Very convenient for the M40. M4 and M25. Also for Heathrow. Good, if somewhat expensive, food and shopping facilities on site. Plenty of parking which came included with the hotel fee.

This is a budget place and, if you set your expectations right, there is a lot to like for the little money that you get to pay. Plenty of eating options next door, tons of parking, quick check-in, there is even a little pond next door that ypu can walk arpund in 3 minutes or so.. less than half an hour drive to Heathrow too. Ill stay again.

Location of this hotel is great with a choice of different food outlets in the food court, a Pizza Express and a Wetherspoons. We stayed in a triple room. Not much room for luggage but it was just a base for us to visit Harry Potter Studio Tour and London. You can get additional towels and pillows from reception. Room was quite stuffy and the climate control unit stopped working. No kettle in room sadly but there was a hot water machine in corridor with coffee sachets and teabags. Shower was powerful but would run cool every 20 seconds or so. Our first night was perfect and we all got a good sleep. Unfortunately the subsequent nights were noisier due to the arrival of a large group of European pupils who took to chatting loudly in the corridor and knocking on each others doors. Obviously this is beyond the control of the hotel and I'm aware that staff did ask them to be quiet. It's our 2nd stay here and despite the above, the convenient location, choice of food outlets and the EV chargers makes it still a hotel we would stay in again.

This is a great place to stay as so convenient. Our room was a triple room with a double bed with a single bunk across. Separate small shower room and a separate small toilet room. The one downside was no sink with the toilet as it was part of the main room with bed. Small TV. LED light strip and bed lights which could be controlled while in the bed. One annoying thing was the flicker of the fire smoke alarm which would flash red frequently. Hot drinks machine in corridor which was free for customers and had a choice of coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate and teas. The hotel is part of the services with a range of restaurants, a pub and a lovely fast food court. Small play park behind the restaurants. Electric car chargers and plenty of parking. Convenient location for the Harry Potter studios and for going into London. You can drive to either Beaconsfield or Slough stations to get into London. Would definitely go back again.

As described a budget hotel and it was. Comfortable, but the poor score is due to the cleanliness. We booked a family room weeks in advance, when we arrived the kids bed was not made and there was a pubic hair on the pillow. The main bed had sticky red stains on the duvet. I’m ok with budget, but cleanliness should still be a priority no matter what the price paid.

Ok wasnt expecting the ritz because the price was low, the room could have been cleaner.. the floor had dead spiders and very dusty and the bedding looked like it had been dropped on the floor. Reception staff at checkn in seemed distracted, was on the phone when checking us in and barely spoke any words to us. We walked through reception and tried to get through to the bar which we were struggling but instead of politley advising that door is inaccessible they rudely said go round! Great location for food and restaurants but you do get what you pay for.

Still awaiting a refund from Expedia over a terrible stay that we needed to cut short. Anti-social behaviour, appalling hygiene including faeces on wall. Being given rooms that haven’t had the beds made and a room that had urine in the toilet upon arrival. Unsafe hotel (or better described as a hostel). Refund required as had to book elsewhere after first night’s stay.

Ibis Beaconsfield service station is amazing . Simple furnishings but all u need for a comfortable stay . Immaculately clean , friendly, helpful staff , value for money with great location easy travelto London . We stayed as a couple lots of other fsmily members there too as we meet stay here once yearly . Has lots of food courts snd a witherspoons next door with a very pretty garddn and small lake with a small play park . Free parking too . Slough just 10 mins drive .

- Room was very small and generally looked tired. Toilet door had areas of the wood panel worn off, the mirror around the sink was all chipped. + The bed was clean and surprisingly quite comfortable, the blind kept the light out & the room was in a quiet location which for me is always a bonus.

The hotel is in the side of the services area off Junc 2 M40. There is free parking with the stay . We were given a room near to the stairs on the fist floor. It was quite small but adequate for one nights stay. The shower was good and bed quite comfortable. The Aircone only blew out hot air, The TV was working but many of the channels were not tuned in. This is a budget hotel not a luxury hotel.

It was an easy check in. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. Its worth noting that basic really means it has a bed, tv, loo, shower and sink. Thats all. There is no kettle or hairdryer and only one power socket in the room and it's at the end of the bed. I dont think any of these things are a problem as long as you know you will need to bring a hairdryer etc. There is a 24hr McDonald's and starbucks next door so you can get food and drinks. I had read the reviews so knew what to expect but I think it might be a bit annoying if you not expecting it. The only think I didn't really like was that the shower is in the room with just the loo enclosed for privacy. A bit strange for a twin room. So there is no privacy for showering or dressing unless you go into the toilet cubicle.Also useful to know in advance incase you are staying with someone you would be comfortable getting undress in front of.

