This was a great hotel all around. The hotel was very clean and the workout room, rooftop pool, and rooftop lounge area were all well-maintained and top of the line. The location was very close to Real Madrids stadium for a match and short taxi/long walk away from all the major sites. Would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay

This hotel is really nice and modern, breakfast was decent, not the best I have had but good, I would just advise you to stay well clear of this hotel if you are travelling with a car, parking is one of the most complicated things I have ever done in my entire life, the staff tried to be helpful but only gave half the instructions needed in order to make it more seamless, and finding the machine to validate your parking after paying reception was another task in itself, and please note the hotel charge 3x more than what you would pay if you download the parking company app.

For the price this hotel is not worth it. The service is almost hostile. And the the reception don't know what the booking departments are doing. We added nights. And it sais it was paid. But wasn't paid anyway. Then we got asked to go in and check in again. Went across town to do this. And when we arrive we didn't neet to. They shrugged their shoulders and not even an apology. After we paid the additional days I waited at the desk for 15-20 minutes while they fixed an issue that someone did. The room AC was barely working, we had it on 19 degrees and it never went below 25.. was hot throughout the stay. I complained twice but nothing. The "filtered' water taste like pool water. The pool is dirty and cloudy. We can up and there was a bunch of napkins floating around. In the reception the roof was leaking in. The only nice things was the pool area and the gym and the cleaning personal. The receptionist Sylvia shouldn't work in service. She is downright condescending and rude and take not responsibility. During check out. No thank you for staying or asking about the stay. Just: Done - you good to leave. For a 4star for this price this is the worst hotel I've spent money on.. and a lot of it could be better with some small changes in the staff and probably management

what I like is the Bed, shower and room. What I did not like is the first staff who assigned the rooms for us. Basically we are 8 adults and 1King+2 twin attached rooms. I dont know what he did, He just assigned 1 King & 2 twin room during checkin. I had to return the rental car and comeback, when I came back I saw 7 off them cramped in 2 rooms. There were Two reservations but he had done only 1 reservation fullfilled. I had to explain and show the details, then another front end associate understood the mistake and gave another 2 rooms. We had to move the luggages from 7th floor to 2nd floor. Vola! the staffs need to be educated. The front room has lots of noise due to the restaurants in the front

Cute little hotel very close to the stadium with good options between. It is a night life area so it can get loud but it didn’t bother us too much as we were pretty jet lagged. Air in room is not like US air, it’s going to be warm in the summer. Be prepared. Otherwise a great spot with a free breakfast that was amazing and a lovely rooftop pool with a bar service. Recommend for any stay involving a concert or football game.

Overall an excellent hotel, with good service and excellent facilities. Unfortunately we had issues with the electrics in our room - phone charging points not working and light switches wired incorrectly. We reported the issue but it was not fixed and no gesture of goodwill offered. Would stay again but a tad disappointed.

A very nice room which was to be expected, a little cosy for 3 x people but perfectly fine for our short visit. A great location with easy access to public transport, shopping and restaurants. We had a really efficient check in despite being 3 x hours early thanks to reception staff. The free filtered water machine in the corridor was a great idea.

However negatives were the lifts are slow and the room service the food was a let down… ordered a burger and the presentation was poor with maybe 10/12 fries on the plate and no ketchup etc etc so that could be better given the price plus no one picked up the phone several times over different days when we called reception

I have to say the staff where absolutely amazing. The front desk was super friendly. I'd like to also say that Sergio by the pool was super helpful. Jeronimo and Mishel on the mezzanine and Danny and Carlos on the main bar made me feel right at home while in Madrid all the way from Canada. It was so good to feel at "home" during my stay. Our rooms and the hotel where also top notch!! Thanks again, Chris from Canada 🇨🇦

Hotel was conveniently situated short walk from Metro station and Bernabeu but the area around it was scruffy with homeless sleeping just down from the hotel entrance and broken paving slabs outside the hotel. Beggar came into hotel bar whilst we were eating and drinking one night asking for money.

We stayed at this hotel to attend the Taylor Swift concert at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. The location was perfect for this event because it’s such an easy walk to get there. The room was spacious and clean. The water machines located by the elevator was really convenient for filling our water bottles. The outdoor sitting area and rooftop pool were also lovely and great options for downtime. The bar off the lobby had really nice small meals and was open late (at least for the post- concert rush). My only disappointment with this location was the homeless camped out and sleeping right in front of the hotel. We chose to walk around the other side and not take that side of the hotel for entry because it didn’t feel clean or safe. It appears everyone is just fine with that situation but for the price per night, it’s definitely disappointing.
