The property is well appointed. There are views from the balconies, even if it’s not an ocean view room. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and well designed. The service is professional and warm. The entire team has been trained well and they definitely show up for work every day. I only dined at the restaurant for breakfast, but the meals were consistently good. The beach is across the rd, but there is a designated area for guests with butlers and the full menu is available on the beach as well. This has moved to my top 5 hotels. Thank you Four Seasons for an amazing stay.

Overall we had a great stay. Comfortable bed and nice size room (king ocean view). Beautiful view of course. Loved having a patio to eat breakfast while looking at the ocean. The pool was also great to spend time at. Food was ok and very overpriced. one apple is 5 and eggs for breakfast is 30. This beach is not the best - at no fault of the hotel - i would pick another part of South Florida if your main goal is to be on the beach.

We booked this last minute to escape a bad portion of our trip and try to salvage what was left. The Four Seasons gave us exactly what we needed. The area was great, so close to everything. The staff was phenomenal and the facilities are beautiful. Not one complaint!

Recently opened property with beautifully appointed rooms. Nice beach area (great staff). Pool area is a bit cramped. Loved Evelyn’s (great staff — special kudos to Gratzia — and menu). Gym was also well appointed. Concierge very helpful. Net net, terrific property. Staff makes all the difference. Will be back for sure!

We really enjoyed the Four Seasons. The resort is brand new and so luxurious. We were greeted with champagne, upon arrival. The room was spacious, clean, and had plenty natural light pouring in. Turndown was never missed and little touches in the evening like having water at the nightstands and slippers was appreciated. The property landscaping and pool area are stunning. It's very lush, with nice seating areas and in the evening the pathways are lit with lanterns to create a warm ambience. Overall, it was an impressionable stay.

We enjoyed the friendly staff and upscale vibe of the entire property. The room and view were outstanding. What was not great was debris on the floors at the adult pool area and the overall noise in the room god forbid you should open the sliders. The spa services were excellent and definitely detail oriented. Hi lights were the nespresso machine and the lux bedding. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

the Evelyns restaurant menu was poor, Breakfast buffet was fine. Food at the pool was very bad. Bedroom was comfortable but not very clean. Balcony furniture was dirty. Lobby bathroom was not clean and no paper towel. They also could use some nice parfum in the lobby like other hotels I visited in the area.

The day after the first night I reported that a lot of light was coming in through the broken curtains. I had chosen that hotel to rest. The next day I realized that they didn't pay attention and didn't repair the curtain, so the light woke me up early again again.

Love love love this property but we were a bit put off by the noise level coming from the street: hot rods, trucks unloading… And would have enjoyed loungers on the balcony. We had a table, 2 dining chairs & one uncomfortable love seat.

Absolute perfection! The rooms are so beautiful with high quality furniture and materials. The beds are so comfortable and the shower pressure is on point! Service is impeccable, everyone is so nice and ready to help with anything. Jennifer at the reception is the best!! This is truly a gem in Fort Lauderdale.

This hotel has a lot of potential. The food was absolutely delicious, beautiful decor but they just do not have their act together when it comes to service. It was very spotty. The staff was extremely nice but the level of service service was not that of a Four Seasons. They seemed overwhelmed and understaffed. It was blamed on the hotel being at full capacity but a day later when there was no one there I was experiencing the same thing.

Beautiful property and meets the standards of the Four Seasons brand. The food was very pricey, even more than you would expect at a Four Seasons. Also the daily cleaning service was hit or miss in terms of availability. This was still a fantastic stay and we would not hesitate to stay at the property again.

We had the most amazing two nights stay here. The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and everything was so beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast buffet in Evelyn’s was so yummy and varied as well. Thank you so much.
