I believe the photos are misleading. Located in an industrial area. Could not use provided parking as the lift was out stayed because my father was born in Rohrbach no other reason. It was new and clean just not what was expected

One of my worst experiences in a hotel. First of all. One of the glass windows by the stairway is easy to mistake for an opening, and I walked into it and cut myself and have a knot on my head.. I know it sounds silly, but it’s easy to make this mistake. The glass needs to be marked. That wasn’t bad enough. The air-conditioning did not work in the hotel when I asked the front desk. They said sorry it’s just hot outside. This is unacceptable for a hotel and quite simply we did not sleep all night.. It was a horrible experience, thank goodness it was only one night. I plan to complain to the front desk, but somebody beat me to it and by the time he got done lecturing them I just decided to leave. I don’t even know what to say.

De accommodatie is prima. We werden bij de receptie vriendelijk geholpen. Maar het beddengoed was vreselijk! Het onderlaken was hard en grof, het kussen was een prop in een veel te grote sloop, waar je met je hoofd niet lekker op kon liggen en het dekbed was grof en hard van structuur en vreselijk gekreukt. Mooi bed, maar het beddengoed zag er slordig.

Ett fint rum med kök där man själv kan laga till sin mat, passar bra för längre vistelser. Dock hade någon före oss överkokt pasta och det första som mötte oss när vi öppnade dörren var en mycket ofräsch pastadoft. Men hellre detta än parfymer! Personalen hade troligen försökt vädrat ut doften för fönstret på toaletten var öppet. Detta medförde dock besök av både spindlar och flugor. Men förutom detta var det en fin och praktisk lägenhet, med ett fint badrum och en jättefin dusch!

Et bien on en est très loin😅 Hôtel loin du centre Literie et draps vétustes Parking non mis à dispo Hôtel au milieu de garages dans une zone technique Bruyant Mais tout ça n'est pas bien grave car le tarif est intéressant

One of my worst experiences in a hotel. First of all. One of the glass windows by the stairway is easy to mistake for an opening, and I walked into it and cut myself and have a knot on my head.. I know it sounds silly, but it’s easy to make this mistake. The glass needs to be marked. That wasn’t bad enough. The air-conditioning did not work in the hotel when I asked the front desk. They said sorry it’s just hot outside. This is unacceptable for a hotel and quite simply we did not sleep all night.. It was a horrible experience, thank goodness it was only one night. I plan to complain to the front desk, but somebody beat me to it and by the time he got done lecturing them I just decided to leave. I don’t even know what to say.
