Worse check in of any hotel we have stayed at. Hid the reception behind a bar where there was an extremely loud band playing and you couldn't hear a word that was said by check in person.

Has a sliding barn door for the bathroom. Does not close quite far enough, if someone opens the main door from the hallway while your in the shower there is a clear view in. If your into that kinda thing then its great, but if your more on the shy side then you might need to plan your visitors a bit better. Also parking is not part of the hotel, its part of the airport so you still need to pay. Front desk can give you a pass that will let you come and go but its $25

We prefer this vs property for its physical attachment to the airport, which makes arrival for early departures so much easier. Big and bright. Room is modern if not compact; love the bathroom with walk-in shower. Pool is large and the water is warm. Only 3 stars for cleanliness because of food crumbs and utensils in hallway.

The room and dirty chips outside of entrance to room and the room wasn’t totally clean dirty strays from previous guest still on carpet in room . I have stayed her before many times and the price is crazy at $400 a night and dirty room I won’t be returning to property

We stayed at the renaissance hotel in Edmonton after a long flight for only 12hrs. Upon check into our room we found the hallway carpets dirty and full of stains. Our room had stains on the walls, trash on the floor and dirty base boards and grout. We requested to change rooms. While our second room was a slight improvement, it still had dirty walls and baseboards additionally the toilet was continuously running. The next morning we brought up our concerns to day staff and we were provided a very small discount on our room as an apology. We stayed at the hotel for the connivence of our flights but it was not worth the cost considering the condition of the rooms and the hotel.

We have stayed at the hotel since it was built. Beginning to show wear needs better cleaning of the frosted glass bathroom door and bathroom floor. Decor pillows looked plucked. The hotel is quiet the beds are very good. Still a very good hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for convenience as most do, the airport is right there! And boy do they charge for it! The rooms are very small but clean. The bed was very uncomfortable as well as the pillows, bedding did have some stains on it. Curtains in the room did not cover windows and did allow a lot of light in. If it is convenience you are looking for then this is the place for you

Room aircon was perfect. Room was generous and dark for sleeping. We couldn’t hear any plane traffic. The bed was super comfortable. We had the best night’s sleep we’d had since starting our travels - and it was so close to the airport. Excellent!

The room was nice except it was strange to me that a suite with a separate bedroom wouldn’t have a tub at all. The shower pressure was awful, and the club room isn’t worth paying extra for. Very poor selection of food. Overall, very convenient if you’re flying, nice and quiet, comfy bed. But for the $560-650 per night price tag, which doesn’t include at least $25 per day in parking, don’t bother paying for a larger room. I’m sure the shower in the $350 room was just as bad as the one in the $600 room.

Only comment is that the the free internet was not reaching out to the rooms in the end of hallways. So working there is a struggle, and it should not be like that when you pay 350 euros- 400 usd pr night.

Very easy and convenient for a layover in Edmonton. The facilities were nice the bed was very comfortable and even though our room overlooked the gates it was very quite. Only downside was not alot of water pressure in the shower.

Really liked the hotel and room but the bathroom has a glass barn door that DOES NOT offer privacy. We were traveling with grandkids so I had to hang towels to get privacy

Check-in was frustrating, as we reserved/confirmed a rollaway 7 months in advance and when we arrived it was not set up in the room. We had to make 4 calls to the front desk regarding the delivery/set-up and the lack of bedding(only a fitted sheet came with the bed along with pillows, no top sheet or blanket). The rollaway was also left outside the door in a public hallway when we returned from supper and we were expected to wheel the bed into the room, locate proper bedding and make the bed ourselves. Receiving all of the bedding to make the bed was also a challenge. When renting a room at this high price point we expect this to be a smoother process, especially when arriving very late after a long flight. We also paid extra to have 4 ppl in the room, but only received 3 towels. Refusing to call the front desk for a fifth time, we were able to find a towel the next morning at the pool area. Again, great hotel for location, convenience, cleanliness; however, at this price point we were very disappointed and frustrated with the service received. Thank you.

This is a beautiful and new hotel, and the staff treated us so well. Booked for our wedding night, and although I never mentioned anything when boooking, the staff noticed our wedding attire and sent up complimentary champagne and fruit at breakfast.

I was upset that the hotel front desk announced my room out loud. As a woman, travelling alone, it is my expectation and experience that the room number is written on the hotel key and not announced out loud to ensure my safety and security. I asked to be assigned to a new room to ensure my safety, after I told the front desk I felt unsafe that they did that. I was assigned a new room and my room number was not announced out loud thankfully. This should be standard for all hotels and hotel staff.

While the hotel's proximity to the terminal is very convenient, I found it odd that the taxi drop-off point is entirely separate from the check-in area. There are no signs indicating that you need to take the elevator up two stories and then navigate to find the reception area. It might be helpful to add a few signs with arrows directing guests to the check-in area.

I don’t like where you enter the hotel from the parking lot….its not very clear where to go to get to reception/check-in. But staff are friendly and the rooms are very nice. Pricey rooms so it’s good they are nice and you are paying for the convenience (to the airport)

The most convenient place to stay if you're catching an early flight or have a short layover. Departure counters are just steps away from the hotel. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The rooms were very attractive, staff super friendly and so convenient to get to our airline connection. I had the most amazing breakfast at the Halo restaurant! It was called the wellness breakfast. The price was super reasonable. We will definitely be back
