The room was great with comfortable beds, a microwave, a dining table, and a small fridge with a separate freezer compartment. There was also a tasty breakfast included each day. A nice yet busy pool. Our room on the ground floor was noisy because of the pool and the closeness to the lobby, stairs and elevator. The hotel is compact in size. All the staff were great and really friendly. One does need to be careful in the shower as the tile floor is slippery. The hotel is a convenient walk to downtown Crucecita. Would we stay again? Yes.

Staff and service are excellent. Extremely clean room and areas. Wonderful location. You can walk to so many shops and restaurants. Nice propery. Rooms spacious with good amenities. Breakfast option is small but good . They only had i think 3 tables. But would retuen. Pool was nice too. Rooms have good lighting and closet space. Overall very satisfied.

Very clean lovely hotel.The staff are super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a plus. Very good hotel for a decent price. The only improvement I would suggest is to invest in a whole bunch more comfortable sun loungers for by the pool.

La habitación para 4 personas está bien, tiene una tarja y frigobar que nos ayudaron mucho en el viaje. El unico “problema” es que si ya no hay lugar en el estacionamiento es complicado buscar lugar ya que el hotel está en una zona donde hay departamentos y casas entonces casi todos los lugares están ocupados y hay que dejar el auto muy lejos

We have never been to a hotel in Mexico that didn’t provide at least some bottled water. The pool and outdoor space was clean and well kept. The room was spacious and clean but the hallway was very noisy with the open stairs ending right in front of our door. One of the nights there was a howling dog at one of the neighboring properties which due to the design of the hotel echoed throughout the whole place for over an hour incessantly.

A gem of a hotel located in a residential neighbourhood close to almost everything. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed with the front staff. They shared important information along with a personal tour of our room and facility amenities. Room was super clean, spacious, great fridge, comfy beds, nice bathroom (albeit it could use some more shelving and hooks) and our patio doors were right outside the pool. Pool and facility was kept super clean. Buffet breakfast was decent and the staff were very personable and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our 18 day stay and have already recommended it to others. Gracias!!!

A la llegada tuvimos un inconveniente con la limpieza pero el personal es súper amable y atento así que rápidamente lo resolvieron, el lugar es tranquilo, bastante familiar, la alberca es perfecta para niños y grandes, las habitaciones son espaciosas y les da un buen plus tener un frigobar y un microondas, el desayuno que incluyen podría mejorar, cuando llegamos ya había poca comida y tardaron en volver a poner más, creo que es el unico punto dónde deberían poner especial atención, mi estancia fue buena y el personal es excelente.

Lo bueno: Los cuartos son muy grandes, la ubicación es muy buena (15 mins caminando a Playa Chahue, un Oxxo a 3 mins, un supermercado grande a 10 mins, varios restaurantes buenos en la zona), y el personal de recepción es muy amable. Lo malo: El desayuno no es muy bueno, se escucha un poco de ruido de los demás cuartos, y el servicio de limpieza es mala. Desafortunadamente pasó en 2 días diferentes que el personal de limpieza no nos limpió bien el cuarto, e incluso la primera noche sospechamos que las sabanas en una de las camas no las habían cambiado del huesped anterior ya que la cama tenía arena y no olía limpio. También algunos cubiertos en el desayuno no estaban del todo limpio.

Hotel bonito, con lo necesario para la estancia. Lo unico que podria mejorar es el AC, ya que en la habitación donde estuve no enfriaba lo suficiente con tanto calor, pero todo lo demás excelente. El desayuno que incluye también estuvo muy bueno!

Buen hotel, limpio, amplias habitaciones Solo los ruidos comunes, las habitaciones están muy poco aisladas, niños gritones por todos lados. Como esta en medio de unidades habitacionales, se escuchan los perros , los automóviles. Fuera de ello bien. El personal de la recepción muy amable.

