Room dark and dingy, no internet and staff could not help with getting the internet up and running. The tv had poor connectivity and would regularly drop out. Staff didn’t care and just fobbed my concerns off. Room was serviced but they missed making the bed and leaving bath mats. Just sloppy and heartless place to stay. Close to hospital which was good. Wont stay again

There was a list of items in the room that was an issue. Couldnt connect to internet when arrived, no hand soap, one remote batteries were dead, one bathroom had mould in it and the other had air everywhere. The bathtub switch was stuck in place and couldnt be used. Soap depenser in shower fell off wall. On check in had to wait 30 mins after check in time to get into room and staff seem not to know what they are doing. All information about contact details and parking is only given to you once you get to check in. Poorly organised.

Came up to Brisbane from Sydney for a family emergency. From booking to arrival and stay everything was wonderful. Oaks is a consistent brand and you know you’re going to get a good clean room every time
