Nice hotel in good location - only ten minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The pool areas and activities for kids are excellent. Restaurant has good quality options at breakfast and dinner (I never tried lunch). My room was spacious and clean - if a little dated. Air con was decent, water pressure was good. Decent selection of TV channels in various languages. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Rooms are tired and dated. All inclusive does not include name brand alcoholic drinks or cocktails. Half of the machines in the childrens arcade were out of order. Table tennis equipment was faulty. A man using a hotel key card entered my room when only my 15 year old daughter was in the room claiming that he was meant to be staying in the room, yet he had no luggage, questioned my daughter about if she was staying alone in the room. When i reported it to reception and insisted on moving rooms it took them 3 hours to change my room. Even though i pointed out that the room next door was available. Hallways are very noisy, people drinking by the pool well after midnight were very noisy, no hotel staff monitoring the situation and asking them to move on as they arent supposed to be there drinking after the bar closes at 18:30. People from neighbouring rooms on their balconies shouting and playing music at 1:30 in the morning, I contacted reception to ask them to do something about it, the following morning a noise complaint notice addressed to my room was slipped under my door instead of the room creating the noise. 5 of our group of 12 got food posioning. The pharmacy I went to across the road told me that i was one of many people that had come in for sickness and diarrhea medication over the last 2 days. On site photographers take a lot of time with you, when you come to purchase photos they are ridiculously expensive. €57 for 7 photos on a usb stick.

Soggiorno con bambini. Camera spaziosa e pulita. La pulizia dell'intera struttura, enorme, è sicuramente uno degli aspetti che mi ha piacevolmente sorpreso. Ristorante con varietà davvero notevole e nonostante la cucina sia di tipo internazionale direi che ho sempre mangiato bene. Piscine ottime, perfette quelle per i bambini piccoli. Animazione italiana Alpitour e internazionale eccellente. Posizione stupenda. Quindi tutto benissimo con un unico suggerimento: trovare qualche espediente per limitare l'invadenza dei piccioni nel bar Cascade a bordo piscina

Un tres bon moment passé en famille. Bonne ambiance dans cet hotel, des piscines au top, avec differents niveaux de profondeurs. Des buffets du soir qui changent tous les jours et le matin tres variés. Et petit plus si vous partez avant l'heure du petit-déjeuner ,hesitez pas à le dire au maitre d'hotel, une assiette variée peut vous etre proposer avant le depart Le petit soucis les ascenseurs exterieurs qui tombent facilement en panne. Mais cela reste un hotel a conseiller

Definitely not a 4 star hotel (3 at best!) Staff were all lovely and the hotel is very large but rooms and facilities are dated. Lots of broken tiles etc around the pools. Pool areas not cleaned very well at all. Sun beds and parasols broken. Plenty of food but average for all inclusive. Dirty lifts, broken buttons and a bit of a nightmare to navigate with young children in prams if you were on the top floor like us. Not somewhere we would return.

Massive hotel with several pools. One was heated and most popular. Great facilities including gym and archade with games for kids. I had a very large room, looked more like an apartment (minus the kitchen). The only let down was the food. A bit hit and miss.

Another fantastic stay at the Jacaranda! Room was clean and a very decent size. Staff all super friendly and accomodated to all special requests. - massive shout out to the activity staff, mainly the two men that held the football and beach volleyball. They were so friendly and funny. Definitely made our experience so much better. - The heated pool was lovely as in the winter months it means you can still enjoy a swim. Only pointer would be that they could do with heating one of the top pools to, to spread people out at bit as sunbed hogging is an issue and the sun seems to hit the upper deck better later in the day. - Pool tables could use an update as ques and table cloth very old and tatty. Wish it was €1 not 2 but can't be too fussy. We just play a lot so ended up spending a fair bit on this. Had a fantastic time and will be returning again in September! Great location with lots around and beach only 5/10 mins walk. My new favourite place to stay!

We had a lovely stay over the christmas period. The hotel was perfectly located to the main beach area and shops/restaurants. Rooms were big and overall friendly staff. The food is average but does the job. It can get repetitive after a couple of days. Lots of choice for breakfast. There are 6 swimming pools but only one was heated so for this time of year was a bit disappointing. People were reserving sun beds even though posters asked people not too. Overall this is a good hotel for those wanting all inclusive drinks and breakfast. Nice pool terraces and good sized bedrooms.

