The pool was locked up and hot tub out of order. 2 ice machines were out of order. The room had candy wrappers on the floor when we checked into the room. My credit card was compromised after we used it to pay for the room. Now I have to get a new one. I would sleep in my truck before I’d stay at this establishment again.

Front door is broken and based on other reviews it has been for some time with no apparent plan to fix it. Hallways were full of pails because of plumbing leaks also not being fixed. Maintenance room left open is a hazard. After a late night check in I was looking forward to my rest. I was awakened by loud sounds in the hallway around 6:00 am. When I spoke to the front desk about this I was told it was my fault for not telling them I wanted a quiet room!! FREE isn’t cheap enough.

As soon as we pulled up, there’s a sign on the door to pull open cause sliding doors were broken. Went to go check in and they gave us the wrong room, booked a king and was given 2 queens. Told front desk and she kind of argued a bit and said we would have to come back cause they would need to clean a room. Came back 2 hours later and got the right room. Website is wrong when it comes to breakfast, says you get Start the day right with a free hot breakfast, featuring sausage, scrambled eggs, tater tots, and more. That is all wrong. It is a continental but they don’t ever put enough food or they don’t have it. We went down at 10am and there was nothing left, no milk for cereal, no toast, nothing. Only good thing about this place is their hot tub and pool. Beds are hard and squeaky. Will never be back.

Pool was empty, hot tub dirty and so full of chemical burnt your eyes and water cloudy, steam room not working and had a shop vac stored in it. Pails in hallway collecting water from leaks front automatic door not working and did not bother to fix it in 3 days, had sign on it saying please open it and close it when coming and going, ( which is very handy when hands are full of luggage). Housekeeping poor! Breakfast ok. Rooms airy, beds comfortable.

The staff at the front desk was super nice and I got my room very easily. The room itself was so nice like I was shocked how big it was! They had a fully stocked bathroom which was sick. If I was ever in town again I’d stay here

I found that if you want to enjoy the full breakfast experience, you have to get down there very early, otherwise you get whatever is available. There are a lot of workers who stay there and they are hefty breakfast users. Also, they get up early, sooooo too bad for us!
