had a good deal and had the restaurant buffet and dinner for 100aed per adult. My son was free to dine there. Really good price for what we got. Breakfast had a great selection too. Would def stay here again if I came back to Abu Dhabi.

Unfortunately so many things closed and under refurbishment meaning the stay was quite disappointing. This should have been clearer when booking. All the restaurants on the beach were closed, many of the amenities were not open. To note the pool, gym and spa is a 5 min walk under the duel carriageway so not so convenient. We knew this before but in reality I wouldn’t do again. Rooms were small for the UAE but beds comfortable. Breakfast options limited. Dinner, half board was nice and glad we booked this as most places were closed. Staff were very friendly and helpful but apart from this I wouldn’t go back.

Der Strand ist nicht am Hotel man muss durch eine Unterführung erstmal 8 Minuten laufen. Man kommt an einer Hauptverkehrsstraße raus - in Strandkleidung naja unangenehm. Bei der Hitze in Abu Dhabi nicht toll und das Hotel macht das auch nicht klar in der Beschreibung. Das Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Nicht frisch und total überlaufen. Auf keinen Fall war es ein 5 Sterne Hotel Frühstück. Noch schlimmer war das Buffet beim Mittagessen. Katastrophal. Was komisch ist da das Essen beim Room Service und auch bei den Restaurants am Pool und Strand hervorragend ist. Allerdings sehr teuer. Es wird also extrem zwischen Buffet und dem Rest des Essens differenziert. Die Sportanlagen gehören auch nicht dem Hotel - man muss also extra zahlen. Würde NIE wieder dort übernachten.

Horrible noisy breakfast. They tried very hard with the food but it was too crowded That was the only meal we had in the hotel though. The lights failed in my room twice. The tap in the bath sprayed water at the immobile shower door which went underneath the door and all over the floor. I reported this twice but nothing happened. I really hate the immobile shower door and the shower and bath taps. While you are trying to work out how they work you are forced to lean under the shower and inevitably get soaked. Fine if you have decided to wash your hair that night but otherwise really irritating. This has been designed by a man! I have stayed here in February for the last 3 years but now it is getting too crowded and they need to rethink breakfast. The lifts are not good

The hotel facilities are fabulous. The main hotel hosts a great jazz bar, with very talented musicians. The singer wasn't great, but the music wow. Theres an english pub/sports bar which is cool. Across the road the adults pool is awesome, great music, a pool bar, street food van and floating bean bags. Theres also two family pools with their own bars, a cafe and a well equipped gym. You have to go through a tunnel to get there but its less than 5 minutes and exclusive to guests. It also sits on a private beach too. The rooms arent anything special but they are clean and do the job. We went half board, the Breakfast was fine but not great, the evening meal though was lovely. Note you need to grab the waiters attention for drinks or you dont drink with your meal. Cocktails at the hotel are around 10-12 GBP and beer around 6-7GBP....what you'd pay in a city center in the UK. Staff were lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. Note if you want night life there are other hotels around the area, but I would recommend grabbing an uber (100AED) to yas island where there are loads of cool bars and restaurants.

No recomiendo este alojamiento. No tiene las características suficientes para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas. Los cristales de todo el hotel están muy sucios, el lavabo huele muy mal, el agua del grifo se cerraba todo el rato; tuvimos que poner una caja de jabón para que saliera agua constante. El estado de la habitación estaba un poco desgastado del uso. El buffet del desayuno algo escaso y hay mucha masificación de gente vayas a la hora que vayas. Lo único positivo del hotel es la zona de la piscina y el gimnasio. A demás, en el parking del hotel nos golpearon el coche por dos zonas. En general no lo recomiendo. La próxima vez que vaya a Abu Dhabi iré a otro hotel.

Clean modern room and bathroom. Air conditioning is very loud however and minimal daylight entering rooms. Check in and check out was fast. Breakfast was a free for all, only one coffee machine,they don't split families and couples, buffet dinner was a better affair. Good location and friendly staff.
