Personeel vriendelijk Supermarkt in de buurt Min: Geen 4 sterren ontbijt, eerder 3 Parkeren 24! euro per dag en de wagen moet de garage direct uit bij uitchecken Housekeeping vergeet douche artikelen bij te vullen 2 x 1-persoonbed in plaats van een 2 persoonsbed

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und hat eine tolle Lage( 10 Minuten zum Dom).Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das einzige was nicht so toll ist ist der Preis der Tiefgarage ( 24€ pro Nacht), so teuer war es noch nirgends.

Das Frühstück ließ kaum Wünsche übrig; fehlende Speisen wurden schnell nachgeliefert. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer entsprach nicht ganz den zuvor geäußerten Wünschen; es war recht klein und wirkte dunkel. Erstaunt waren wir, dass das bereitgestellte Mineralwasser kostenpflichtig war. In anderen Hotels der 4-Sterne-Kategorie findet man zumeist eine Gratis-Flasche vor. Sehr sparsam geht man auch mit den Kosmetikartikeln um. Dabei waren je ein Mini-Fläschchen Duschgel und Shampoo für zwei Personen nicht ausreichend. Gefreut haben wir uns über die Nespresso-Maschine, die bequemen Betten und die Kissenauswahl. Positiv zu vermerken ist auch, dass es eine Tiefgarage gibt. Dass man von dort aus nicht direkt ins Hotel kommt und mit Gepäck die Treppen steigen muss, ist für ältere Reisende oder Familien mit Kindern leider unpraktisch.

Gute Lage wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, ist es nicht weit in die Altstadt, zur Rheinterasse und zum Ebertsplatz (U-Bahn). Rewe und Bars etc. gleich um die Ecke. Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück (bis 12Uhr!) hat gute Auswahl und wird immer nachgelegt. Parken ist schiwerig, Hotel hat begrenzte Parkplätze für 24€ / Tag. Einfacher war das Parken am Konrad-Adenauer-Ufer oder im Villenvirtel (5€/Tag mit Parkster). Zimmer sind ruhig, so lange man die Fenster nicht öffnet (aktuell Baustelle) - So. war es deutlich ruhiger. ;) Preis/Leistung ist OK...die Flasche Wasser für 3,90€ ist etwas übertrieben...normalerweise sollte bei 4**** eine Flasche gratis dabei sein. ;)

Die Parkplatzsituation muss dringend gelöst werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass ich beim Einchecken bezahle und dann drei Tage auf einem Parkplatz für Elektrofahrzeuge stehen muss. Das ist unfair gegenüber Gästen, die wirklich darauf angewiesen wären. Die Damen an der Rezeption könnten auch mal üben, was Freundlichkeit bedeutet. Beim Auschecken wurde ich nicht einmal gefragt, wie mein Aufenthalt war. Die einzige Frage war, ob ich etwas aus der Minibar hatte. Das wirkt einfach respektlos. Respekt an die Herren an der Rezeption. Wenigstens dort funktioniert der Umgang mit Gästen.

Locatian is really good, walking distance to old city, catedral, rein river and others But quality and service is lower than before. I am staying at this hotel since 2-3 years, before serbice was much more better. I stayed 3 nights in this trip. They never changed the towel, celan room, take the rubbish, put any shampoo etc. I did not like in this case aldo the breakfast, absolutely was not same quality as before They increased the price but decreased the quality

Man konnte erkennen, dass die Fensterbank innen schon seit geraumer Zeit nicht gereinigt wurde. Unter anderem ist dies durch ein totes Insekt aufgefallen, welches dort lag. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt recht angenehm.

