The hotel is just two blocks from the ADO bus station so it is ideal for someone who needs a place to stay for the night while in transit. The room was tidy, the beds comfortable. The bathroom could use some repair but we appreciated the ample supply of hot water for showers. Although the room didn't have any kind of a view there's a broad vista from the fourth floor restaurant. The food there was good, and like the room itself, affordable.

El hotel está bien ubicado para las personas que tenemos la necesidad de asistir al hospital Regional de PEMEX, y observo también que algunas personas de compañías de servicios, también se hospedan ahí, hay restaurante y eso le da un valor agregado al local, aunque en la noche el rumbo es bastante solitario y podrían ocurrir actos vandálicos

Muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses y centro comercial, muy buena atencion del personal, servicial y atento. La zona de calles aledañas un poco deteriorada pero en el hotel muy tranquilo y hay seguridad al pendiente. En general muy bien.

The hotel was a little tired - towels frayed, electric sockets not straight in the walls. The key-cards for the room-doors repeatedly failed - I took to calling at the reception desk each time I came in to get mine revalidated before going upstairs, so I wouldn't have the frustration of finding my door unopenable and having to trek downstairs again. The room windows don't tend to face outside, just into dingy internal light wells. And it could be quite loud - poor sound insulation let noise from other guests into the room at all hours. But the staff were helpful and the wi-fi good.

La habitación necesitaba una limpieza antes de que entráramos en ella ya que se notaban polvo y cabellos en el piso además que las amenidades de la ducha estaban usadas. En general bien aunque puede mejorar el estado de conservación de la habitación da mucho que desear. La cama cómoda pero las almohadas pésimas y la ropa de cama un poco pesada y no cómoda. El personal amable, sobre todo el guardia de acceso al estacionamiento siempre pendiente.

We arrived after a grueling 6-hour drive at 2:30PM. The staff would not allow us to check in until 3:00. We had to unload all our gear from the car into a cramped storage closet, then unload it 30 minutes later. There was absolutely no reason for this other than a mindless adherence to policy. Then, when we eventually got to our room we discovered that it had no window. We requested a room with a window and were told that only the suites have windows. I then requested a suite and said I'd pay the difference in price. They said "no", so I said I'd book an additional night, two nights in the suite, a win-win offer. They said "no" again because the registration form had already been completed. As you can see from these two examples, the staff at this hotel has been trained to follow rules rather than provide customer service. We booked a room at the Sleep Inn and the vibe is totally better.

Alojamiento para pasar la noche, nosotros llegamos tarde del aeropuerto de Villahermosa y fue la mejor opción al estar a 5min andando. El hotel es básico pero bien, se veía limpio. Lo malo fue que las paredes eran de papel y a las 4am escuchamos a una pareja discutir por un rato largo, al final la chica salió al pasillo corriendo y gritando socorro...Esto no fue culpa del hotel pero nos dejó intranquilos y con mal cuerpo.

Alojamiento para pasar la noche, nosotros llegamos tarde del aeropuerto de Villahermosa y fue la mejor opción al estar a 5min andando. El hotel es básico pero bien, se veía limpio. Durante a madrugada tinha muito barulho no corredor e dava para ouvir o secador de cabelos de outro quarto sendo utilizado. Em resumo, não recomendo!

Al llegar al hotel se le pidió a los recepcionistas que abrieran el portón, pero no quisieron, a pesar de que eran 3 personas, 2 mujeres y un homre, dijeron que hasta que llegara el guardia, tuvimos que abrir nosotros mismos para poder entrar, el portón no tenía llave, sólo mo quisieron hacerlo. Reservé una habitación con 2 camas matrimoniales, pero los muchachos por estar jugando entre ellos, me dieron una habitación con cama king size, en general muy mala la atención porque uno estaba comiendo, otra estaba hablando con el novio o esposo en el celular, y entre ellos nada más evadían la responsabilidad de la atención. Estuve hospedado el Jueves para salir el Viernes, hoy Lunes siguen sin mandarme la factura, ya mandé los datos solicitados y no contestan el WhatsApp. Espero que de verdad mejoren todos los aspectos que señalo, porque deja mucho que.desear la atención de este hotel.

Muy cerca de la terminal de autobuses y centro comercial, muy buena atencion del personal, servicial y atento. La zona de calles aledañas un poco deteriorada pero en el hotel muy tranquilo y hay seguridad al pendiente. En general muy bien.

About 20 min. Drive from airport. Clean, quiet, food room service (I did not try the food) from the restaurant within the hotel. This is not a luxurious hotel. It is a good place to sleep over for one night or two. Muy buena atención para Check In, yiene bastante agua caliente en la regadera, comoda y limpia la cama. Solo que el restaurante se necesita más limpieza. De todas formas nos gustó mucho el servico, hemos hospedado por 3ra vez y regresaremos.

The hotel is just two blocks from the ADO bus station so it is ideal for someone who needs a place to stay for the night while in transit. The room was tidy, the beds comfortable. The bathroom could use some repair but we appreciated the ample supply of hot water for showers. Although the room didn't have any kind of a view there's a broad vista from the fourth floor restaurant. The food there was good, and like the room itself, affordable.

Céntrica, muy accesible, excelente recibimiento, nada más que yo rente una habitación en pareja en cama matrimonial y me dieron una con dos camas separadas, había pelos en la cama y en el baño, nunca pudimos ver algo en la televisión, decía que no había señal.

Hotel itself is quite ok. Nice rooms, good shower and very close to ADO bus terminal. However, Wifi is really, really bad. Only in the lobby it seems to be ok. In this time and age to have such bad internet means you don’t care about your customers. So instead of rating the hotel excellent I have to rate it as an ok
