They let us check in early, staff was nice. I wanted to get rid of our rental car, said there was no airport shuttle. The room was stifling hot. There was no air con, had to open window, got smoke from outside smoking area and down the hall. Disco started at 2130 and continued to 0230, then loud voices in parking lot to 0430. Not much sleep. Will try breakfast and find my way to airport. Do not advise staying here unless you are a smoker and not in need of rest

Das Hotel liegt perfekt an der Autobahnausfahrt. Zudem ist ein Restaurant dabei und eine Bar. Selbst kleine Schwierigkeiten versuchten die Wirtsleute super zu lösen. Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, das Bad ist gross. Das Essen war hervorragend, hausgemacht. Das Frühstück bestand aus viel frischem Obst, verschiedene Hörnchen Brot, Wurst, Käse, Saft, Tee, Kaffee und frischen Kuchen.

It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been to, I’m disappointed at Expedia for having them listed, pictures are not true pictures, furniture is old and broken and nasty, breakfast is terrible and coffee is terrible, they shouldn’t even serve breakfast without the health department checking them out. Room had no ac, got bit by mosquitoes, phone doesn’t work they switch my room but it was no difference, pool was green, don’t let the pictures fool you, it’s nothing like the pictures

Un albergo che non so come faccia ad avere quattro stelle, vecchio, antico, vetusto, sembra di essere rimasti negli anni 70. Al piano terra annessa all'hotel c'è una disco-piano bar e potete immaginare, la sera (almeno il sabato) è impossibile trovare parcheggio. La camera piccolissima, una tripla evidentemente adattata dove non ci si entrava e non c'era posto neanche per poggiare i trolley aveva i serramenti di legno vecchissimi chiusi con un chiavistello. Il bagno aveva il bidet ATTACCATO alla tazza (vedi foto) impossibile da usare. Lasciamo stare lo stato della vasca con la ruggine (non doccia).

Das Hotel ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Es stinkt, es ist schimmelig, es gibt keine Bettwäsche - stattdessen alte Decken wie beim Militär, Badetücher schmutzig, Handtücher sind Küchenwaschlappen. Zu allem Überfluss waren auch noch mehrere Fußballmannschaften (U 18) im ganzen Hotel. Das Geschreie und Gerenne im ganzen Hotel ging bis in die Nacht. Schlafen = Fehlanzeige. Am letzten Tag fuhr ein LKW vor, der allen Ernstes die Kloake abgesaugt hat. Der Gestank war schlimmer als auf einem Feld, wo gerade ein Gülletanker unterwegs war. Über das Frühstück gibt es nicht viel zu sagen. Außer vielleicht, dass das Besteck dreckig war und es Plastikbecher gab. Die stinkenden Eier haben wir uns nicht getraut zu probieren. Bitte alle Hände weg von dem Hotel. Nichtmal kostenlos würde ich da nochmal übernachten. Dann lieber im Auto schlafen. Ich könnte ewig weiter schreiben, aber das sprengt einfach den Rahmen. Positiv war wirklich gar nichts!

Tralasciando il fatto che non abbiamo pagato poco la stanza, l’albergo si presente fatiscente, sporco, la camera era piena di sangue sulle pareti dovuta all’uccisione di zanzare e la porta del bagno presentava i cadaveri delle zanzare, mobili vecchi e rotti, frigobar vuoto, letto scomodo e sporco, rumori durante la notte, odore della camera come se fossimo dentro una bisca… davvero senza parole, per non parlare del personale, attento ai propri fatti più tosto che al cliente. Per lo schifo che abbiamo avuto non abbiamo fatto colazione lì, nonostante fosse già pagata, condizionatore rotto e sporco. Mi fermo qui.

Pessimo!!! Ambiente degli anni 20, mai ristrutturato né internamente né esternamente. Parcheggio disastrato con buche enormi. Stanze piene di polvere e sporchissime, muri anneriti, battiscopa rotti, letti e mobilio obsoleti, bagno con macchie di calcare ovunque. Colazione da paura con cappuccio e caffè imbevibili, brioche schiacciate e con pochissima scelta, tavoli traballanti e con tovaglie dell'anteguerra. Non commento il personale: siamo scappati in anticipo, al check out non ci hanno nemmeno salutato. Mai più!!!

