We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in. The lady on reception was wonderful and helpful. Our room was clean and modern. We absolutely loved the breakfast options, and it was something we looked forward to every day. The fact Petousis had a lovely pool, that never felt too busy, but also was literally a 3 minute walk to a great beach with a fun beach bar. Location wise it was wonderful and despite only being there a few nights for a wedding taking place nearby, we enjoyed dining at their attached restaurant too- fabulous food, all at a really affordable price. Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive and the port of Heraklion was also worth visiting. Taxi's are really affordable to and from. Couldn't recommend more! We will be returning.

Wir haben hier 14 Tage gewohnt, inkl. Frühstück. Sehr, sehr gepflegte und schöne Anlage. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr neu renoviert, alles sehr modern. Es besteht aus dem Haupthaus, sowie einem großen und kleineren Nebenhaus sowie 6 Suiten mit eigenem Pool (alles max 50m auseinander). Zum Strand sind es ca. 300m. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, wobei fast alle Zimmer zur Seite oder nach hinten sind. Dennoch konnten wir nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. War aber dank super leiser Klimaanlage kein Problem. Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr reichhaltig. Hier könnte es sicher etwas mehr Abwechslung geben, gerade wenn man mehr als 7 Tage da ist. Ansonsten top Service, hier ist JEDER freundlich. Auch der Chef packt mit an und hat immer einen lustigen Spruch auf Lager. 3 Mal die Woche gab es Abends Live Musik. Wer den Chef singen hören möchte, sollte das nicht verpassen, er kann es wirklich 😀 Es gibt zwei Pools und massig Liegen. Ebenso genug Schattenplätze und Sonnenschirme. Pool Handtücher gibt es ebenfalls. Zimmerservice kommt, wenn man es möchte, kann man direkt an der Tür einstellen. Tolle Idee. Zimmer war top sauber. Riesiger Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, Preis/Leistung kaum schlagbar.

Es war sehr sauber und der Service war gut. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern und luxuriös. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, dafür ist das Bad im Verhältnis zu klein geraten. Dafür gibt es eine sehr schöne Regenduschen. Nicht schön ist, dass das Hotel keinem Parkplatz auf dem Gelände hat. Es gibt allerdings einen kosten Parkplatz 150 Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gute Auswahl. allerdings jeden Tag das gleiche. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war Ende April noch sehr kalt, trotz 25 Grad draußen. Abendprogramm ging bis spät abends, sodass es schwierig war einzuschlafen.

Vielleicht auch der Nebensaison geschuldet, war das Zimmer unsauber und hatte Renovierungsbedarf. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass des um das Hotel in der Nebensaison wie ausgestorben ist und alles im Winterschlaf ist. Anzumerken ist, dass der Indoor-Spielplatz zur Taverna gehört und zugänglich ist, wenn man dort was trinkt oder isst. Das Essen ist aber gut, der extrem kinderfreundliche Service auch. Der Pool ist unbeheizt aber sauber. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich.

Leider war unser Zimmer Nr. 701 im EG mit Blick auf einen Stromverteiler. Wir haben nicht nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt da wir uns nur zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten haben. Unser Zimmer war sehr neu und hatte ein 1,80m breites, gutes Bett. Die Pools waren leider im Oktober 2025 kälter als das Meer, dafür gab es einen warmen Wirlpool.

Unsere Suite war schön, sie hatte einen eigenen Pool. Leider schloss unsere Tür nicht richtig, vermutlich aufgrund eines Aufbruchschadens. Bei Ansprache wurde uns erklärt, dass die Tür nurcetwas schwieriger zu geht. Wir haben es dann auch hinbekommen aber wenn due Reinigubgskraft da war, dann blieb unser Zimmer immer unabgeschlossen. Gefegt oder gesaugt wurde nicht richtig. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war super, leider hatte man in der Halbpension nur eine kleinere Auswahl zur normalen Karte.

