Awesome place to stay! The bar / food in the lobby was great too!

Hotel was super clean, up to date. I loved the work out facility and bar area too.

The hotel rooms and pool were very clean. The only negative is the parking. The hotel parking is very small and it’s not made to accommodate pickup trucks.

property was clean, staff was great. parking was full and had to park in an open city lot across the street that had very few lights that worked. Very dark. hotel still charged normal overnight parking fee.

Conveniently located downtown and close to Nulu and Butchertown. It’s quiet, clean, has a nice gym and several nice amenities like a restaurant and bar as well as some convenience items in the lobby. The hotel provides good value as well.

The parking garage only holds a few cars. I stay here frequently, but parking across the street in open, public parking and walking alone in the dark is less than ideal.

The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful, regardless of which shift was there. The hotel is clean, well decorated, and modern. Hotel parking is scarce. We arrived at 11pm and there were no parking spots available. We called the front desk and were originally told to park on the street. That made us a little nervous since we'd never been to Louisville before and had no idea what crime might be like in that part of town. Thankfully the front desk person picked up on our hesitation and allowed us to park in one on the charging spots. That was still nerve-wracking because a person in the parking lot kept telling us we'd be towed. Thankfully, we were not towed but had heard that someone from the night before had been. My husband kept going to check on the car for fear that we would be. The beds are listed as pillow-tops, and they might be. But they are very hard which made for an uncomfortable night. Overall, I'm not sure we'd stay here again even though you can tell they are trying to make it a great place to stay. The parking is a big factor there along with the mattress. Otherwise, it would be someplace we'd consider staying at again.

The hotel is perfect for easy access to downtown. Parking isnt great. They have a very small parking area at the hotel (which ya have to pay for) or a parking lot across the street which you also have to pay for. Thats to be somewhat expected for that area. The hotel is wonderful! Highly recommend!

Great hotel that was handy to the Whiskey Row sights and an easy walk to the Slugger Factory. Nice facilities overall, just let down by useless guests spilling liquids onto the couch and carpet. This seems a common issue as we travel around the States. Restaurant was excellent despite twice running dry on the IPA keg both times I ordered a beer. Huge gym available and we used the handy laundry facilities. Was a welcome comfortable stop for two nights. Would definitely stay again. Enjoy

It was one of the worst experiences. I would never want a staff member to treat no one like the way I was treated. There was blood on my sheets and no accommodation.

Gorgeous super clean downtown hotel. We travel a lot and were so impressed with this hotel. Front desk staff were super friendly, no fuss. Will definitely be lookig at Cambria in other destinations we consider.

The good: The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were very hospitable. The not so good: The couch looked like it was all stained up. Wouldn’t want to sit on that. Found a long hair and a used bandaid where they shouldn’t have been in the room-not ours. It would be nice to have coffee available more than just in the morning in the cafe.

The property itself is very well maintained and clean. The staff were quite helpful throughout the stay. They made recommendations for restaurants and other things and always offered to give directions. Would definitely stay again.

Quick overnight stay as part of a longer road trip. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and “like new” vibe of this Cambria. Warm and friendly service as always at Cambria. The room was spacious and well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again. Recommended.

We had to check in at about 1:30 AM and the front door to the hotel were locked. We did not have a key to get in obviously so I was able to track somebody down to open the door. Family waited under the carport while I went to the second floor to check in. Parking was $22 in the back lot. We opted for a space across from the front entrance that was metered, but you didn’t have to pay till 10 AM. So we had free parking. As for the room, loved the decor and the Bluetooth in the mirror in the bathroom. The bathroom sink did not appear to be wiped down at all near the Kleenex boxes and behind the sink. There were enough towels and the water pressure was good. It was quiet in the hotel and we didn’t have any other issues. We had a short overnight stay so cannot attest to area shops.

The room was clean and believe it or not I was excited it had a microwave and refrigerator in the room! I like the fact you don’t have to leave the building if you don’t want to for a couple of drinks and it was quiet. It in a good location to walk to restaurants and bars.

Unfortunately, because of hurricane Helene, we came a day late. However, staff checked us in ahead, so when we arrived in the morning , I only had to pick room keys up at front desk. Room was beautiful. LOVED it! Great decor, big room, comfy bed, & clean. We ate dinner at bar. Food was excellent & staff was very friendly & helpful. So sad we only got to stay one night.

All in all, very good. Two huge glaring issues. First, the parking garage is absolutely horrid. Unless you’re driving a Smart Car or a Prius, you might as well be prepared to park in the overflow or on the street. Also, it takes too much effort to shower. You have little water pressure, so it takes time for the water to warm up, and then you have to physically HOLD the stopper in order for it to build up enough pressure for the shower to turn on. Outside of that, it was very nice.

Room was hot but spacious

Room was spacious, beds comfy and lots of pillows. AC was quick to cool. Barn door on bathroom had slow stop so it made no noise. Big shower with better than average shampoo etc, water pressure was a touch light. Only improvements would be a magnifying makeup/shaving mirror, adding a hand towel rack and a small nightlight in the bathroom for middle of the night use. Quite enjoyed chilling out on the long chaise by the window. The Magnum Moon bar was stylish and well-appointed with lots of bourbon. Food was very good, though some items over salted. Great bartenders! Jackdaw Cafe was a disappointment. Coffee was bitter, and the pastries were sadly not made with butter, considering their price.

