The location was great, and the included breakfast too. The hotel is fine. A little outdated and old, but everything was clean. The air circulation was really bad in our room though. AC did not work, only very hot air came through the vents. The hall ways were also very noisy at night.

Super sentralt! Hyggelig betjening og veldig bra renhold. Helt ok frokost og god kaffe. Eneste å klage på var at air kondisjon funket ikke noe særlig. Vi var nødt til å åpne vinduet og der med hører du alt som skjer på gata og det er barer rundt hele hotellet med ute servering og røykere.

Hotel is squeaky clean, in great condition and at a very good location to access it or anything elsw during your stay. Staff is very helpful, speak great English. Breakfast is fresh and good selection. Justbe prepared that you are in the epicenter of busy Budapest, a rockthrow from party capital, so it will be noisy. Not the hotels fault, but just good to know.

The reception service was excellent, the breakfast was varied and delicious, the room was spotless, and the location was very convenient—all at a competitive price. Overall I really enjoyed my stay. Staff was helpful and courteous, room was good and even though it faced the street I did not notice much noise at all. The only minor issues was that the bathroom wasn't completely clean when I checked in, there were some hairs around the toilet and there was some weird residue in the toilet (almost looked like it hadn't flushed well). The latter thing I realized later probably is due to the piping since it came back no matter how well you flushed. The breakfast area did also feel a bit cramped and it was almost completely full everytime I had breakfast apart from my last day when I had breakfast as soon as it opened. Overall I can highly recommend the Roombach as a very good hotel for the price.

Flott kundeservice og gode rom. Vi var uheldig med en sterk røyklukt på rommet som gjorde det noe ubehagelig. Vi sa dog ikke i fra ettersom oppholdet var på 2 netter. Liten og god frokost.

Stayed here with friends for a trip to Budapest and would highly recommend the hotel. It was a busy area outside but you heard no noise from the street and in the rooms it was very quiet too. The first day at breakfast we were shocked how many people were there as we had heard no one the previous day at the hotel. It is located a short walk from a lot of sights and next to trams as well as the hop on bus stops. Plenty of cafes and restaurants near by too. The rooms aren't massive but were big enough for us and were clean. Staff were all very helpful and greeted you whenever they seen you. We would stay here again.

Very nice, friendly and helpful receptionists, the double room is small, but comfortable and clean. Tasty and full breakfast is served at the property. The only thing is that if your room windows are on the street side, expect it to be noisy in the morning. The evening too, but that's totally ok :)

Kan varm rekommendera detta hotell, ligger centralt, det man kan tänka på är att rummet var väldigt små men för oss spelade det ingen roll. Det som var mindre bra var att vi hade rummet ut mot gatan och det var väldigt mycket väsen nästan hela natten.

Was my second stay after my trip to Hungary the May the year before. Constantly blown away by the staff - helpful, polite, perfectly English and will help you solve anything. Sharp contrast to the majority of the rest of Budapest - unfortunatley. But that much more appreciated. Hotel is great location, comfortable and offers a great breakfast. Breakfast area does get really crowded but thats a small inconvenience. It is now my go-to location for my Hungary trips

Such a welcome greeting from the front desk you would have thought we were personal friends! They recommended where to eat, answered questions about shopping PLUS handed over for FREE connectors for my iPhone and computer. Breakfast was more than filling and coffee excellent. Would highly recommend this exceptional combination of comfort, convenience and gracious staff.

This is very well located hotel with friendly and efficient rooms. We especially like teh breakfast for being fresh, healthy, lite and easy to access. The dining area is also bright and nice. We use this hotel often for hosting our business partners and employees together. It's very close to 100E bus from airport, so getting in and out is fast and very inexpensive.. . . . no need for taxi!

Helt perfekt ophold. Man får meget for pengene og det ligger helt centralt i byen lige ved alt man har brug for. Metro med alle 3 linjer ligger lige rundt om hjørnet så man nemt kan komme rundt i hele byen på kort tid.

The location, the staff and the room were all excellent. Only potential for some improvement is the breakfast, the area is rather small and hectic, the juice from the machine was mostly water, tinned fruit etc. There was still a good choice and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. A great place to stay overall.