Spacciato per un 4 stelle, forse arriviamo a 2. Struttura fatiscente degli anni 60 mai ristrutturata. Camera sporca e letti con rotelle sotto che si muovono quando dormi.

personnel agréable mais l'hôtel est vétuste. Insonorisation nulle. On entend la rue passante, je croyais que ma fenêtre était ouverte. Les voisins qui parlent ou ronflent, les portes qui claquent, la boîte de nuit attenante à l'hôtel, clim bruyante. Pas l'endroit pour se reposer.

Struttura anni 60, rimasta allo stato originario e da un certo punto di vista questa e' un'esperienza. Letto rumoroso, ma dobbiamo dire che la stanza era silenziosa e abbiamo dormito bene. Chiamato la reception per un aiuto in camera e hanno subito mandato un addetto. Colazione vecchio stile, non ricca, ma sufficiente. Non so come siano i collegamenti con la citta' e l'aeroporto, perche' noi avevamo l'auto.

They let us check in early, staff was nice. I wanted to get rid of our rental car, said there was no airport shuttle. The room was stifling hot. There was no air con, had to open window, got smoke from outside smoking area and down the hall. Disco started at 2130 and continued to 0230, then loud voices in parking lot to 0430. Not much sleep. Will try breakfast and find my way to airport. Do not advise staying here unless you are a smoker and not in need of rest
They let us check in early, staff was nice. I wanted to get rid of our rental car, said there was no airport shuttle. The room was stifling hot. There was no air con, had to open window, got smoke from outside smoking area and down the hall. Disco started at 2130 and continued to 0230, then loud voices in parking lot to 0430. Not much sleep. Will try breakfast and find my way to airport. Do not advise staying here unless you are a smoker and not in need of rest

Zimmer Zustand – Wände und Decke gehören einfach gestrichen, erste Eindruck enttäuschend , nach einem Tag gewöhnt man sich daran! Bett war bequem mit picobello sauberer Bettwäsche. Dusche war sauber, Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Zum Frühstück gab’s überwiegend süße Speisen, wie Croissant, Kuchen, Säfte, Marmelade. Käse und Wurstesser werden enttäuscht sein! Schade dass Kaffee wird in Plastik und Papierbecher angeboten, (sehr geringe Anzahl an Porzellantassen und Gläser.) Wir bräuchten Unterkunft nur zum schlafen und duschen, daher hat uns alles gepasst! Personal sehr freundlich, Check in & Check out war reibungslos. Herzlichen Dank!

Hotel staff were not friendly! Very rude to my husband who was wanting to have a swim and doesn’t speak Italian and someone was shouting at him to “GET OUT!!!” Of the pool area. Which is very rude. Accommodation is very basic and does not look as advertised.

L'hotel in generale andrebbe rinfrescato. La camera era molto rumorosa, per tutta la notte si sentivano rumori di macchinari, la maniglia esterna della camera mi è rimasta in mano. Il personale soprattutto quello del ricevimento poco curante dei clienti che aspettano di fare il check in o chiedere informazioni. Arrivo in hotel la receptionista stava parlando con una persona, poi ho capito che era una persona dell'hotel, mi ha visto accenno un sorriso e lei continua a parlare con la persona senza salutare. Dopo qualche minuto di attesa mi fa il check in, sempre senza salutare, mi da indicazioni per la colazione del giorno dopo e chiede conferma alla persona con cui atava parlando prima. La colazione si potrebbe migliorare un pochino, in termini di prodotti. Anche qui il personle non molto cordiale ad aiutare gli ospiti. Vado al buffet vedo una macchina per il caffè domando come funziona e mi dice che non funziona e che devo usare l'altra nella sala accanto sempre in modo un pò burbero, poteva prendere anche l'iniziativa, dato che parlavo in italiano, di chiedere se gradivo un espresso piuttosto di farmi prendere quello liofilizzato.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very noisy, A/C was not working and when I went to ask the receptionist, she said ther air conditioning does work. I asked really! It wasn’t mentioned in your website. She said to deal with it. Hostile to English speaking customers in my opinion. The sad part was that payment was non refundable. Mosquitoes kept me up at night and it was hot. It was an experience I will not forget in a hurry.

