Please note: Check In: 3pm - 01am (Please send us an email with your arrival time) Check Out: Until 11.00 am Please note that between September 1st and April 7th the reception is open from 10:00am to 5:30pm, all check-ins after 5:30pm will be made at the Faro Boutique Hotel, which is located about 5 minutes from the hostel. Cancellation Policy: 3 days before the arrival without any cost. After that, we charge all the reservation. No show: we charge all the reservation amount. Method of Payment: We will charge on the credit card provided 3 days before. • The name on the credit card must be the same as the guest staying overnight with us; • If not, we will refund the amount to the card and you will have to pay the amount due at the entrance (in cash or card in the name of the guest); • There is also the possibility of sending a UNICRE link by email and that you can make the payment there. If the card is not valid, we will email you, and you need to provide a new credit card within 24 hours. If we don't receive a new card the booking will be cancelled. We will be asked at the check in the credit card details to guarantee any damage. We advise the guest to bring their own towels, otherwise it is possible to ask at the reception for towels but there's a 5€ deposit(in cash) required for each towel that is given to you. The deposit will be given back once the guest returns the towel in good condition. The reception is closed from 01:00h to 09:00h so if you plan check-out during this hour you must return the towels earlier if you wish to have your deposit back. Regarding the dormitories there is the possibility for the guest to use one of our lockers to storage any valuables inside. If you wish to use one of the lockers please ask at the reception for a key. A 10€ deposit(in cash) is required in order to use the locker, and the deposit will be given back once the key is returned and the locker is in good condition.The reception is closed from 01:00h to 09:00h so if you plan check-out during this hour you must return the Key earlier if you wish to have your deposit back.
