Das Zimmer war warm und sauber, das Bad gross und der Checkout schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotel ist auch praktisch gelegen. Über die Brücke und schon war man in der Altstadt. Jedes der 38 Zimmer hat Werke eines anderen Künstlers. Wir waren in jenem von Swen Inkub.

Great quirky hotel steps from the train station. Convenient walking to all attractions and shopping. Only drawbacks are no a/c and certain rooms loud at nite b/c across from busy restaurant. A fantastic value!

This is the place for any traveler coming from the train to store their luggage for the day. It is free for those staying at the hotel. The hotel is a step above a nice hostel. The bathrooms are very large but still have very little space to put your stuff and no privacy as the shower is clear glass with the toilet right next to it. Other rooms may be different, but they are all less than ideal. The room for 4 was large but no privacy as all the beds are together. The construction noise was an issue for our room but not for all. It is a 2-year project so ask for a quiet room if you don’t get up early or you want to afternoon nap. There is an elevator. I would not recommend their coffee or their breakfast in common area. But they do have a microwave and kitchenware if needed. There are many delicious bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance. The main train station is across the street. This location is not that close to the main square. If staying longer than one night I would choose something closer to the Notre Dame cathedral. However, this was a most economical option for 8 of us. Friendly staff.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, hebt sich von der Masse ab, zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer incl. Bad war top in Ordnung. Schade war nur, dass es am Abend keine Möglichkeit mehr gab, im Hotel noch einen Drink zu nehmen. Wir empfehlen es aber auf jeden Fall weiter.

Sehr interessant mit dem Graffiti. Wohl eher für junge Leute, doch wir waren auch so begeistert. Alles sehr sauber und zuvorkommend. Auch ein Parkplatz wurde für 15 Euro angeboten. Wir würden wieder kommen.

La struttura è a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro. La camera è molto grande però molto spoglia e poco funzionale, ha un tavolino piccolissimo e un appendiabiti molto piccolo, solo scenografico, risultato finale tocca mettere le valigie sul pavimento. Non ha un bollitore ne un frigo.

Really well priced, spacious room - we got the family room for three adults and there are two bunk beds located in a separate room with a pocket door for privacy (and a window). There aren’t any extras like a kettle, a safe or even facial tissues but still good value for the price. Less than a five minute walk from the train station, and an easy walk into old town. The reception isn’t 24 hours fyi.

This was the absolute most perfect wonderful hotel. The room was spotless, well situated with a little cove that had a bunk bed for the children that had a pocket door so we could have the kids sleep while we were doing other things like planning activities or reading. The staff was friendly. The hotel was perfectly located with a 2 minute walk to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. There were also shops restaurants and markets all around. We loved this place so much my 9 year old plans to move to move to Strasbourg and try to live at Hotel Graffalgar. Wonderful experience in a glorious city!

The hotel is centrally located, the room decoration is nice and spacious, the linens were clean, but the bed mattress pad was stained, the bed was not very comfortable, the room was cold, there were not enough cloth hangers, there was no safe-lock in the room.

Hotel passable, cheveux sur le lit mais sinon chambre et sdb propre. Petit déjeuner bien trop cher 12 euros pour ce qu'il y a, uniquement végétarien, mâche, fromage, laitages... pas d'œufs ni de nuggets le matin ou j'y etais. Je n'y suis pas retourné. Lits une place tout petits

The only thing what they show on the picture in the room they didn’t give it to me. They gave me a different room and it was extremely small and I pay almost 140 bucks and I stay in a very Little narrow room.

Chambre familliame 309 très decevante : - que les fenêtres soient ouvertes ou fermées le bruit est identique car il rentre par les aérations, la rue en bas est bruyante. (Toxicos, alcoolos...) - le site affiche de très belles chambres, pour une chambre familliale, le choix de fresques scientifiques avec des cervaux, yeux en orbites, cranes, poumons dessinés en fresque sur le mur face aux lits superposés des enfants est etonnant... eux l'ont bien vu en tout cas ! - c'est une chambre qui fait office d'espace d'attente sécurisé pour les PMR, elle est equipée d'un bloc de secours (HS d'ailleurs), même s'il y a du Scotch, vous dormez dans une chambre eclairée... - litterie très bas de gamme (matelas) et même d'un point de vue mobilier, notamment le lit superposé. Le tout pour 450€/nuit (le tarif marché de Noël...) rien que ça ! Je peux comprendre le tarif de l'offre et la demande, mais la chambre était loin d'etre a la hauteur.