Zo'n schoon en zuiver hotel hebben wij in Griekenland nog nooit meegemaakt (en wij komen al jaren in Griekenland !). Wij hadden een standaard kamer in het hoofdgebouw met een uitstekend (king)size bed. De (zeer ruime) douche en het toilet zijn gescheiden van elkaar. Voldoende druk van het water, en na het douchen geen water buiten de douche! Een ruime wastafel waar ruimte genoeg is voor echt alle toiletartikelen. Een kast met voldoende kapstokken en legruimte. Bij het zwembad: géén handdoekje leggen, goede ligbedden en parasols en een heerlijk relax muziekje op de achtergrond. Top. Ontbijt is prima, niet overdreven uitgebreid. Alles ziet er keurig (vers) uit. Als ik één ding mag benoemen, vast aan het hotel ligt het grote restaurant (wat gescheiden is van het hotel). Aan de zijkant van het hotel ligt de keuken van dat restaurant. Elke avond lag bij het trapje bloed (ik verwacht van vlees uit de keuken) dat over de trottoir wegspoelt. Dat is dus niet hygiënisch.
Zo'n schoon en zuiver hotel hebben wij in Griekenland nog nooit meegemaakt (en wij komen al jaren in Griekenland !). Wij hadden een standaard kamer in het hoofdgebouw met een uitstekend (king)size bed. De (zeer ruime) douche en het toilet zijn gescheiden van elkaar. Voldoende druk van het water, en na het douchen geen water buiten de douche! Een ruime wastafel waar ruimte genoeg is voor echt alle toiletartikelen. Een kast met voldoende kapstokken en legruimte. Bij het zwembad: géén handdoekje leggen, goede ligbedden en parasols en een heerlijk relax muziekje op de achtergrond. Top. Ontbijt is prima, niet overdreven uitgebreid. Alles ziet er keurig (vers) uit. Als ik één ding mag benoemen, vast aan het hotel ligt het grote restaurant (wat gescheiden is van het hotel). We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in. The lady on reception was wonderful and helpful. Our room was clean and modern. We absolutely loved the breakfast options, and it was something we looked forward to every day. The fact Petousis had a lovely pool, that never felt too busy, but also was literally a 3 minute walk to a great beach with a fun beach bar. Location wise it was wonderful and despite only being there a few nights for a wedding taking place nearby, we enjoyed dining at their attached restaurant too- fabulous food, all at a really affordable price. Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive and the port of Heraklion was also worth visiting. Taxi's are really affordable to and from. Couldn't recommend more! We will be returning.

The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and breakfast was very thorough as well. The gentlemen at the front desk was very accommodating and polite. My swim out suite was beautiful but little touches like having true smart TV’s or capability to mirror phone to TV would make it a true 5 star. Would still recommend to others.

Wir haben hier 14 Tage gewohnt, inkl. Frühstück. Sehr, sehr gepflegte und schöne Anlage. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr neu renoviert, alles sehr modern. Es besteht aus dem Haupthaus, sowie einem großen und kleineren Nebenhaus sowie 6 Suiten mit eigenem Pool (alles max 50m auseinander). Zum Strand sind es ca. 300m. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, wobei fast alle Zimmer zur Seite oder nach hinten sind. Dennoch konnten wir nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. War aber dank super leiser Klimaanlage kein Problem. Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr reichhaltig. Hier könnte es sicher etwas mehr Abwechslung geben, gerade wenn man mehr als 7 Tage da ist. Ansonsten top Service, hier ist JEDER freundlich. Auch der Chef packt mit an und hat immer einen lustigen Spruch auf Lager. 3 Mal die Woche gab es Abends Live Musik. Wer den Chef singen hören möchte, sollte das nicht verpassen, er kann es wirklich 😀 Es gibt zwei Pools und massig Liegen. Ebenso genug Schattenplätze und Sonnenschirme. Pool Handtücher gibt es ebenfalls. Zimmerservice kommt, wenn man es möchte, kann man direkt an der Tür einstellen. Tolle Idee. Zimmer war top sauber. Riesiger Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, Preis/Leistung kaum schlagbar.

Excellent hébergement,je vous conseille les suites avec piscine privée. Seul bémol le monsieur barbu,et de forte corpulence(gros )de l’accueil du soir,on l’a eu à notre arrivée vers minuit ( pas très aimable,nous donne une carte sur les deux , donc on avais une chambre sans lumière,on a du forcer pour avoir la deuxième ) et à notre départ vers 5h00 ,pas très aimable aussi (refuse de nous donner notre box de petit déjeuner demandé la veille ,veux nous faire payer des surtaxes ), sinon très bon hôtel les autres personnel son très très bien

Good clean and comfortable hotel 5 mins from beach. Had a junior suite with very hard bed and pillows but they quickly replaced with soft mattress topper and softer pillows, which were great. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Es war sehr sauber und der Service war gut. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern und luxuriös. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, dafür ist das Bad im Verhältnis zu klein geraten. Dafür gibt es eine sehr schöne Regenduschen. Nicht schön ist, dass das Hotel keinem Parkplatz auf dem Gelände hat. Es gibt allerdings einen kosten Parkplatz 150 Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gute Auswahl. allerdings jeden Tag das gleiche. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war Ende April noch sehr kalt, trotz 25 Grad draußen. Abendprogramm ging bis spät abends, sodass es schwierig war einzuschlafen.

Leider war unser Zimmer Nr. 701 im EG mit Blick auf einen Stromverteiler. Wir haben nicht nach einem anderen Zimmer gefragt da wir uns nur zum Schlafen dort aufgehalten haben. Unser Zimmer war sehr neu und hatte ein 1,80m breites, gutes Bett. Die Pools waren leider im Oktober 2025 kälter als das Meer, dafür gab es einen warmen Wirlpool.