The room’s amenities are quite nice. We enjoyed the lighting options and the bed’s comfort.

Great walking distance halfway between Whiskey Row and Nulu. Close to Riverwalk and baseball stadium. Hotel was above average, clean, basic, very spacious end room. Only real downside is loud noise transfer from upstairs and outside, bring earplugs if you get unlucky with jumping kids upstairs like we did.

This property exceeded my expectations, particularly when factoring in the environment that is downtown Louisville. The surrounding area was clean and free of unattractive characteristics often associated with downtown. Plenty of local restaurants and establishments to visit and entertain yourself. The facilities were clean, the staff were incredible and I was pleasantly surprised with the city view from my room. I’ll be returning here when I’m in town for work.

We had a great stay. The front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. They provided perfect recommendations for dining and seeing the area. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds and bedding were so comfortable. The restaurant had delicious food and great service. I also liked the grab and go section for snacks and the coffee shop made the most delicious drinks. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Louisville! Thank you!

I love this property. I just stayed for the second time in two weeks and the staff are always accommodating and go beyond what is expected to serve.

Fridge in the room did not work. Spoiled some special milk I need for my diet. I worry about some medicine they need refrigeration . Two times I request cleaning. They did not do. I arrived late afternoon our room was not clean. I call they send somebody to clean I need to wait in the lobby I returned to the room the door to the room was left open. Second time we arrived to room no cleaning was done we wait for a long time.

Let me start off by saying every one of the staff that wasnt the front desk (house keeping, and maintenance) were super lovely, kind, and helpful. Once we got to the front desk we were smacked with a neglective, rude, dismissive front desk associate. She didnt even look at us or even acknowledge our existence. We showed up pretty early and asked if we could check in an hour early (mind you there was no one at the hotel, hardly any cars in the lot which is small and no other walking around) she said well just have to wait till the check in time because we had a king suite.....whatever so we waited. I had paid for a breakfast package for 2 for the mornings we would be there, she then said their breakfast restaurant was closed the next morning (google said otherwise) she said I could get a refund at checkout....ok fine. Dinner time came around I checked google to see if the dinner place in the hotel would be open and it said it would, my husband and I called in to make out take out order and the front desk woman said " what do you mean make a take out order?" I said for the restaurant, she then said in a rude manner " uh, that restaurant isn't open today ma'am" One thing after another nothing was available, mind you this was a Monday and Tuesday we stayed the night. The next day we took a walk around the streets to see what was available and everything was boarded up and closed......I almost forgot to mentions that we had to pay for parking every night $22 a day.

The staff was very personable and gave the impression they genuinely care about you having a nice stay.

The property was great. We had an amazing experience, easy to get to all the major downtown amenities. Veronica at the front desk was so helpful in giving us details anout the area to enhance our stay on some areas to see and places to check out.

Great location in downtown Louisville. Neighborhood is walkable with lots of good restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was modern, comfortable, clean, and spacious.

Nice, comfortable hotel a couple of blocks from Whisky Row.

Location was amazing and main reason we picked this hotel! We were there to attend a Bats Baseball game.

We loved being able to walk Main St (aka Whiskey Row). We felt very safe in that neighborhood. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Very close to KFC yum center and plenty of options for eating within walking distance.

This property is located perfectly in the heart of downtown Louisville. There are so many fine dining places to devour good food and of course, bourbon.

Our day was very nice. Our room was nice except for some hair in the bathtub. The windows were beautiful unfortunately I did not request the room correctly and did not get the view of the bridge, but I got the view of the city staff was very nice. The lobby was very cozy. The pool was the right temperature. It was amazing with wonderful hours. The food was extremely pricey and we had ate that we ate there three times. We ate lunch dinner and breakfast there and stopped for a coffee one other time the dessert that we got looked nothing like it did in the picture but overall it was very nice. We’ll stay there again.

It was impossible to pull off to side in order to check in at hotel before parking our vehicle. Check is was good; the room is very nice, but the shower needs work. I enjoyed the swimming pool. A big disappointment was the restaurant! We sat at a table for a while, but were not even acknowledged! At check-out after a one night stay, the lady was delightful and most helpful!

Front desk and bar staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing we didn't like was having to wait in line for 20 minutes just to get a cup of drip coffee at Jackdaw. On busy weekends, perhaps an additional line could be set up for coffee?

Nice hotel and nice staff. But I booked it partly because the breakfast place downstairs and the restaurant in the lobby would make my trip much easier. On the first morning, the breakfast place spot was closed, though they are normally open. That evening, after a long day of work, the restaurant was closed too. It would have been helpful to know that in advance. I also never received housekeeping.

This was one of the cleanest properties I have stayed at. We stayed one night for a ballgame and would stay again. Beware parking for Cambria is tiny, probably less than 30 spots. There is a lot across the street that is overflow but not covered. The check in desk is on the second floor and the hosts are so nice. The only problem we had was trying to order food at the grill. The man at the bar completely ignored us and we ended up using DoorDash for food.

The food at the bar was not edible. The steak was too salty and the broccoli and cheddar soup was essentially cheese sauce with a little bit of broccoli.

We loved everything about the Cambria! Restaurants and Coffee Bar were great!
