Pestana CR7 Marrakech

Other than the loud nightlife, enjoyed every second. Room was clean, had everything we needed and staff was pleasant..

The people who work there are nice but hotel need lots of attention like new towels and fixing the leak and smelll and maybe more equipment at gym

Very new and modern. Felt classy. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the dinner menu was good but expensive. Bar was disappointing because they wanted to charge 4 times the menu price for a bottle of wine we had ordered. Pool is great but not enough lounge chairs.

Hotel flambant neuf, situé sur la nouvelle avenue M, bordée de nombeux magasins et restos sympas. Hotel très propre et excellent petit dej, varié. Petit bémol pour la piscine qui est petite et davantage une patogeoire située sur le toit.

Clean, modern hotel. Breakfast is good. Service at the pool is appallingly slow. They need to double the number of loungers and chairs by the pool. Both of these things will not only increase customer satisfaction but also increase hotel profits.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly at all times and are a huge credit to the hotel. The building despite being only a few years old is starting to look a little rough around the edges with issues that could easily be fixed with some simple maintenance (eg blocked drains, damp around the edge of the wall adjacent to the shower), the pool area is lovely, but really not big enough to accommodate so many guests, consequently we often failed to find a sun lounger to lie on. The buffet breakfast was good, however the coffee needs a major overhaul (perhaps the machines simply need cleaning?). We ate once in the restaurant and had the worst meal of our holiday: cold tough steak that took a long time to arrive despite only one other table being occupied with guests. If we had only left the hotel on the first night we would have discovered an amazing array of restaurants on our doorstep. The hotel is on M Avenue: it is extremely luxurious and felt very safe. The one major criticism however was the horrendous noise made from the bar on top of the building (owned by another company). At least 4 out of 7 nights it was like sleeping inside a nightclub!! The noise didn't stop until 1am! What a bizarre place to allow a bar with a DJ! Our first room was beneath the DJs booth and despite being moved to the only other available room (2 floors down), we could still hear the music word for word!!

Hotel au coeur de la ville avec le décor marocain mais les prestations hoteliere d'un grand hotel européen avec la serviabilité et la gentillesse des marocains qui y travaillent. Hotel de grande classe luxueux Seul petit point negatif l'espace piscine meriterai d'être plus grand pour le standing et la capacité de l'hotel en terme d'affluence. MERCI pour ce sejour magnifique

Bonjour, Je tiens à exprimer ma profonde déception concernant la qualité du service, et en particulier la négligence de certains membres du personnel. Cela me peine de le dire, car je sais que beaucoup d’entre eux sont souriants et serviables. Cependant, il est regrettable de constater que l’apparence semble jouer un rôle important dans la manière dont les clients sont traités. Certains employés adoptent une attitude presque soumise envers certaines personnes perçues comme « étrangères », tandis que d'autres, pourtant Marocains résidant à l’étranger (MRE), sont parfois traités avec désinvolture, voire déconsidération, simplement parce qu’ils sont discrets et simples dans leur manière d’être. Cette différence de traitement est extrêmement décevante et inacceptable. Par ailleurs, l’état de la salle de sport laisse également à désirer : plusieurs tapis de course ne fonctionnent pas correctement, ce qui est très insatisfaisant. Je tiens malgré tout à remercier chaleureusement Karim et Hamza pour leur bienveillance, leur écoute et leurs excuses suite à l’inconfort que j’ai pu ressentir. Leur professionnalisme mérite d’être souligné.

Un hôtel 4 étoiles qui en vaut 3. Piscine glacée , je n’ai pas d’autres mots. Obligé de demander des capsules de café car les femmes de ménages n’en remettent pas le matin. Télé qui ne fonctionne pas… Bruyant plus que jamais… À fuir , hors de prix

Smells bad all the time , towels are over used , sometimes they don’t give me towels and say we don’t have any

The experience overall was very good. It can reach excellent if few details were taken into consideration. First is the rudeness of the person at the gate, which I think need more training in customer service. Also the location of the restrooms in front of the main elevators in the middle of the lobby is such a terrible idea because the smell hits you as a first experience when you get out of the elevators or when you are in the lobby going towards the elevators. I still rate the overall experience as very good very close to excellent.

They have an ant and silver fish problem in the rooms. Otherwise a decent 4 - star hotel which is quickly becoming 3-star.

Very nice stay here. Very clean and the staff was helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet with plenty of space. The breakfast was amazing and there were dining options close by.

The hotel was amazing in location, service, cleanliness, size of the rooms, breakfast and cooperative of the staff.

Bathrooms didnt have doors. Hated that part.

Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war sehr gross und sehr modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war perfekt. Alles was das Herz begehrt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Nice , its more built for European then Mediterranean, for example the shower is a bare window where anyone in the room see you with no privacy whatsoever specially if you have kids ,also the bathroom same thing a bare glass window, breakfast was not the best eithernot worth the $300 a night i am sure you could find much better in the area.

