Akra hotel was a great stay; spacious, clean, and with a dedicated staff. Communication may be a slight issue with some language barriers. This hotel is, however, not very close to many of the attractions or places to visit in Phuket, which is apparent if you look atthe location of the hotel on the map. It's made accessible via Grab. Approximately 45-60 minutes to either old town Phuket or Petang, and further from southern beaches. Some smaller cities are nearby with good beaches & good food.

The mattress is really bad every day wake up back pain The service is really bad every day I have to ask for and cough on my room and they keep saying they charge 50 Thai for each cap coffee Never come back again for the same hotel ever

This was a beautiful property. There seemed to be construction happening around the hotel but it did not take away from our experience. It is a bit isolated but we were able to book private transportation to and from the hotel.
