I booked this thinking it was a better option than the Radisson in Bordeaux. I regret not choosing the other hotel. The room was fine, the staff were fine but the overall experience was less than fine. Issues with the room, issues with being charged for drinks that weren’t mine, no ability to buy water (bar closed and no free bottle left in my room on any of the days). I booked this with a discount code but it was still overly expensive for the experience. Better value hotels out there I think. I had fond memories of Novotel travelling to France with my family in the early 90’s. - I probably wouldn’t book again with this chain.

It is very uncomfortable step of main gate. You have to walk up hold your suit case. Even there is lift, but it is impossible to use. Because some chair blocked lift gate.

We had a relaxing and convenient quick stay. There was a train strike so we needed to drive, and parking at the hotel was right there! Staff was friendly and all spoke English. Highly recommended b

A budget type stay in a budget hotel. That’s the best way to describe this property and our stay. The room was reasonably clean and satisfactory other than the toilet paper which is given in a dispenser one square at a time. The breakfast buffet was limited and probably not worth the €19 per adult but was convenient if you have kids. The bar prices were unreasonably high (€6 for a can of Coke and €7 for water). The tram was not working and so the location, which isn’t the nicest part of town, turned out to be an inconvenient walk to the main areas where activity is present. But again, relatively cheap price overall for a somewhat mediocre property.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise zum Strandurlaub am Artlantik und wollten uns 2 Tage lang Bordeaux anschauen. Dafür war das Hotel ideal: Man hat direkt vor der Tür eine S-Bahn-Haltestelle, so dass man in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt ist. Unser voll bepacktes Auto konnten wir kühl und sicher in der (zugegeben etwas gammeligen) Tiefgarage parken. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung war gut. Allerdings keine Lüftung im Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Das Schlafsofa quietschte leider. Die Gegend zwischen dem Hotel und dem Stadtzentrum war leider nicht die beste. Man fährt besser ein paar Stationen mit der Tram, die fast direkt vorm Hotel fährt.

Séjour horrible au début de notre séjour on nous a déloger de chambre car le lit d'appoint n'était pas fait alors que nous étions 3 personnes. La deuxième chambre un WC qui ne fonctionne pas du début jusqu'à la fin. Ainsi des draps remplit de poussières d'où j'ai fait une crise urticaire à 3h du matin étant une allergique sévère. Etant une professionnelle dans l'hôtellerie je trouve cela inadmissible que le personnel ne soit pas au courant de problème lié au séjour d'un client. La meilleure réponse à la fin c'est d'offrir un petit-déjeuner comme ci cela remboursera le séjour payer. En plus aucune réponse de la Direction pour des excuses ou autres. Vraiment honteux cet établissement.

Upon seeing the room I was very surprised that this was a 4* hotel. We had booked a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed. Despite confirming that the sofa bed had been made up with clean linen when we checked in, it had not - instead it smelt unaired and obviously slept in. Additionally the waste bin in the room was so dirty they had to take it away when we showed it to staff (but they did not provide a replacement). The kindest way to describe the decor/fixings is ‘tired’, the room also smelt damp and of stale cigarettes - as did any clothes left in the wardrobe. We also had to get the key card recoded several times as we would return to the room to find it didn’t work. We went out for dinner one evening and returned about 11.45pm to find the hotel closed and locked. Then spent 10 minutes ringing the buzzer, before having to phone them to request they let us in. However, I can confirm the buffet breakfast was very good.

O hotel mantinha a temperatura central no modo inverno. Os quartos ficavam muito quentes e ao reclamarmos se disseram impossibilitados de nos ajudar. Forneceram um ventilador. Foram 3 noites mal dormidas. Para compensar não cobraram o café da manhã, que por sinal é excelente.

We enjoyed having our own terrace. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the in room refrigerator and coffee. We did not eat at the restaurant on-site. The staff was friendly and helpful. They arranged for a taxi to the airport for an early flight ($70 taxi fare). There is a supermarket around the corner for snacks, wine, etc to enjoy on your terrace. The train station is an easy 6 minute walk. There is a tram that stops in front of the hotel. We bought a 24 hour pass for $5 each. The shopping area is fun here. We did our own day trip to St Emillion which was fun. We would recommend this hotel.

O hotel é antigo, falta alguns reparos. Achei o quarto pequeno para três pessoas, tamanho ideal para apenas duas pessoas. O pessoal que trabalha no hotel é atencioso e educado. A região não é muito boa, o único ponto super positivo é que fica do lado de uma estação de bonde elétrico. O café da manhã é bom, com bastante opções. No geral, um hotel nota 7 pra mim.

Good spot close to transport and the city centre as well as the train station. Helpful reception staff who were able to help me with questions or concerns meant it was an enjoyable experience to stay. Both comfortable and relaxing.

Pratique pour son emplacement , propre et équipements corrects. Une piscine serait un appréciable après une journée de ballade. Personnel professionnel et accueillant . Par contre le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur , les denrées supposées chaudes étaient froides ( œufs , pomme de terre …) et produits de moyennes qualités tel que les jus ( eau sucrée aromatisé aux produits chimiques) ou les gâteaux Il vaut mieux proposer moins mais de meilleures qualités .

夜遅くに到着するため利用しました。朝食は豊富で満足しました。これでサラダがあれば満点です。スタッフもテキパキと働いて気持ちが良いです。ホットミールが充実していて、サーモンなどの魚が食べられたのも嬉しいことです。ボルドーが発祥の地であるカヌレも入っていて良かったです。一つ不思議なのは五種類以上のパンが提供されているにも関わらず、クロワッサンが見当たらなかっとことですね。フランスに来た気持ちを持たせてくれると嬉しいです。

Dark inside and lack of lighting in the room. Breakfast is not replenished. Most food items empty. Came for breakfast at different times and same thing. Close to the train station and far from all the attractions. Not safe to walk around. .
