Stayed for one night, front desk was super nice and helpful great location really close to the airport. Big parking lot in the back of the building and great staff and food was delicious

Power went out. Only one elevator of the two is functional and you have to wait for staff to get out to use them. Area around the hotel is rough.

The ONLY thing I would say might not great for some folks, is that this hotel is LITERALLY feet away from a busy highway, and right in the middle of a TON of construction. That said, the noise from outside was not a problem AT ALL- once inside it was perfectly quiet and you might not remember or notice the outside at all. THE GOOD STUFF: My room was VERY quiet and I got an excellent night's sleep. There was breakfast included and the coffee was really, really good. The bed and sheets were excellent. The cleanliness was A++/💯. The staff was biliingual and very, very helpful - I was starving and even though there was no room service at that hour, they were so kind and brought me my meal themselves before the restaurant closed. The hotel transport to the airport came at EXACTLY when they said it would, and I got to the airport with no stress. PRICE: I got a really good deal on Expedia, so I actually booked for 2 nights so I could sleep in and not rush to my evening flight. So happy! Be aware that hotel transport is only TO, not FROM the airport. The airport taxis had a 2 hour wait, so I took a chance and got one that wasn't sanctioned by the airport (with common-sense security measures)and it was fine- it was a straight shot from the airport to the hotel on the highway, and I made it clear before I got into the taxi that we were not to take any shortcuts or make any stops or detours- shared my location, trip progress and took foros of the taxi, driver, plates etc.

La verdad todo estivo muy bien, mi unica queja es que cortaron la luz del hotel y no tenia generadores ni nada y no avisaron a los huéspedes y eso que les aviso el municipio con tiempo. Fuera de ahi todos muy atentos y amables, limpio y super cómodo. La verdad esta muy bien por el precio.

Perfecto para pasar la noche sin gastar demás. Estacionamiento amplio.

Se fue la luz 3 veces, hay mucho ruido en los pasillos.

Grate hotel to stay close to the airport if you have a early morning flight, staff was really helpful and they actually provide free taxi service to the airport.

Staff was very friendy and helpful. Hotel is in a great location, easy to get in and out of. And I loved that airport transportation was included! Would definitely stay again!

Is modern hotel near airport, provided free transportation to the airport 24 hours, bed very comfortable good customer service...only thing did not like bathroom too small..other than that is great!

Hotel muy limpio y cómodo. El personal super amable todos. El desayuno que ofrecen de cortesia rico y abundante. El transporte al aeropuerto puntual y rapido. Sin duda regresare.

Las paredes súper delgadas, todo se escucha. La regadera súper sucia, y no sale casi nada de agua. Fatal!

Sheets had visible orange spots, sheets might have been washed (or not, not sure) but stains were still visible.

The place was clean, but restroom very small. My problem with this place is I couldn't sleep at all, I had to go to the airport at 3:00am on the morning and i couldn't sleep and rest at all. I could've heard all the traffic driving by all night. I could've heard all the noises inside the building, people talking at the lobby, people talking passing by my room, doors closing, even the people at the front desk was playing music. It was a horrible experience, i will never stay at that hotel!

The beds were the best … very comfortable.

It was Great to stay there but if you have issues with noise, please ask them to put you at opposite end of the entrance. You are right next to a major highway and it is noisy and the room shakes 24/7.

Muy buenas instalaciones pero el internet falla mucho o no sirve

El personal fue excelente, muy serviciales y amables las personas en recepción. La habitación y cama muy cómodas. El desayuno delicioso. Además nos ofrecieron de cortesía el traslado al aeropuerto. Los únicos aspectos en desacuerdo son el internet que es muy inestable y el personal de limpieza de pronto es muy ruidoso afuera en los pasillos.

El hotel esta bien, pero cuando el internet no funciona en un hotel todo lo bueno del hotel se va para abajo. Y hoy en dia sin internet tampoco funciona la TV. No es tema del proveedor de internet es tema de los malos equipos de puntos de acceso que tieen y su mala configuracion.

