1. Rooms. They are very dated. It felt like 1980 style. 2. The door was open to the terrace. So our room was full of mosquitoes when checking in. Everyday after house keeping had been in our room they opened the door again and we had flies etc when arriving back at the room after dinner. 3. Fridge/minibar didn’t work they did fix it say 2 4. Very bad beds. 2 singles pushed together and very old. 5. Food quality. 1-2 out of 10 6. Service in restaurants 1 out of 10 7. Service in pool area 1 out of 10 8. Thermal spa closed 9. Five stars excellent stay. Thermal pool of Kamena Vourla was my aim and there is one indoor and one outdoor + several normal water pools. The service is very good, the meal is tasty and rather various. Unfortunately l couldn't go to sea even if it's 30m of distance. There is no sand and overall pebble, l think they could have added at least a clean sand to the private beach. Ok, all in all it was fantastic!

Μας χρέωσαν διπλά τον φόρο διανυκτέρευσης. Μια μόλις φτάσαμε και μια μόλις πήγαμε να φύγουμε. Κάτι μετά από παράπονα μας τα επέστρεψαν. Επίσης η τουαλέτα δεν ήταν τελείως καθαρή και οι πολυθρόνες στο δωμάτιο είχαν στάμπες βρωμιάς. Επίσης την μέρα της αναχώρησης μπούκαραν μέσα στις 10 το πρωί και δεν ήμασταν καν ντυμένοι. Λίγοι τρόποι δεν βλάπτουν!

I've stayed at this hotel well over 5 times in the last years. It's always been very nice. The area is amazing. The staff is very friendly.
