El hotel esta bien ubicado. No tiene un lobby donde sentarse. El desayuno tipo occidental es espantoso! La atención es espectacular!!

Hotel Ibis Styles Ginza - A Solid Choice in the Heart of Tokyo We recently stayed at the Ibis Styles Ginza, booking two twin-bed rooms (19 sqm each) on the 12th floor. While both rooms were advertised as the same size, we found the corner room to be slightly larger, which was a definite plus, especially for travelers with more luggage. Room Features: * Space: For Tokyo standards, the 19 sqm twin-bed rooms were a good size. However, I noted that some other rooms are significantly smaller (around 14 sqm), which might be a concern for some travelers. * Storage: While there are no traditional wardrobes, the open racks provided sufficient storage space. * Comfort: The beds were comfortable with clean linens and pillows. * Temperature Control: The air conditioning worked effectively, keeping us comfortable even during the winter months (temperatures ranged from 0 to 10 degrees Celsius). * Cleanliness: The rooms were impeccably clean, thanks to excellent daily housekeeping. * Bathroom: The bathrooms, though compact with plastic-sealed fixtures, were functional and clean, with excellent water pressure. Hotel Amenities: * Lobby: The lobby offered basic amenities like a free coffee machine, a microwave, and two coin-operated laundry machines. * Breakfast: The hotel offers an ok continental breakfast at the Thai restaurant in the lobby. * Service: The hotel staff provided friendly and efficient service.

Perfect location, easy access to transportation, lots and lots of dining options, not to mention all the convenience stores are within a two minute walking distance, Family mart, Seven Eleven, and Lawson. Our room was a bit small but it was expected. I would suggest expanding their laundry facilities. There should he more than 2 washers/dryers.

Hôtel à 10 min de la station ginza et à 20 min à pied de la station tokyo . Chambre petite comme beaucoup d hôtel à Tokyo . Café et thé à la réception . Parapluie si il pleut .

It was easier if they leave tea& coffee in the room instead of getting from front desk.

Relación calidad-precio justa, pagas por lo que recibes. Habitaciones pequeñas, pero en general cómodas. Importante: hay un aparato blanco en las habitaciones, es un deshumidificador, aconsejo usarlo a partir del primer día y también durante la noche; la calidad del sueño cambia drásticamente. Hay un pequeño cuarto con lavadoras/secadoras al lado de la recepción que va con monedas. La zona de Ginza es ideal, se encuentra todo tipo de oferta de comida y de tiendas, hay “konbini” cerca, y se puede comer a precios no elevados no lejos del hotel. Zona sin duda recomendable.

We stayed in 5 different hotels during our 2 weeks trip to Japan. All of them were almost the same exact price per night and much nicer, more accommodating and friendly than Ibis. You can stay at much nicer hotels for the same price or even cheaper. The staff weren’t very friendly. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, the worst I think I’ve ever slept on. The shower drain was clogged and filled while taking a shower. You have to call down to the front desk to turn the air on in your room. Honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at.

The room is very small, but pretty comfortable. I discover a stain on the spinning chair. The Chair is fabric material. Judging by the location of the stain and the color, I am pretty sure it is human poo. Perhaps someone went to the toilet and without cleaning sat on the chair, naked. It was very shocking.

El baño de la habitacion tenia un olor a orines todo el tiempo, mucha humedad, no me gusto. El resto demla habitacion muy bien, cercano a estaciones de meteo y llegas caminando a todos lados.

Excellent hotel in a great area, spotlessly clean and staff were super helpful

The staff were really friendly. I have arrived to Japan via a red eye flight, and I was lethargic from the flight in the morning. They gave me an early check-in due to room availability which is a nice gesture. On my last day, they have also kindly allowed me to have a late check-out at 12 noon. This allows me more time to head out to buy souvenirs. Daily room cleaning was great. Though the room is small, it is perfect for a solo traveller and I would recommend this hotel if anyone who just require a room to stay. The hotel is conveniently located between Ginza and Shimbashi Stations, and you can go to Disneyland or Shinjuku/Tokyo quite conveniently.

La cama era muy dura y el desayuno no tenía frutas, quesos ni jamones

The hotel is located near Shimbashi station, which has lines to the major tourist attractions. There are many shops in Ginza and the area is quiet and clean. There are several Combinis only in a few meters distance. The room was exactly like in the pictures. It is enough for two person but it's not that large. You can only open one suite case at a time on the floor.

I didn’t have high expectations but Ibis Styles Ginza has definitely impressed me. It is good value for money, the room is good size (not massive but with this price it is adequate for me as a solo traveller). The staff speaks good English and they have a convenient store just cross the road, and many restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again when I come back next time.

I recently stayed at the ibis Styles Tokyo Ginza in Tokyo, Japan, and had a fantastic experience. The staff service was excellent, going above and beyond by providing me with my room key at 8AM as soon as it was ready, which was much appreciated after a long journey. Additionally, the hotel's location is highly attractive, situated very close to the main shopping street, making it convenient for exploring the area. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Tokyo!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Previously, I stayed here before it became an Accor hotel. The front desk staff were helpful and informative during my last two mornings. Great location and service!

The location was great except for the fact that you might hear firetruck sound in the middle of nights.

Very good location in the Ginza. One block of the main expensive shopping drag. I don’t need to shop but it’s fascinating to see. Walkable to the Imperial Palace and Tokyo Station. The front desk crowd is very nice. Typical Ibis with a small room that has value. Good price for location.

Excellent location. Just few meters from Ginza Six. Lots of eateries nearby. Clean rooms plus good staff to assist.

Perfectly located in the heart of Ginza

Probably the most budget priced hotel in Ginza, but yet all the amenities are not budget. Clean and comfortable room, with all the amenities you need for your stay. Near Ginza station and Shimbashi station. Very convenient. Good hotel to stay in in Ginza if you do not want to splurge on hotels in the area and for its excellent location.

The hotel was very hard to find. Just a little green sign was difficult to spot. We drive past it three times.

Although in a good location in Ginza, the rooms are way too small and the breakfast options is terrible. For the price of the room rates for a double bed are way over priced for what you get. Although when in Osaka was able to stay at places like the Sheraton for the same price, in a much bigger room, better amenities and service.