Spent 3 nights here. Team on reception are very friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile. Our afternoon chap had a good choice of music playing. Room was large and had a huge king size bed. Room was very clean and well maintained - not run down or worn. Bathroom was excellent and well fitted out - also very good water pressure. The room had big windows that opened and interesting string art on walls and ceiling. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows. We were here in August, some days were humid - there was no air con in the room but there is a new evaporative air cooler/fan which did the job perfectly (I was a bit…what is this when we first arrived - ‘no air con?’). Location was perfect, not in the heart of the tourist area which meant street was not crowded/noisy. Easy to walk everywhere and the location had a nice bar/restaurant across the street, plenty of boulangerie/bakery options for the morning and eating choices. Another great point location wise, it’s less than 8min walk from the main train station to the hotel.

We thinks it’s very inappropriate for a hotel with guests from all around the world. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were throw pillows. Not actual sleeping pillows. Really well priced, spacious room - we got the family room for three adults and there are two bunk beds located in a separate room with a pocket door for privacy (and a window). There aren’t any extras like a kettle, a safe or even facial tissues but still good value for the price. Less than a five minute walk from the train station, and an easy walk into old town. The reception isn’t 24 hours fyi.

What a quaint but different hotel Only a short walk from the central train station. Welcome was warm and friendly,did not judge me on my poor attempt to speak french. Had a single room on the fourth floor. Pleased I took the time to walk up the stairs as the winding staircase had a different look at every turn. Room was clean and tidy. Der Service in der Einstellhalle für das Fahrzeug und an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich, locker und humorvoll. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war warm und sauber, das Bad gross und der Checkout schnell und unkompliziert. Das Hotel ist auch praktisch gelegen. Über die Brücke und schon war man in der Altstadt. Jedes der 38 Zimmer hat Werke eines anderen Künstlers. Wir waren in jenem von Swen Inkub.

Spent 3 nights here. Team on reception are very friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile. Our afternoon chap had a good choice of music playing. Room was large and had a huge king size bed. Room was very clean and well maintained - not run down or worn. Bathroom was excellent and well fitted out - also very good water pressure. The room had big windows that opened and interesting string art on walls and ceiling. Bed was very comfortable and good pillows. We were here in August, some days were humid - there was no air con in the room but there is a new evaporative air cooler/fan which did the job perfectly (I was a bit…what is this when we first arrived - ‘no air con?’). This is the place for any traveler coming from the train to store their luggage for the day. It is free for those staying at the hotel. The hotel is a step above a nice hostel. The bathrooms are very large but still have very little space to put your stuff and no privacy as the shower is clear glass with the toilet right next to it. Other rooms may be different, but they are all less than ideal. The room for 4 was large but no privacy as all the beds are together. The construction noise was an issue for our room but not for all. It is a 2-year project so ask for a quiet room if you don’t get up early or you want to afternoon nap. There is an elevator. I would not recommend their coffee or their breakfast in common area. But they do have a microwave and kitchenware if needed. There are many delicious bakeries and coffee shops within walking distance. The main train station is across the street. This location is not that close to the main square. If staying longer than one night I would choose something closer to the Notre Dame cathedral. However, this was a most economical option for 8 of us. Friendly staff.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, hebt sich von der Masse ab, zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Zimmer incl. Bad war top in Ordnung. Schade war nur, dass es am Abend keine Möglichkeit mehr gab, im Hotel noch einen Drink zu nehmen. Wir empfehlen es aber auf jeden Fall weiter.

I just loved the creative vibe of this hotel. From the art in the lobby to the murals in our room (each room designed by a different artist, this is a unique hotel. We had a fourth floor room with views of the rooftops around us. Just lovely. The hotel has a restaurant which we used for breakfast . Delicious.

I chose the room that was least ‘frightening’ of decor. The stairwell was a little frightening. The room and amenities were great and all the staff we met were very helpful. It was fantastic that we could leave part of our luggage till our return.