The room was great with comfortable beds, a microwave, a dining table, and a small fridge with a separate freezer compartment. There was also a tasty breakfast included each day. A nice yet busy pool. Our room on the ground floor was noisy because of the pool and the closeness to the lobby, stairs and elevator. The hotel is compact in size. All the staff were great and really friendly. One does need to be careful in the shower as the tile floor is slippery. The hotel is a convenient walk to downtown Crucecita. Would we stay again? Yes.

Poco inusual la ubicacion del hotel, esta en una zona habitacional, lo cual complico un poco la llegada, en general la estancia fue buena, de dos dias de estancia solo desayunamos un dia por que es un desastre, no se preparan con anticipacion para la cantidad de huespedes, espero por mas de 20 min por chilaquiles y ni hablar del sazon es malisimo. El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son amplias y limpias.

Wonderful staff, very friendly and accommodating. Good breakfasts. Great location, walking distance to La Crucecita, restaurants, the supermarketand many other places. Great pool. Wish they would have supplied at least one bottle of water when we first arrived.

Staff and service are excellent. Extremely clean room and areas. Wonderful location. You can walk to so many shops and restaurants. Only thing I could say is there are no lounge chairs at the pool area. Isabela who looked after our room was perfect. A great place to stay if you want to see the town of La Crucecita

La habitación para 4 personas está bien, tiene una tarja y frigobar que nos ayudaron mucho en el viaje. El unico “problema” es que si ya no hay lugar en el estacionamiento es complicado buscar lugar ya que el hotel está en una zona donde hay departamentos y casas entonces casi todos los lugares están ocupados y hay que dejar el auto muy lejos

Buen hotel, limpio, amplias habitaciones Solo los ruidos comunes, las habitaciones están muy poco aisladas, niños gritones por todos lados. Como esta en medio de unidades habitacionales, se escuchan los perros , los automóviles. Fuera de ello bien. El personal de la recepción muy amable.

Lo bueno: Los cuartos son muy grandes, la ubicación es muy buena (15 mins caminando a Playa Chahue, un Oxxo a 3 mins, un supermercado grande a 10 mins, varios restaurantes buenos en la zona), y el personal de recepción es muy amable. Lo malo: El desayuno no es muy bueno, se escucha un poco de ruido de los demás cuartos, y el servicio de limpieza es mala. Desafortunadamente pasó en 2 días diferentes que el personal de limpieza no nos limpió bien el cuarto, e incluso la primera noche sospechamos que las sabanas en una de las camas no las habían cambiado del huesped anterior ya que la cama tenía arena y no olía limpio. También algunos cubiertos en el desayuno no estaban del todo limpio.

Me recibieron muy agradable trato e inmediato. Las habitaciones muy limpias y el área del cuarto espacioso. El edificio si es un poco ruidoso se escucha las demás habitaciones cuando entran y salen. El desayuno poco variado solo ponen una opción pero considerando calidad y precio. Super bien. La alberca con agua tibia super limpio y bonito espacio en jardín. En general muy bonita estancia. Nice propery. Rooms spacious with good amenities. Breakfast option is small but good . They only had i think 3 tables. But would retuen. Pool was nice too. Rooms have good lighting and closet space. Overall very satisfied.

Very clean lovely hotel.The staff are super friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was a plus. Very good hotel for a decent price. The only improvement I would suggest is to invest in a whole bunch more comfortable sun loungers for by the pool.

The hotel was sparse but clean and updated. It was a quiet location in an authentic Mexican neighborhood which we really liked and strolled around in. There were nice little shops and restaurants around us. It has a beautiful pool area where the breakfast was served. We were disappointed we couldn't sit by the pool after 10 pm as there was no comfortable place to sit in in the room.

We enjoyed this space, especially the pool and the beautiful rooftop area. Our biggest complaint was the plumbing, specifically the shower’s water pressure was very low with spurts of very high pressure to keep you on your toes. We made it work but it was a damper on an otherwise great location.
