- Two flies greeted us when we opened our room! - Room is mixed with different type of power outlets, even their provided hair dryer doesn’t fit into those outlets. - They are promoting their room as suite but it’s no where near a suite. There is a tv stand that they use to create separate areas but actually it’s a single room. - Bathroom is so tiny that you can hit the door when you use the toilet. - Elevators are faulty, the card detector doesn’t work all the time. Stay away from this property, there are better options.

Amazing stay. Wonderful views. It would be great if there were a serviceman or guard at the entrance by the taxi stand that actually secured the property instead of sitting on his phone. Also there was a cockroach 😭 and the AC stopped working in my room but that was brought to their attention. There could be also be more drinking water and fountains for access.

They could really use fresh new towels. Rooms can be extremely cold with AC fan constantly running. AC system needs adjusted to where the fan can go off once set temperature is reached.

Hilton Suite is our favorite hotel to stay in Mecca. The staff is super nice and so hospitable. We had an accessible two bedroom suite for my mother needing wheel chair. The staff was so helpful especially Hassan. We had Buffet package which I highly recommend. The Cafetaria manager Mr. Rajab is so courteous and kind and made sure his team would serve food for my mom on her table as she was on wheelchair. He truly was taking care of all elderly and all families. Highly highly recommend

I recently stayed at your property with my elderly parents, and while the location was ideal for our needs, I wanted to provide some feedback based on our experience. Due to a delay in our flight caused by Saudi Airlines' rescheduling for technical reasons, we arrived two days later than planned. Unfortunately, our attempts to communicate this with the hotel were met with little success, as we encountered difficulties in reaching anyone by phone or receiving timely responses to our emails. Additionally, upon our delayed arrival, we were informed that the fees for late check-in could not be waived, despite the circumstances being beyond our control. This was disappointing, as we had hoped for some understanding given the unprecedented situation. On our check-in day, we unfortunately missed breakfast. Despite the circumstances, we were not offered a refund or a replacement meal, which was disheartening. We appreciated the gesture from the manager who upgraded our rooms. However, we only stayed for one night before heading to Madinah, so we were unable to fully enjoy this upgrade. Overall, while there were aspects of the stay that were positive, the challenges we faced during our arrival and the subsequent lack of flexibility and communication marred our experience. When we arrived at the property aftwr a long ride, we were told that our booking has been canceled!!!! They tried to charge our credit card a day before our arrival ,( it was a pay at property booking) and the transaction got deflined. So they canceled the booking without even contacting is or hotels.com I never got any notifications from my credit card company, or Hotels.com or even from Hilton Suites Bout the declined transaction or the canceled booking. Upon a lot of request , they gave us a smaller room but did not offer us any compensation in return of the trouble we had to go through

Our few days in this Hotel were awesome. We are grateful to Queen Manal 👍❤️🙏 - one of the front desk managers and her team (Dunya, Dua, Revana, etc) for their warm welcome, hospitality, generosity and their amazing and top-notch customer relationship management and client orientation skills, but above all for their kindness and commitment to excellence in making us feel at home and very welcomed. The hotel’s amenities are of course top luxury class and standards: best location with steps away from the Masjid al Haram, amazing views from the lobby and from our room, easy access to shops (MotherCare❤️), supermarket (BinDawood❤️), restaurants, coffee and cakes places (Camel Step❤️ + Ratio❤️ + B-Laban ❤️), all the favorite places of my wife!!! Beyond the amenities and the luxury, we highly appreciated the people the people the people, including room service staff. JazakAllahu khayran to all of you. Our little prince fully enjoyed the impressive, illuminated and large hotel lobby, particularly the well decorated and beautiful traditional Arabian tent and sitting arrangements!

Tried to charge for childrens breakfast when the booking was clearly made including breakfast. The policy was very unclear and felt it was very deceptive to add charges when I had fully paid already. After speaking to 3 different managers and disputing the breakfast was included without charge. The room was very spacious and view was nice. Cleaners were great. Only ruined by having to spend more than an hr arguing how my booking sclearly states breakfast.

Not what I expected. Construction going around is too much..will delay you a lot. Not a lot of variety in buffet options. Too many shopping distractions & the smell of their oud is tooo strong. Best thing about hotel- you are not even 5 min walk from the Haram. Housekeeping is excellent & on time, but there's delays in trying to reach out to reception/front desk people. Overall I expected more from a '5 star Hilton'. Was more like a 4/5 for my wife & I.

Excellent location and everyone we dealt with from check-in, room service, concerige and dining were brilliant. Although not the closest (2 minute walk) hotel to the Haram its ideal as the road never gets busy and taxis on you door step. We had breakfast daily which was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would 100% use this hotel again and recommend it highly. I have previously stayed at the Fairmont and found this easier to access the Masjid.

In general my stay in the Hotel was excellent. Very close to Haram, friendly staff, and clean. I have two small comments, would not affect the total rate, are : 1. The property little old, things need to be renewed. 2. The restaurant is good with variety of choices, but it is not organized well. Food are scattered everywhere, you have to pass thru all the tables to find what you need.