Excellent place to stay. Very tidy place. An special thanks to Anna who was helpful in my travel matters. I had and early departure and she took care of that with the kitchen staff for a cold breakfast. 100% recommended for families solo as I was and food in the tavern was very delicious home made Greek food. Bravo !!!

Such a fantastic customer service. We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel and all of the staff. There was nothing too difficult or strange. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family!

Très belle expérience. L’hôtel est très beau, bien entretenu. Les piscines très agréables. Le buffet était de bonne qualité et surtout le personnel était d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables. Location not very convenient since it is quite far from the city centre. The area does not have many shops or amenities. This may be different in the summer. Particularly, if you are looking for a place close to the beach. The food at the restaurant/tabern was excellent. The breakfast can certainly improve.

We loved everything about this property, from the moment we walked in. The lady on reception was wonderful and helpful. Our room was clean and modern. We absolutely loved the breakfast options, and it was something we looked forward to every day. The fact Petousis had a lovely pool, that never felt too busy, but also was literally a 3 minute walk to a great beach with a fun beach bar. Location wise it was wonderful and despite only being there a few nights for a wedding taking place nearby, we enjoyed dining at their attached restaurant too- fabulous food, all at a really affordable price. Airport is only a 10-15 minute drive and the port of Heraklion was also worth visiting. Taxi's are really affordable to and from. Couldn't recommend more! We will be returning.

Excellent place to stay. Very tidy place. An special thanks to Anna who was helpful in my travel matters. I had and early departure and she took care of that with the kitchen staff for a cold breakfast. 100% recommended for families solo as I was and food in the tavern was very delicious home made Greek food. Bravo !!!

Wir haben hier 14 Tage gewohnt, inkl. Frühstück. Sehr, sehr gepflegte und schöne Anlage. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr neu renoviert, alles sehr modern. Es besteht aus dem Haupthaus, sowie einem großen und kleineren Nebenhaus sowie 6 Suiten mit eigenem Pool (alles max 50m auseinander). Zum Strand sind es ca. 300m. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, wobei fast alle Zimmer zur Seite oder nach hinten sind. Dennoch konnten wir nur mit geschlossenem Fenster schlafen. War aber dank super leiser Klimaanlage kein Problem. Das Frühstück war sehr, sehr reichhaltig. Hier könnte es sicher etwas mehr Abwechslung geben, gerade wenn man mehr als 7 Tage da ist. Ansonsten top Service, hier ist JEDER freundlich. Auch der Chef packt mit an und hat immer einen lustigen Spruch auf Lager. 3 Mal die Woche gab es Abends Live Musik. Wer den Chef singen hören möchte, sollte das nicht verpassen, er kann es wirklich 😀 Es gibt zwei Pools und massig Liegen. Ebenso genug Schattenplätze und Sonnenschirme. Pool Handtücher gibt es ebenfalls. Zimmerservice kommt, wenn man es möchte, kann man direkt an der Tür einstellen. Tolle Idee. Zimmer war top sauber. Riesiger Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, Preis/Leistung kaum schlagbar.

Es war sehr sauber und der Service war gut. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind modern und luxuriös. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, dafür ist das Bad im Verhältnis zu klein geraten. Dafür gibt es eine sehr schöne Regenduschen. Nicht schön ist, dass das Hotel keinem Parkplatz auf dem Gelände hat. Es gibt allerdings einen kosten Parkplatz 150 Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und gute Auswahl. allerdings jeden Tag das gleiche. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war Ende April noch sehr kalt, trotz 25 Grad draußen. Abendprogramm ging bis spät abends, sodass es schwierig war einzuschlafen.

Très belle expérience. L’hôtel est très beau, bien entretenu. Les piscines très agréables. Le buffet était de bonne qualité et surtout le personnel était d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables. Location not very convenient since it is quite far from the city centre. The area does not have many shops or amenities. This may be different in the summer. Particularly, if you are looking for a place close to the beach. The food at the restaurant/tabern was excellent. The breakfast can certainly improve.

Such a fantastic customer service. We have nothing but praise for this lovely hotel and all of the staff. There was nothing too difficult or strange. We got caught in the strikes and arrived early and they had the room so let us checkin early. The half board was excellent with great meat at the taverna and there was so much food at breakfast as well. Beautiful setting and easy and comfortable room with a private pool, perfect for family!

Lovely spacious soundproofed, room with a small balcony and air conditioning. Shower was fab. The pool is unheated unfortunately but still refreshing. The pool area was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were all very helpful.

The grounds of the hotel were beautiful and breakfast was very thorough as well. The gentlemen at the front desk was very accommodating and polite. My swim out suite was beautiful but little touches like having true smart TV’s or capability to mirror phone to TV would make it a true 5 star. Would still recommend to others.

The pool area seemed nice but closes at 6pm. Summer in Greece is very hot, you want to start using the pool at 6pm. Rooms looked and felt cheap. People were very nice, it does not look or feel like a 4 star hotel