Das Hotel liegt perfekt an der Autobahnausfahrt. Zudem ist ein Restaurant dabei und eine Bar. Selbst kleine Schwierigkeiten versuchten die Wirtsleute super zu lösen. Das Zimmer ist zweckmässig eingerichtet, die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, das Bad ist gross. Das Essen war hervorragend, hausgemacht. Das Frühstück bestand aus viel frischem Obst, verschiedene Hörnchen Brot, Wurst, Käse, Saft, Tee, Kaffee und frischen Kuchen.

Das Hotel ist sauber aber ziemlich altmodisch und komplett altbacken..die Lage ist weit vom Schuss..Taxi zum Flughafen 40 Euro..mit Bus und Bahn Florenz erreichbar aber lang und etwas abenteuerlich wenn man das erste mal dort mit Bus fährt..Personal spricht nur Englisch neben Muttersprache..Frühstück mit Räumlichkeiten nicht besonders einladend..aber Personal bemüht sich und Zimmer sind soweit sauber..haben nur eine Zwischenübernachtung getätigt dafür io..ansonsten für längere Tage nicht empfehlenswert..

Not a four stars hotel, wrong rating. This is a first start at the most. Wifi is useless, I was never able to connect, only in the reception. Taxis… hard to get one. The property is outdated, it seems you are in a 1960 hotel without updates. They need to do better.

Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen..liegt auch ziemlich Ausserhalb..Personal nett und freundlich..Frühstück leider miserabel..wir wissen in Italien frühstückt man anders..aber das Frühstück ist leider genauso lieblos wie das ganze Hotel selber..war für unsere Zwecke( eine Überbrückungsnacht) ok aber niemals für einen längeren Aufenthalt..

Hi when I booked this property via Expedia I knew I am booking 3 star hotel and my expectation should be match with what I am paying . Hotel in my idea was Motel not even 2 star . No water in room . No safe in wardrobe. Noisy corridor. Poor breakfast entry and areas, poor breakfast quality , mirror and decoratives in corridors was dirty reminded me like motel in 20s to 30s Something interesting hotel sign was 4 star which i believe should be change to Motel or B&B I asked kitchen staff about warm scramble eggs , they said you late it was 8:00 even one hour before breakfast time finishes

Schreckliches Hotel!! Die 4 Sterne hat das Hotel bestimm in den 60-ern bekommen. Die Einrichtung wie aus einer Zeitreise. Das angebotene Frühstück ungenießbar. Schlechte Wurst kaltes Tetrapack Rührei. Kein Obst kein Gemüse. Nur Toastbrot und Süßkram. In dem Hotel übernachten überwiegend Monteure, LKW Fahrer auf Durchreise und Bauarbeiter. Nichts für Famillien und schon gar nicht mit Kindern. Schrecklich.

À FUIR. A NE PAS RÉSERVER Hotel 4* qui ne devrait même pas en avoir 1. Air conditionné dans la chambre faisait du bruit comme une casserole. Humidité au mur. Lits de 80 cm de large. L'hôtel à besoin d'une rénovation complète. Les espaces communs datant des années 80. Les tapis dans les escaliers sont troués. Le modem wifi est suspendu par son câble. Aucune mention d'une discothèque qui est ouverte toute la nuit jusqu'à 5h du matin. Chambre mal insonorisée !!!! Personnel pas très accueillant (en tt cas ceux présents durant notre séjour). Le restaurant du petit déjeuner se trouve au sous sol sans aucune fenêtre. Fruits pourris dans le panier, toiles d'araignées un peu partout au plafond. A NE PAS RÉSERVER

Très bon séjour ! Bon service, personnel très sympathique. Chambre un peu vielle à mettre au goût du jour. Salle de d'eau un peu à l'étroit notement pour le WC et pour la douche. Manque de personnel pour le service du petit déjeuner.

DO NOT book this property. This property was absolutely not what the pictures showed! This is not a destination property. It felt like a truck stop hotel.