It was our first time at Morocco and based on the online pictures the Pestana CR7 was not what we thought it was. To start the AC was poorly working in our room and for the most part it smelled like smoke. To add the bathroom door was a clear glass bathroom door giving you no privacy at all. I seriously expected more for the price and for the person who owns it.

Comfortable room except the AC did not work very well.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Upon request the staff changed our rooms to a quieter area. Rooms are spacious. Bedding is good. The hotel is hanging on to its “modern” past but now needs to update. Breakfast was good. Nice upscale area and plenty of places to shop and eat, Good place

Lovely staff and hotel.About 10 mins away from the main square .Upmarket area of Marrakesh . We were given a room at the side of the building — unfortunately that was the side where a lot of motor bikes are parked and we found the noise late at night disturbing.The rain shower was a bit slow and the water temperature a bit unstable . Overall a good hotel and we would stay there again.

Great location, beautiful facilities, lots of restaurants and services. The breakfast was stellar. The room has cheap LVT flooring, hot water gets suddenly cold then hot again while showering. The toilet has a glass door so there's no privacy and it's also very heavy to open. If you ask the staff for recommendations, they only give you their in-house options. The outside activities are significantly better. For example, NYE party next door was much better but they didn't even tell us the option. I found it by exploring. It was the same price and significantly better. We saw what the hotel had when we returned at night. I'd stay here again but not at the same price. Honestly they were milking the price a bit too much.

The girl at the reception was very helpful, the check in process was very smooth and provided useful information for the area.

Hotel is lovely and a great location as a base for exploring the city. The rooftop pool area offers a lovely opportunity to relax in the sun if you dont feel like pounding the streets though it can ge quite busy so you may need to get there early to secure a spot as beds are limited given the size of the hotel. Our biggest issue was with the service, more importantly the time it took to get served and then actually recieve our Food/Drink when by the pool. There's just one member of staff up there most of the time and they didnt seem to have any kind of electronic system that passed orders on to the kitchen/bar downstairs, so everything appeared to have to be relayed by him going down just to pass on the order, on the couple of occasions we went to the pool for drinks and food we had to wait over an hour to get what we ordered, even a bottle of water!! Seeme like such a simple thing to fix and get right espeically as there were ofet other members of staff on the roof not serving.

Room was very cold no heating. Evenings were cold. Staff were not very friendly but ok. They helped when asked but no one really came forward to take care of you. Our phone didn’t work in our room so we had to keep asking staff outside the room to help. When we checked in we got an upgrade which was nice.

Perfect, great room, service and food. Especially liked the breakfast they made for me to take to the airport at 5am,

A la hora de hacer el check in no fue nada agradable la que estaba ahí una de espejuelos no nos explicó nada y después llamó a la manager y fue igual ,además pedimos unas toallas y no llegaron hasta dos horas después porque fuimos a reclamar

Amazing Staff , the staff at this hotel need a special mention , everyone is so friendly , from the porters , to the cleaners , to the reception , the catering staff , the pool area , all the way upto the management . They all made a special effort to make me feel welcome , and at home . I highly recommend this hotel , I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world , but I must say the feeling and welcome , I got from all the staff made me feel at home , and made my experience staying here memorable. I will always appreciate the care and welcome they gave me and when I return to Marrakesh from now I will only be staying at this hotel . Simply amazing . Property is very nice, but the M Avenue is noisy area due to workers working from mid night till early morning in fixing stands and booths

Das ganze Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist auch sehr gut, da man sich sogar Marokkanische Teiggerichte frisch bestellen kann. Wir waren sowie jetzt auch vor 2 Jahren bei der Neueröffnung sehr sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist sehr sicher und schön in der M Avenue. Vielen Dank.

Amazing service very convenient to nice shopping and restaurants. Taxi was easy to hire. The hotel was spacious, clean and aesthetically impressive. I will always choose this site when I visit Marrakech

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung ist in sehr gutem und neuem Zustand. Die Lage in der M Avenue ist schön und zentral.

The property is located in a city center area, where there are tons of shops, stores. Restaurants literally in walling distance from this property. Perfect locatoon for solo travelers . The hotel is brand new, very modern decor. The price point wasn't to pricey either. Essilu acess to your uber and taxi stands

Amazing. Service was incredible, I got sick on a tour and on short notice booked a stay here on New Year's Eve. Breakfast was delightful, with a mix of western and Moroccan food. Only minor complaints: fluctuating water temperature, pillows/beds are very soft, and could use another trash can in the room. We had a hammam, which was a little on the expensive side but delightful, and the area is also very nice. Special shoutout to the concierge Khalil, who welcomed us the first day, and helped with so much. Soufiane was also very helpful! When Khalil heard I missed out on a desert experience, he helped us get booked for a New Years Eve party in the nearby Agafay Desert, where we had a ton of fun, made some friends, and it really did make the vacation that much more special.