We arrived then went to the room. It had a double bed and a bunk bed across the head of the double bed. There were 3 of us I x vulnerable adult and 2 x 65 years plus. I went back to reception and explained this room wasn't what I expected. I had rung Ibis before coming away to make sure it was a room with a double bed and a single room. They yes yes it will have 1 double bed and 1 single. I was told by reception thats what there rooms were like and thats it. I couldn't split us up as one adult was vulnerable and one disabled person. So we took the mattresses from the bunk and put it on the floor!

The hotel room feels like a borstal room, not a single soft furnishing, shower cubicle opens directly in to the room, not drinks facilities, harsh lighting. It was clean though, and the bed was comfortable. No traffic noise. Glad it was just one night!

There is no mobile coverage in the hotel. You will be forced to use the hotel free WiFi. Which brings cyber security risks. In the morning, one of the staff decide to come in our room without knocking with their own key.

Great location and very convenient on our way home from the shuttle at Folkstone. Great price and only £5 charge for our dog, which is really good too! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Unfortunately the plumbing was extremely loud and I needed to change rooms (which was duly obliged). Room was very basic, no phone so had to go down to report the issue. Beds were uncomfortable. Location is great; perfect for getting into London.

I booked this hotel as it was close to LaplandUk. I was a bit worried about the location as its at a service station and it would be noisy, but i heard nothing! Room was dark as well, no lights shining through the window. The room is small, but has everything you need. My daughter loved the bunk bed too.

Location of this hotel is great with a choice of different food outlets in the food court, a Pizza Express and a Wetherspoons. We stayed in a triple room. Not much room for luggage but it was just a base for us to visit Harry Potter Studio Tour and London. You can get additional towels and pillows from reception. Room was quite stuffy and the climate control unit stopped working. No kettle in room sadly but there was a hot water machine in corridor with coffee sachets and teabags. Shower was powerful but would run cool every 20 seconds or so. Our first night was perfect and we all got a good sleep. Unfortunately the subsequent nights were noisier due to the arrival of a large group of European pupils who took to chatting loudly in the corridor and knocking on each others doors. Obviously this is beyond the control of the hotel and I'm aware that staff did ask them to be quiet. It's our 2nd stay here and despite the above, the convenient location, choice of food outlets and the EV chargers makes it still a hotel we would stay in again.

It was an easy check in. Our rooms were clean and well maintained. Its worth noting that basic really means it has a bed, tv, loo, shower and sink. Thats all. There is no kettle or hairdryer and only one power socket in the room and it's at the end of the bed. I dont think any of these things are a problem as long as you know you will need to bring a hairdryer etc. There is a 24hr McDonald's and starbucks next door so you can get food and drinks. I had read the reviews so knew what to expect but I think it might be a bit annoying if you not expecting it. The only think I didn't really like was that the shower is in the room with just the loo enclosed for privacy. A bit strange for a twin room. So there is no privacy for showering or dressing unless you go into the toilet cubicle.Also useful to know in advance incase you are staying with someone you would be comfortable getting undress in front of.

Booked a cheap stay here £43 for 1 night before heading to Legoland. Rooms were very basic but had everything you need and they were clean. Right next door are loads of different places to eat (it's a service station but a good one!) including a Wetherspoons. Coffee making facilities were just down the hall. I would definitely stay here again.

It was close to a bus stop and had good value for the money. There were also grocery stores and restaurants right next to the hotel. I wasn’t a fan of the fact that the shower had a glass door and was right next to the bed so there was little to no privacy.

This is a great place to stay as so convenient. Our room was a triple room with a double bed with a single bunk across. Separate small shower room and a separate small toilet room. The one downside was no sink with the toilet as it was part of the main room with bed. Small TV. LED light strip and bed lights which could be controlled while in the bed. One annoying thing was the flicker of the fire smoke alarm which would flash red frequently. Hot drinks machine in corridor which was free for customers and had a choice of coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate and teas. The hotel is part of the services with a range of restaurants, a pub and a lovely fast food court. Small play park behind the restaurants. Electric car chargers and plenty of parking. Ibis Beaconsfield service station is amazing . Simple furnishings but all u need for a comfortable stay . Immaculately clean , friendly, helpful staff , value for money with great location easy travelto London . We stayed as a couple lots of other fsmily members there too as we meet stay here once yearly . Has lots of food courts snd a witherspoons next door with a very pretty garddn and small lake with a small play park . Free parking too . Slough just 10 mins drive .

The shower door opens into the bedroom and you can see through the glass so no privacy. There is even a mirror on the other side of the room so if you lie in bed and look at the mirror you can see straight in! Sockets the opposite side of the room to the bed. The outside was covered in litter from the service station. Bed was comfortable and staff very friendly