Gutes Hotel in einer Nebenstaße in ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Kölner Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen. Konnte sehr früh einchecken ohne zusätzliche Gebühr, wie es in manchen Hotels schon üblich ist.Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit top. Zimmer mit Kaffeemaschine und sogar Slipper, obwohl es kein Wellnesshotel ist. War schon zum 2.Mal hier ind würde es wieder buchen.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich.Matratzen sehr hart. Muss man mögen.Frühstück war wirklich super und das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Man ist in kürze in der Altstadt. Für uns ein super Aufenthalt. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer wo es sehr laut von außerhalb war. Aber das war einfach Pech. Für den Preis gab es nichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt.

Hervorragend, sauber, ordentlich, genügend Platz. Mit Kaffeemaschine, leider ohne Wasserkocher. Frühstücksraum wie in einer Bahnhofshalle und sehr laut. Normaler Kaffee zum Frühstück. Möchte man Cappuccino etc. kostet extra. Personal überall sehr freundlich!

Schönes Hotel für einen Wochenendtrip perfekt. Zentrumsnah und gute Anbindung an die Bahn. Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal megafreundlich und hilfsbereit und alles zu einem fairen Preis.

Das Personal hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das gebuchte Zimmer war größer als gedacht und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt um den Hauptbahnhof, den Dom und die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Locatian is really good, walking distance to old city, catedral, rein river and others But quality and service is lower than before. I am staying at this hotel since 2-3 years, before serbice was much more better. I stayed 3 nights in this trip. They never changed the towel, celan room, take the rubbish, put any shampoo etc. I did not like in this case aldo the breakfast, absolutely was not same quality as before They increased the price but decreased the quality

Nahe dem Kölner Dom, zum Musical und Innenstadt nicht weit.Perfekt für unseren Trip.Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal ,Zimmer haben eine gute Größe und sind sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist reichlich mit einer guten Auswahl an süss und herzhaft, Sekt ,Säfte usw. also alles für einen perfekten Start in den Tag.Zudem gibt es Frühstück bis 12 Uhr also auch an die Langschläfer gedacht.

Only a 10 minute walk from the centre of Cologne. Spotlessly clean room with air conditioning and lovely staff. Lots of restaurants within 2 minutes walk a perfect hotel for a city break.

Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich.Matratzen sehr hart. Muss man mögen.Frühstück war wirklich super und das Personal ist sehr bemüht. Man ist in kürze in der Altstadt. Für uns ein super Aufenthalt. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer wo es sehr laut von außerhalb war. Aber das war einfach Pech. Für den Preis gab es nichts zu meckern. Vielen Dank für den Aufenthalt.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, ideal, wenn man eine Veranstaltung im Musical Dome gebucht hat. Das Einzelzimmer ist schon recht klein, im Bad eckt man beim Haareföhnen schon mal an. Dusche aber super. Hervorzuheben ist das herausragende Frühstück. Es blieb wirklich KEIN Wunsch offen: Lachs, Sekt, frischer Obstsalat, frische Kräuter, ein geniales selbstgebackenes Brot, natürlich Rührei mit Bacon und und und!! Unvorstellbar lecker. Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt 😊👍

Hervorragend, sauber, ordentlich, genügend Platz. Mit Kaffeemaschine, leider ohne Wasserkocher. Frühstücksraum wie in einer Bahnhofshalle und sehr laut. Normaler Kaffee zum Frühstück. Möchte man Cappuccino etc. kostet extra. Personal überall sehr freundlich!

The hotel was excellent. Very professional and friendly staff. Check in was so easy and our room was ready early. The room was spotless and very bright and airy. There was a fridge and a safe at no extra charge. And good air con. The bathroom had plenty of fresh towels and shower amenities. Breakfast was amazing. Served in the lovely spacious dining room. A great selection of hot and cold dishes. Cereals, breads and pastries. There was even bubbly to start the day. The location is excellent and just a short stroll to the train station and cathedral and down to the river. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Santo

Good location from the rail station. Staff were all extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and of great value with lots of choice. Our room 401 was clean with amenities as described on website. We heard little noise and had a good nights sleep. Overall, a great experience and would recommend and would stay again if visiting Köln.
