Absolutely wonderful in all respects, best place we have ever stayed. Hosts were fantastic, and communication great even before we arrived. The setting is in a beautiful quiet village, bordering a vin yard, but just minutes away from Kettering so really convenient. The rooms and facilities are welcoming, warm, modern, but with lots of character, spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Breakfast options are superb and served in the dining room or to your room. The stay exceeded our expectations and we certainly hope to return.

The room has a super comfy king size bed, with that home from home feeling. The roll top bath and walk in shower was a pleasant surprise! Sam was the most gracious host, her attention to detail, super breakfast choices, and cookie treats in our room. We will most definitely be back to Swallows Rest on our next UK visit, and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here.

This is honestly the best bed and breakfast we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, Sam welcomed us with a big smile and made us feel right at home. I had an outstanding stay. The bed & breakfast is beautifully maintained, spotless throughout, and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and great quality ingredients. Service was efficient and genuinely warm, which made the experience even better.