The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. The beds were comfortable and made/changed daily. The pool areas were clean with enough available sunbeds for all. The hotel could do with a coat of fresh paint and the fact we couldn't get late check out was annoying but we would still goe back.
The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. The beds were comfortable and made/changed daily. The pool areas were clean with enough available sunbeds for all. The hotel could do with a coat of fresh paint and the fact we couldn't get late check out was annoying but we would still goe back.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation, we had to switch one room due to bugs (tiny spiders) in the room. However, apart from that it seemed clean, and the staff was very polite and accomodating in resolving the room issue. Food was OK. So overall not that bad, but would probably not return...

Rooms were poorly cleaned, my sink had the same hair and bit of toothpaste of the whole stay. The whole hotel looks like it’s falling a part and staff are rude and most don’t know English so just ignore you

This hotel is definitely not 4 star it would be an acceptable 3* on arrival the toilet was coated in pubic hair, it was dealt with but extremely unpleasant have photos but not able to submit. The hotel is tires mirrors cracked mould in bathrooms

Good quality hotel, walkable distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Supermarkets and shop within a couple of minutes walk. Costa Adeje is beautiful and worth visiting. Only issues with hotel were (1) check in - the lady took my details but then didn’t tell me which room, where it was or give me my key - I had to ask her twice. (2) the room I was in was next to a mechanical / maintenance room - the noise from which made it really difficult to sleep at night (3) the room was next to main road and veranda opened up onto this rather than pool side. Meant it wasn’t worth using / sitting outside on an evening / night. Overall though the hotel was decent and clean with friendly staff.

Ombads checka in i förväg på nätet. Gjorde detta enligt instruktionerna och fick bekräftelse. Stort og fint hotel, rent. Veldig stor matsal, nesten litt for stor. Vi bodde på rom I088, dette rommet lå vegg i vegg med spillehall for barn så mye lyd fra spillemaskiner (spesielt de man slår på) Veldig lytt, våknet flere ganger av støy. Hadde vi bodd på et annet rom hadde nok opplevelsen vært bedre da vi ikke har så mye annet å klage på.

I tend to book hotels based on there star rating and not the price as it usually gives you a good indication of what sort of hotel you will be staying at. Nice hotel in good location - only ten minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The pool areas and activities for kids are excellent. Restaurant has good quality options at breakfast and dinner (I never tried lunch). My room was spacious and clean - if a little dated. Air con was decent, water pressure was good. Well situated close to shops and beach, hotel has plenty of options for food and drink. House cocktails are very watery and not mixed very well, but you can have premium cocktails for about €3 extra if all inclusive which was a little disappointing, the pool and table tennis was also expensive. Food was great, and staff were amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Good quality hotel, walkable distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Supermarkets and shop within a couple of minutes walk. Costa Adeje is beautiful and worth visiting. Only issues with hotel were (1) check in - the lady took my details but then didn’t tell me which room, where it was or give me my key - I had to ask her twice. Rooms were poorly cleaned, my sink had the same hair and bit of toothpaste of the whole stay. The whole hotel looks like it’s falling a part and staff are rude and most don’t know English so just ignore you

Definitely not a 4 star hotel (3 at best!) Staff were all lovely and the hotel is very large but rooms and facilities are dated. Lots of broken tiles etc around the pools. Pool areas not cleaned very well at all. Sun beds and parasols broken. Plenty of food but average for all inclusive. Dirty lifts, broken buttons and a bit of a nightmare to navigate with young children in prams if you were on the top floor like us. Not somewhere we would return.

Another fantastic stay at the Jacaranda! Room was clean and a very decent size. Staff all super friendly and accomodated to all special requests. - massive shout out to the activity staff, mainly the two men that held the football and beach volleyball. They were so friendly and funny. Definitely made our experience so much better. - The heated pool was lovely as in the winter months it means you can still enjoy a swim. Only pointer would be that they could do with heating one of the top pools to, to spread people out at bit as sunbed hogging is an issue and the sun seems to hit the upper deck better later in the day. - Pool tables could use an update as ques and table cloth very old and tatty. Wish it was €1 not 2 but can't be too fussy. We just play a lot so ended up spending a fair bit on this. Had a fantastic time and will be returning again in September! Great location with lots around and beach only 5/10 mins walk. My new favourite place to stay!

