Really enjoyed our stay especially being first timers in the Netherlands was easily accessible, 1-2 minutes walk from Noord Metro which is only one stop away from Amsterdam Centraal. Would highly recommend; safe, clean and extremely friendly staff. Hotel was well equipped with bar, restaurant and gym facilities!

Great hotel, really clean and spacious, easy to get to Amsterdam with the metro a 2 min walk away, staff were friendly and the whole room was very good. Only problem I had was lack of good dining options in the hotel (nearby was fine) and the car park was not easy to access, but they were small issues.

Quadruple room is spacious. Room is clean and comfortable. We liked tha the metron station is just next door, making it easy to leave the car in hotel parking garage (25euros per 24hr) and taking the metro into city centre using gvb group ticket of 5 (at 25 euros) via gvb app. There is also a markt 27 food place and small supermarket at noord metro station. A short walk further is a shopping mall.

The room was quite spacious, very very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. This hotel is not at the city centerand is not within walking distance from it. However it is adjacent to a metro station which in 5 minutes takes you to central station or in 10 minutes directly to coty center if you wish. It is also adjacent to a small supermaket. So, it is quiet, has all the comfort and very easy to get to all the wonderful atractions of Amsterdam

Nice hotel and great rooms for family of 4 (we had a room with a separate area for the kids with 2 single beds). Beds and bathrooms all very clean, not so sure the floor had been vacuumed well though as some very long hairs found and under beds bits of fluff etc. The hotel was expensive so our expectations were high. Although the room had AC, there wasn't a separate AC unit in the kids area so the room was too hot overall. Even with AC set to 19 degrees, it remained at 22/23 which was too hot for us to sleep well. Additions such as a few daily biscuits (to have with tea/coffee) and some additional basic toiletries (cotton buds, body cream etc) would have been a nice touch too. Staff all very friendly and helpful so can't fault them at all and hotel furniture all new and modern so overall a very pleasant place to stay. We had breakfast on one day which was extremely expensive. There was quite a lot available but in my opinion no way near worth the cost. A lot of the food uncovered such as smoked salmon, ham etc - didnt try this as not very appealing with people coughing walking around etc. Fresh fruit selection seemed only to be melon - again served in communal big bowls. Would have liked individual yoghurt pots and individual pots of jam etc. It was all very messy and by the time we got to breakfast (around 10am) a lot of things had started to run out - only the dregs left in a communal sticky jug of maple syrup. Overall would not recommend breakfast here.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das moderne Gebäude hat eine sehr gute Schallisolierung. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab eine Parkgarage und die Metrostation ist direkt nebenan. Frühstück war auch sehr gut, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Some of the reception staff were very helpful others not so, our room was not cleaned on the Sunday but I didn’t complain as we were going home on the Monday. The location is excellent with the metro just a few metres away breakfast was good but a bit disappointed that there was no evening meal offered, however there are restaurants nearby.

Good stay! Nice room with big space, comfortable bed, nice shower. We stayed for 4 days and they cleaned the room every day! Close to metro and there are few restaurants next to it with lots of options. And also close to shopping centre. We had a great time there!

From beginning to end of my trip, the staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was a full spread and highly enjoyable. Location was extremely convenient with easy access to City Centre. Nearby shopping and dining was also available.

Neues Hotel, tolle Technik, sogar die Zimmertüren schließen leise. Wenn ich wieder nach Amsterdam fahre, dann Mercure Amsterdam noord Eine Kritik: Das Lüftungsgebläse lässt sich nicht ganz ausschalten, der Dauerton in der Nacht ist nicht nur schlaffördernd.

Leckeres Frühstück. Moderne und saubere Zimmer. Super Anbindung an die Metro und Innenstadt. Die Fenster im Zimmer ließen sich nicht öffnen. Außerdem läuft die Ventilation den ganzen Tag und Nacht und lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Leider ist dies für mich ein Grund nicht wiederzukommen, obwohl der Rest klasse war.
Leckeres Frühstück. Moderne und saubere Zimmer. Super Anbindung an die Metro und Innenstadt. Die Fenster im Zimmer ließen sich nicht öffnen. Außerdem läuft die Ventilation den ganzen Tag und Nacht und lässt sich nicht ausschalten. Leider ist dies für mich ein Grund nicht wiederzukommen, obwohl der Rest klasse war.

We came in early with my 98 year old Mother. Jasmin, the receptionist, checked with housekeeping about cleaning our room first and got us in within the hour. He even helped bring up our bags and made sure we had bottled water. Very considerate and efficient service.

This hotel is located in a great area, its right by the metro station so very convenient as far as public transportation goes. Space itself is nice, very modern bathroom. Staff could be a little more attentative, multiple times they weren't at the front desk. Had to wait a few minutes and asked for recommendations and wasn't able to provide anything.