Clean, good food and very close to the airport. I did not like that the walls are very thin and can hear people out in the hall as well. There’s not much around that area but if it’s just to sleep then it’s fine.

El hotel está bonito, tiene elevador y un amplio estacionamiento, incluye el desayuno y es a la carta con algunas opciones. Lo único que no me gustó es que la habitación está un poco reducida, los espacios entre cama y cama y paredes son pequeños. Muy cerca del aeropuerto, definitivamente si me volvería a hospedar 👍

No hot water Phone in room didn’t work for wake up call. Room was noisy. Not very sound proof. Would never stay there again

Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero el baño está muy reducido en tamaño

Nos trataron muy bien solo el gerente en turno no fue flexible con el check out y nos cobraron por 3 horas extra que pedíamos siendo que llegamos en la noche, no estuvimos ni 20 horas en el lugar. En otros hoteles hemos recibido esas horas de check out de cortesía por hacer check in muy tarde, aquí NO fue el caso. Lo demás fue excelente

El gerente y el recepcionista se esmeran en que nuestra estancia sea de lo más agradable . Súper amables

La señorita de la noche nos obligó a pagar en efectivo. No pudo facturar o no quiso, porque su compañero de la mañana fue muy amable y nos solucionó todo. El check in fue muy lento, una sola persona en el mostrador.

Las instalaciones son bastantes viejas, les falta mantenimiento, y hasta limpieza! El recepcionista pésimo servicio! El chef del desayuno excelente!

Staff was very helpful when it came to getting a taxi to our destination. Food was great. We had no problems. I would recommend this hotel to my friends thank you Atziri for your hospitality 🙂

This has nothing to do with anything you can effect, but the construction around you all is really impacting things. I know that it will be done in a year, and that you likely know all of this.

5 minutes away from the airport. Very convenient and clean.

It's just ok, the area is very noisy and construction everywhere. Can't really walk to anything. The hotel is ok for 1 night to get a little shut eye but nothing more.

Por reparación de la avenida principal no hay entrada directa tiene uno que ir entre lodo (había llovido mucho ese día) y cargamos las maletas porque el lodo era muy abundante con peligro de caerse uno también

Amazing hotel near the airport. It’s about 7 minutes away from the airport. Easy check in, great WiFi, hot water and comfortable bed.

No hay forma de entrar en automóvil. Las condiciones son terribles por las construcciones en la carretera. Debieron prevenir eso y hacer una entrada provisional. Que falta de visión.

Getting to tge hotel was difficult. We used a GPS and it made us go thru a dirt road for quite a ways. There were no street lights and there was overgrown bushes. It felt scary. The hotel is very nice, just getting there is tricky if you drive yourself

Como el restaurante lo abrían a las 7 am a esa hora teníamos que estar en el aeropuerto y no podíamos hacer uso del desayuno, le sugerimos nos lo canjeara por la cena y no accedió. Perdimos nuestro desayuno. Sugiero que extiendan el horario del restaurante

El hotel está limpio y el personal es amigable. En el restaurante en mi estancia no tenían varios platillos que anuncian en el menú.

The room is fine for the price, but we did have to ask for more towels because there weren’t enough. Also our sheets were stained. Their breakfast is lacking a lot of selection.

La estancia medianamente bien, el cuarto se sentía húmedo, el restaurante pésima experiencia, no pudimos tomar el desayuno pero en la cena super tadados para servir, muy pequeñas porciones (todos no quedamos con hambre, tuvimos que ir por unos tacos deplano) los precios muy altos en relación a las porciones y calidad de los alimentos y para colmo el servicio por parte del personal pésimo, muy distraídos, olvidando las ordenes y mesas desatendidas.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos, aparte de estar cerca al aeropuerto, las instalaciones son buenas, es un hotel limpio, las habitaciones comodas, el aire y wifi funcional al 100%, el restaurante es un mega plus ya que es muy rico, precios accesibles y abierto 24 horas con agua, té y café, el desayuno que incluyen es super bueno también, la verdad un gran hotel de paso!