The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. The beds were comfortable and made/changed daily. The pool areas were clean with enough available sunbeds for all. The hotel could do with a coat of fresh paint and the fact we couldn't get late check out was annoying but we would still goe back.

This hotel is fabulous. Great facilities with lots of pools on 2 levels to suit everyone. Dining room is large but even though it is busy, it was well run & organised. It was always immaculately clean with quality food & plentiful & well presented. Staff were polite & although there were always visible, they kept a low profile & didn’t spoil people's holiday with 'silly rules'. Great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach & shops & bars nearby There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel although some days the room towel were a bit thin & smaller when changed but this wouldn't stop me returning in the future

Bon emplacement à proximité de la plage et des commerces. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon, bien équipée et propre. Personnel à l'écoute et très aimable. Par contre la restauration à fait une chute vertigineuse ( par rapport à 2021) même s'il y a une variété de choix cela reste très basique , redondant et sans saveur. A titre d'exemple les woks en plus des légumes sont réalisés avec une viande un jour ou moules un autre jours, alors que les années précédentes il y avait crevettes et viandes. super clean and great value for money, not too busy and nice heated pool. best spot was the bar and mini-pool on the top. Food similar each day, but good and does not taste the same (often in all incl I found they used the same oil or something). Great Paella and sea food, great crisp pizza. beer delicious, all incl cocktails out of a machine and too sweet (did not like at all). Unfortunately no views onto the sea from anywhere in the hotel.

The hotel itself is very well situated and very clean…fortunately we only book for breakfast!!!! On our arrival it was late in the evening so we decided to eat our main meal in the restaurant!!!! Being a 30 year professional chef I can only class all of the food as poor!!!!

Un tres bon moment passé en famille. Bonne ambiance dans cet hotel, des piscines au top, avec differents niveaux de profondeurs. Des buffets du soir qui changent tous les jours et le matin tres variés. Et petit plus si vous partez avant l'heure du petit-déjeuner ,hesitez pas à le dire au maitre d'hotel, une assiette variée peut vous etre proposer avant le depart Le petit soucis les ascenseurs exterieurs qui tombent facilement en panne. overall we enjoyed a lovely relaxing 2 weeks here. It's a very large complex that is well apportioned so you never fell too crowded. There's plenty of space for everyone and no part gets too noisy or crowded. Food selection is broad and there's something for everyone at all meals, but I would say that at times the quality, presentation, and temperature of dishes could be improved upon with a little more effort. We opted for an All-inclusive package and the most disappointing part was the quality of the drinks - the wine on offer is awful (and as the cost of upgrades to reasonable standard offerings is not expensive, I don't understand why it's not given to All-inclusive as a step-up offering relative to other packages? Cocktails and some other drinks on the package were also really poor quality (who expects machine dispensed sugary cocktails on an All-inclusive package?). All the staff throughout are wonderful, lovely, caring and friendly people - well done all! Rooms are spacious enough - walls between rooms are only stud partition so you'll hear everything next door! We had quiet neighbours on this visit., so not an issue It's a good location for those that enjoy walking the sea front promenade, or the shopping malls, etc. All-in-all really good, but I wouldn't pay the extra for All-inclusive again.

Nice place. Worth a visit. If you go AI, just be prepared to have to grin at the basic level. Once you arrive you will realise they have a higher level of AI you are not told about when you save your hard earned cash and book online.

The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. The beds were comfortable and made/changed daily. The pool areas were clean with enough available sunbeds for all. The hotel could do with a coat of fresh paint and the fact we couldn't get late check out was annoying but we would still goe back.

The hotel is excellently located for public transport or taxis. Comfortable room with good bed. A huge hotel with a bit of walking in corridors. Good food. Plenty UK tv channels if that’s what you come abroad on holiday for. Rooms cleaned daily with plenty fresh towels.