Stayed at this nice Hotel for 5 days on my recent trip to Amsterdam. Nice, clean, new modern facility with extremely kind and courteous staff. Right outside the Noord metro station. Special thanx to Omar who gave me a room right away at 11 am although the check in time was 3 pm. It helped a lot after a long flight from SFO-JFK-AMS. Will definitely come and stay again at the same place.

Would highly recommend this hotel! I was in Amsterdam for 2 days for a girls trip, the hotel was so convenient; located right next to a metro station, it is a few stops away from Amsterdam central/dam square. Hotel itself is very modern, spacious, maintained to a high standard. Just wish the check in could be quicker as only one staff member at the desk but otherwise highly recommended!

Upon our early arrival (1:00) from out of the country, the staff quickly and pleasantly greeted us and got us quickly checked in. Everyone had a smile on their face every time I passed or approached the desk. The room was nice, spacious and clean. The location is excellent for transportation as you are only two stops from the central station.

I had a lovely stay at the Mercure. It’s my second time staying at this hotel, and I found it to be, once again, clean, comfortable and convenient. I much appreciated the services, specifically the ability to store my luggage ahead of my late flight. Some of the reception staff were very helpful others not so, our room was not cleaned on the Sunday but I didn’t complain as we were going home on the Monday. The location is excellent with the metro just a few metres away breakfast was good but a bit disappointed that there was no evening meal offered, however there are restaurants nearby.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding. We stayed here 4 nights and they were accommondating and friendly. The hotel room was very nice, very clean and with everything we needed. The hair dryer was the best I used on the entire trip (7 hotels). The location is 5 minutes walking from the Amsterdam North Station and only 5 minutes by train to the Central Station which is a great location for restaurants, museums, etc.

The location is great, next to the metro, 2 stops to central station. The hotel is new, the rooms are big, with new furniture and facilities, and the staff is super helpful and nice.i had a great time and even extended my stay in Amsterdam for 1 day and kept this hotel. I received a room upgrade for both the first part of the trip and was allow to keep it for the extra night. I will come back for sure.

Toller Komfort und hoher Sauberkeitsstandard. Die Metrostation Nord befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 Geh-Minuten) und von da aus sind es nur zwei Stationen, und man ist am Central Bahnhof mitten in der Innenstadt. Das Personal war außerordentlich zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, auch im Umgang mit Kindern.

It’s so close to the metro (literally steps away); and there’s a grocery/convenience store and restaurant hub also next to it. 2 stops away from the central station of Amsterdam. It was clean and basic. I enjoyed my stay because the location was ideal.

Really enjoyed our stay especially being first timers in the Netherlands was easily accessible, 1-2 minutes walk from Noord Metro which is only one stop away from Amsterdam Centraal. Would highly recommend; safe, clean and extremely friendly staff. Hotel was well equipped with bar, restaurant and gym facilities!

Upgrade was lovely. Location at the Amsterdam Noord station was great but hotel needed some more signage as we went the wrong way out of the station! It was fine as there was a food shop at the station so we asked directions and it was a 2min walk. Staff were lovely. Food court next door was great. Convenience store across the road had snacks and drinks. Centraal Station 3 stops away. Metro very easy to use. Got an I Amsterdam card to use in museums/galleries and transport. Great trip.

Nice hotel and great rooms for family of 4 (we had a room with a separate area for the kids with 2 single beds). Beds and bathrooms all very clean, not so sure the floor had been vacuumed well though as some very long hairs found and under beds bits of fluff etc. The hotel was expensive so our expectations were high. Although the room had AC, there wasn't a separate AC unit in the kids area so the room was too hot overall. Even with AC set to 19 degrees, it remained at 22/23 which was too hot for us to sleep well. Additions such as a few daily biscuits (to have with tea/coffee) and some additional basic toiletries (cotton buds, body cream etc) would have been a nice touch too. Staff all very friendly and helpful so can't fault them at all and hotel furniture all new and modern so overall a very pleasant place to stay. We had breakfast on one day which was extremely expensive. There was quite a lot available but in my opinion no way near worth the cost. A lot of the food uncovered such as smoked salmon, ham etc - didnt try this as not very appealing with people coughing walking around etc. Fresh fruit selection seemed only to be melon - again served in communal big bowls. Would have liked individual yoghurt pots and individual pots of jam etc. It was all very messy and by the time we got to breakfast (around 10am) a lot of things had started to run out - only the dregs left in a communal sticky jug of maple syrup. Overall would not recommend breakfast here.

Good modern hotel, conveniently located near subway station, 1o minutes to the Amsterdam downtown. Many restaurants and cafes very close to the hotel, room is good size with everything you will need for few days stay. Excellent breakfast with very big variety of foods.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Really close to the North Station, just a couple of minutes walk. Made it really easy to get into the centre. The food court area at the main station was great, we had a little one with us and had dinner there most nights, lots of great food options. Hotel was clean, of a good standard and staff were all really friendly - would recommend and stay here again.
